I went to this store today 10.20.2021 at 10.35 am to return some items since the moment I enter the store the lady that was working ther had an attitude I said hi she dodnt answer, I told her I have some returns which I paid cash for, she tol me I had to give her a credit or debit card for that transaction I told her but I paid with cash I need my money in cash I dont have a credit car she had the worst attitude she told me she was gonna run out of change because she had just opened the store 30 min ago, but what elwas I supposed to do?? Wait until night to see if ahe had enough cash ? Or go another day?! Is that my problem that they theyre not prepared with enough change?! By the way it was only 40 dollars, not going back to that store with employees like that

Never coming here ever again. Customer service was the absolute worst. The ladies saw that I was looking for nail polish and ignored my question for recommendations. I could also hear the ladies talk about my pride pin and called me a slur while a worker there was so uncomfortable and was being discriminated against. I hope this location shuts down and the worker gets their justice.
The customer service here stinks! Walked in and i did get greeted but after that my whole experience was not good. The young blonde lady was on the same aisle I was not once did she check in with me! Alot of the price tags for products were turned around so I could not tell what alot of what I was looking at cost. I was looking for items to bleach my hair and I couldnt find anything except for developer, there was tons of that. Foils no pice, brushes no price, the little bit of bleaching powder no price, did not find any bowls. Overall if you have 1 customer in your store act like they exist! Will not come back to this location!
The store as a whole is a great place dont get me wrong, however a bad experience her encourages others to go to another sallys location. To keep it simple the ladys here had a good laugh at my mother who has disabilities, unfortunately i was not there and have no names but it is just bad customer service and flat out rude behavior. Im sure there are more genuine and nice people at other locations near by......

I feel like a 12 year old in Claires the way the associates in this store follow me around. Although this location is actually closer to me, I prefer to drive to another location further away just to shop in peace. I should be able to buy hair products in a pair of sweats without being presumed a shoplifter.
Tim is such a nice guy! Every time I come in, he is so helpful with my hair! Very thankful for him and is a great store manager!
Rude, short brown hair old granny was just rude, Sallys is getting to expensive fyi I will go else where. With attitudes like that and prices you guys will go out of business, enjoy saying bye bye to 12/hr you old heifer.

I have NEVER been spoken to like this before in my life! Originally, they workers were nice. I had ombre hair and I wanted to make it white, with pink ends. I had gone in and picked out my products, and left. I then processed my hair until it was as even as I could possibly get it, however because of my hair history, it had a few bands of slightly darker sections. I came back and bought something to correct it. I came back the following day because I realized I didnt have enough pink dye for my ends. I asked the manager what he thought of my hair, and if there was something I could do to make it a perfectly even color. In response I got “Well what r u doing?” It was so vague I didnt realize what he meant. “Are you buying dye or bleaching or what r u doing at this point?!” He seemed aggravated. I said I wanted more pink dye, but wanted his opinion. I was then hit with, “We cant help you anymore, you came in 2 times already this week, you spoke to two of ‘my girls’ for 45 minutes each. At this point, we cant help you anymore, you have to go see a professional!” (This was false information, because I hadnt asked any questions my first time, beside where things were kept, I had only spoken to him and one other worker about my situation. The only thing she had told me was to try out different colors and toners on different strands and choose the one that worked.) I said, “are you serious?” He responded with “yes, Im serious, you cant continue to ask us for advice, its gotten to the point you just need a professional, we cant help you anymore!” Keep in mind, my hair is for the most part a pretty color, just a few strands that are yellow. He treated me like I had hair that was falling out, and had 37 different colors in it. Im almost certain it is in the job description of this employees to help customers and advise them on their purchases, but I was told I could not be helped, on my 3rd time ever visiting this specific location, ever. I will not be spending my money at this location again. Unfortunately I am not licensed in Cosmo, (I am an Esthetician tho) so I cant buy hair professional products from other chains besides Sallys. Dont waste your time here, or ask to many questions, they feel they dont have to help you if they dont want to. I have included a before and after picture of my hair, to prove it didnt look that bad, and that his reaction was out of place.
I came in near closing, very aware of what time the store closed and the associates practically refused to help me when I asked them a question and after reminding me the store was closing stared at me angrily until I checked out and were incredibly rude while I was checking out. I still left the store 5 minutes before closing, not that I think that my being there near closing justified the attitude I got from the workers considering how early the stores close. I will go out of my way to avoid this location.

The cashier was rude, she literally snapped at me over hair dye. Neither even seemed to know what they were talking about. I took their advice for hair coloring for dark-ish brown hair and now I have to find a way to strip the color without bleaching it. Needle to say I won’t be asking them for advice on how to do that.

Got what I needed and some extra...They have a sale right now on hair color.Not to change the topic but Ulta stopped stocking hair color. So Im glad I made time to stop at Sallys
