This location is pretty good. Its been a hit or miss on the friendliness of the staff, and also on the selection. Some days theyre out of my blueberry muffins, some days theyre out of my French toast Bagels. I guess its to be expected for inventory fluctuations. Would love it if they werent so light on the schmear considering how much it costs.

One of the few chains with decent bagels in CO, but its still a chain. The he food is decent, but not amazing. It is, however, convenient and inexpensive.

Just visited to buy my favorite raspberry lemonade. As I was waiting to be checked out, a young lady who was working the register, handling money went to put syrup in the lemonades and apparently something was in one of them; she reached in with her fingers to take out whatever fell in and then put the cover on it to put out. Very unsanitary. Regret not speaking up.

The kid taking my order called me honey??? Im 51 years old and he must of been at most 20. And the bagel burrito was nasty

This place is often busy. Despite some missed items in the past, staff has been kind and courteous. They do a good job keeping it clean. Orders are always ready fast

This is our primary Einsteins that we go to on the weekends for a special breakfast. There curbside pickup is awesome, really organized. The app is a great option to minimize contact and make quick orders and refer back to previous ones hes made, but theres no way to enter a comment or substitution. I cant have cheese now so I order through the app and then call to request they removed on sandwiches for example. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and Im grateful we have this location so close to pop by for something special, especially these days were special things are hard to come by. Thank you so much!

I just ordered 1 drink, and it took 15 minutes to get. 1 person taking orders, 4 making sandwiches. The one taking orders tried to make the drinks. Finally one of the 4 making sandwiches had come over and started making drinks.They are usually like that. Today they needed more guidance.

They were busy today with curbside orders. However that did not take away from attention to the safety and customer service to those who went inside. I always find this place friendly and safe. Its definitely a great place to buy your bagels.

Love this place! Always great customer service! Never had a problem with bagels or coffee. I get the Carmel cooler. They are fast and even with a line you get through quickly; only downside is there is no drive thru. You have to go in store. They do do pre orders and you can just walk in and grab it. Other then that this place is my favorite and my daily go too

I was just treated very poorly by Wes in front of other customers after I asked for a status update on my bagel after 5 min of waiting. Was not rude, just asked with concern. Addituonaly, I had to go back & ask for my receipt. After being handed my bagel that was miraculously ready & waiting for me, I was told by Wes to have a better day. I asked what he said & told him I was having a fine day & he shouldnt judge! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Literally the last store I was at, where employees were attacked just an hour ago by a homeless person throwing objects & kicking, were a better representative for their company! Wes needs to learn customer service for all & not exhibit discriminatory behavior towards customers based on assumption of what he thinks he knows...

All the time I go in here and get a egg bagel for breakfast. the staff is very nice, very friendly, very good customer service! but theyre always out of bagels and then if you get an egg sandwich 80% of the time the egg is going to have so much salt on it that it makes you choke its disgusting. I go here a lot and this happens all the time I dont see how they dont have complaints all day everyday about it. I never eat in. I grab my food usually on the way to work, so grab and go. You have no idea how bad it sucks to spend so much money and end up disappointed more times than not. Very frustrating Ive told the employees multiple times. Nothing changed, the guy with the long blondish hair and beard, is the worst if you see him making the eggs you can guaranty your getting a salty egg thatll make you feel like youre going to have a heart attack from one bite. Hes not the only over Salter there. theres multiple people that do it, even at other Einsteins locations theres some that over-salt the eggs. when you get the one thats over-salted it ruins your day.And if you try to choke it down to get your moneys worth you literally feel like youre going to have a heart attack and feel like s***.I apologize for the bad review I hate putting bad reviews I will take it down in a week or so.I guess I just couldnt handle it anymore I get Einsteins pretty much every day! and I used to come here to this location everyday and I stopped I go to Parker and Arapahoe, they almost always have the bagel I want and less of a chance of a heart attack. If you get a bagel thats made right it makes your day theyre amazing and taste great!So Ill be back hope with better luck next time.

This has to be the worst location in the company. The first time I ordered 30 minutes ahead for a box of bagels pick up on my way into work. I proceeded stand in the story for another 20 minutes. People walked in and out ahead of me. When I finally got to work I realized they didn’t even add the cream cheese. Literally 50% if what they needed to do was not done.Ordered for delivery on door dash today for for 3 egg sandwiches. After placing the order they updated it to say they needed an extra HOUR to make the 3 sandwiches. So my delivery guy didn’t even head to the restaurant until it was closer to being ready. When he got there he still had to wait another 20 minutes because they lost my order. I would have rather they not even confirm my order to save me the hassle of contacting door dash for a refund.

Quick and easy, love the farmhouse, or seasonal spinach and mushrooms, and new favorite is Texas brisket, staff is warm and friendly, the place is always clean due to covid lol,, arrive early to beat the crowd!

Bagel breakfast ham and Swiss was served slightly cold. The 4 member staff seemed rushed and overwhelmed even though only 3 people were in line and the dining area was not busy but nearly every table was dirty.Two stars for having hot delicious Caribou coffee.

Its not bad. Its hard to mess up. But it did smell like burned bagels and because of how busy things were not getting done correctly. Like not getting bagel toasted. But its ok. Food is still good. Super busy on a Sunday at 11 am.

My wife loves their bagels and especially their hot chocolate. I tried the pizza bagel for the first time. It was very tasty and Id eat it again. Still cant eat inside but that will happen with time.

There is a sign on the door telling people masks are required. As I waited for my food, multiple customers walked in without a mask. They were allowed to approach the counter and order. This location is not following mask orders. None of the 5 employees on hand said anything. Why have a sign if you are not going to enforce a PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER? WILL NOT RETURN.

This is no reflection on the company as a whole, but that was one of the worst dining experiences ever. I have never seen people wait an hour for bagels. We, myself and two of my friends, left after paying without food because we didnt want to wait any longer.I seriously thought there was about to be a riot.Aside from the palpable tension and frustration in the room, the staff looked lethargic at best and the managers were not helping - with the exception of one young male manager who was doing what everyone should have been doing - hustling and slinging food. What I found ironic but also commendable on this particular managers part, he was slinging food and fielding customer complaints at the same time.

It was super busy and full of customers today, but we were served promptly, and got our order quickly. This is a great place for bagels and breakfast bagel sandwiches. I love that the eggs are cooked fresh, and are not frozen egg squares. I highly recommend this location.

They are pretty good. Have great sandwich combinations. Its pretty cool that they have a full coffee shop with them now too. Definitely the best deal is the 13 bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese. I always seem to have staff problems when I go though of either super under trained people running the front or just general apathy.

They were prepared for a busy weekend. Bagels stocked up and great customer service. Quick to get food out although when its busy its hard to hear your order called so make sure your close by to pick up. Pretty clean considering how busy it was around 10:30.

They were truly all amazing. My bagels were fresh and the cashier help me get more bang for my buck. The facility was cleaned and they worked fairly quickly.

The service at this Einsteins has been degrading recently, which is very disappointing. It truly should not take 20 minutes to make a single Santa Fe sandwich, but that is what my recent visit was all about. The staff seems to have no sense of urgency with making orders and just rather mull about on the line. I was truly disappointed on my last visit.

We stopped by on a Sunday morning. It was extreamly busy and the wait for food was about 15 minutes. Not bad considering the crowd that was there. The service was friendly and the food was exactly as we ordered. The bagels are good quality but the coffee seemed very weak to me. I would definitely recommend their bagels and their sandwiches but would recommend stopping by a coffee specialty place to round out your meal.

I wish I could rate this particular place higher. The people are friendly and the food is good, but service lately has been horribly slow and Im not sure why. There is always a much bigger line waiting for their bagels and drinks than there is at the cash register, and Ive waited upwards of 20 minutes for a simple toasted bagel with a schmear. I sincerely hope that management can address these issues and speed things up again.

This store needs new management. They need to keep up with their fresh coffee. Sometimes they leave it empty without filling it up. Also the creamer theyll just have one out for hours..smh. Im from the east coast, I was visiting a friend and stumbled upon this great place. They are open early, Very friendly service. Bagels were Delicious, and the chocolate chip coffee cake was simply amazing. Will definitely go back when I return for my next visit.

I had a medical emergency here and the staff helped me out. They and an unknown customer literally saved my life. Plus their bagels and coffee are awesome. Thank you to this place in a way I can never repay.

This place is great and I dare say it’s the best location in the metro area. The food is very fresh, clean atmosphere but what makes it so special is the friendly staff. The only qualm that I have with this location is the WiFi does not work well with my computer. It should be more user friendly so that I can use my computer here.

The service is good and the food is great. Many options for bagels and drinks. The wait was not long. Nice dining area. There is not a big space to stand if you have a to go order. Its good for breakfast, lunch or if your craving something sweet.

SUPER YUMMY! The staff at this location has always been kind and curtious to me. The breakfast bagels are great and the salmon cream cheese is awesome! (The lox sandwich is good too, but I prefer a bit more smoked salmon...) Great coffee and orange juice.

Order a breakfast sandwich and two hot chocolates asked to have my receipt when I paid the cashie said “oh I’m out of paper can’t print it for you and proceed to walk away and help the next customer in line. Than my son and I Waited more than 25 minutes for two small hot chocolate. Had to ask the cashier if someone was going to make them, he gave attitude than said” I guess I will” will not be a returning customer. Very unprofessional and rude employees.... I do not recommend coming to this place at all waist of time and money.

Food is good when they get it right but they often get it wrong or dont communicate what the problem is and give options to fix. So this morning we waited until we had eaten half our order then went to ask when the drink would be ready. We were told they had a problem with the whip cream, so were they hoping we would just leave? No one came to us to ask if we were OK without the whip cream or anything. The staff is unprofessional and not trained correctly. Some are OK but most are not. Will be driving to a further away location from now on or more likely going to a different company altogether. Really the problem is the hiring and training.Update: the last couple of times things have been much better. Upgraded to 3 star. Hope to upgrade more soon.

When the employee looked at it she said it was just from a dirty knife as if it didnt matter. They also have a very limited selection of bagels.Tried this location again. Ive been a customer of Einstein Bagels for years, mostly in California. The quality has significantly deteriorated recently however, prices remain higher than average. Today I purchased a Lox bagel with request that it be toasted, the bagel was cold and clearly not toasted however, when I asked if it was toasted your staff said yes. The bagel was made upside down 1/2 tsp of cream cheese, not even enough to cover the bagel, a couple of capers, very small slice of tomato, and a couple of thin slices of Lox draped on top to cover the mess underneath. Ive been ordering the same bagel sandwich for YEARS and I know that the cream cheese and Lox should be on the bottom, then tomato, onions, and capers. There is No pride, No quality, No customer service anymore.

Ill be honest... Einsteins are good bagels and I appreciate that they have Carribou Coffee... The food even has healthy options, which is another plus. My complaint is that I LOVE bagel breakfast sandwiches... Everytime I order one at Einsteins they built them in such a way, that my turkey sausage is always running from my ensamble... And I dont dress that bad! Lol... Like it is slippery.Also, they charged for everything... bagel upgrade, schemers, etc. $9 for a breakfast bagel???? Silly!! Its not that premium of a sandwich #StopIt

Ate here on a Saturday morning and the place was super busy. The line went quick and took about 10 minutes total to get our California bagel meals. Food was okay and the price was high for what you get. Both of our sandwiches had spread on 1 very small area. It was like they ran out but did not want take the time to get more. - One star for just being okay and not having any spread on the bagel. - One star for the price you pay for what you get.

Great deal on Monday. Bakers dozen (13) for $7 but my box only had 12.Customer rep emailed me and wanted to know what happened. I emailed them back and never heard from them again.I will stay away from this Einstein store as they have poor customer service and management doesnt seem to care! I would suggest that you find another store. I wont be back!

Careful eating here. Once again, I went to the cashier who looks like she hates being there and is clearly new. Now I’m getting bagels that not only taste like other items in their restaurant (like capers), it tasted like cleaners! Disgusting. I’m no longer coming here.
