I had my car Detailed here. They did an awesome job, they gave me different price points and rid me what other deals they had to offer.They also have different payment plans with 90 days interest free or 18 months..I plan to come back and get some BOOM in my car.
Great experience with this place! We went in to get a remote start on our new to us vehicle. They were able to get us in the same day! Turns out our vehicle already had a remote start installed, this place was honest in letting us know, and provided us with the controllers we were missing. Definitely will be back and recommend this place. Its nice to see there are still honest folks out there. 5-stars plus in our book!!
Worst place and worst experience. They are not only unprofessional but they broke my car while trying to replace a back camera. Andy, the mechanic, and Patrick, the salesman, both accused that it was my fault and they did not do anything to my car. I am beyond frustrated. Never shouldve come to this place.
These guys did an excellent job. I honestly didnt have any intentions on going to car toys. Have heard bad things and read some bad reviews. Ray and Andy were easy to work with. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. It turned out better then I had imagined.
Definitely had to pay a little extra outside of the Groupon deal they have due to it being below all of even our base services but Andy really did a good job on the interior and made up for the original customer service experience. The detailing took less time than expected and overall it was great. Ill be going through their direct services next time for sure but Id come again.
This is the 4th time Ive used Car Toys to upgrade and install my Audio and will probably be my last.I had picked out a system, received a quote. waited over 2 weeks for the system to arrive and my scheduled install. When I get there to drop my car off, the person checking my car in, gets rude when I question the amounts he is telling me versus what I was quoted. His response when I asked additional questions was to ask me to leave.When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me and the manager when the manager walked up that if I didnt leave to call the cops. I did eventually get my system installed by Car Toys, after speaking with the manager but the more I think about it I probably should have taken my business somewhere. Why should I pay for rudeness.

Alexia did a great job assisting me in making sure I was getting what I wanted. She made sure to ask me about features of the stereo system I wanted to be included and if she mentioned a feature I didnt understand she was able to give me details. She also asked me about the features my car already had to make sure that we got a stereo that was able to accommodate what is already built into my car. I am very happy with the experience I had.
I’ll begin with the fact that this place is always buzzing/ busy. The staff members however acknowledged you upon entering the door. Allowing you to browse without feeling ignored or pressured.A busy business is often A sign of A great place to do business. All of the staff members are knowledgeable & professional.However Ray & Calvin were the ones that I had the pleasure of dealing with closely during the purchase & installation of my auto stereo. The guys here were very knowledgeable on what we needed.. we had to go one a goose chase and went to Best Buy and not one person knew anything about what we needed so we went here ... the wire harness kit was quite a bit more expensive than I thought for some wires and the kit itself.. however the guys here knew exactly what I needed and knew if it didn’t work they had a other option they set to the side and help for us if we needed to come back ..and we were able to fix our issue connecting a sub and amp to a stock radio.. Ive had awful experiences at other locations ..however here guys here were awesome and honest ! Go to this location!!! Great experience! And awesome employees
Super overpriced. Went there to get an amp and subs hooked up (super easy car to work on), but they wanted 500 bucks... Went to best buy, 120 out the door. What a joke.
Overall, the experience was good. Friendly service, clean bathrooms. It is definitely understaffed due to Covid, and some services might take longer than usual.
I was working on a project and got stumped. I went in to Car Toys and asked Mike if they had a particular part in stock, or whether they had advice for my particular situation. They got me pointed in the right direction, and totally saved me hours of stress and headache.They were ALL very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend, and will definitely be back!!!
Had a radio replaced by Pioneer, took to CarToys on Sunday, was told may take til Tuesday, this wasnt a problem for me, Installer, Chris Palm.... and the staff went above and beyond and it was done within 24 hours way ahead of schedule.Another great experience with Car Toys

I went into the store with my teenager daughter. We had no idea what we were doing. Pat approached us and helped us out. He was so patient with us and explained everything to us until we understood. He is very knowledgeable and a real nice guy. I would recommend this store to everyone I know.

Charged me for multiple radios i didnt buy (i bought the radio online and payed them to install), messed up my gas gage some how and when they were installing my radio they grounded it wrong so it shorts out. also thay connected the door ajar speaker to my cars sound system so i get this harassingly loud door ajar sound that i cant adjust

Fix the problem with the installation of the product. I took a completely operational dash camera to the cartoys location on Mississippi and 225 in Aurora to be hardwired. The technician wired the camera to an electrical circuit that doesn’t carry enough current to allow the camera to be functional. I spoke to the service department about it and was told “ the technician who worked on it is not in the shop for several days, I should wait until his return “The whole reason for getting the camera hardwired was for an upcoming trip over Memorial Day weekend. The technician was gone over that weekend, and nobody else could look at it. I asked for my money back and was told “we don’t refund labor, when the receipt clearly states “thirty day satisfaction guarantee “I spoke to a technician about it and was told it was the power supply cable causing the problem. I powered the camera from a different circuit and it worked as expected.I had to leave town unexpectedly, and now I can’t get the repair corrected or my money back.This place thinks they are infallible, and the customer’s input doesn’t matter. I was able to verify the technician mistake, but the service manager wasn’t willing to spend thirty seconds with me to see what I was talking about.Very poor customer service, and extremely stubbornness are not good qualities is a customer service industry.Won’t recommend this facility or return to this Car Toys shop on Mississippi and I225!No stars for you!

Chris is amazing over at Car Toys! I had a slight emergency today where the light bar came loose on my Jeep and actually fell off. I headed straight over, Chris immediately greeted me and checked out the situation. He grabbed some tools, explained the issue and resolved it extremely fast. There crazy high left there went to KTC audio got better customer service friendly and got what I wanted 200 dollar cheaper and I didnt have to pay for this and that everything separate anything and everything at car toys was $100 more free installation does it mean free installation free backup camera $200 installation by a stereo to get it all the way in stalled meaning for the whole thing to work its another hundred dollars separate just crazy out the door I was looking close to $800 when I found everything I was looking for $200 cheaper

Ask for Patrick, Logan and Kevin, Patrick referred me to the store he said yes they can take a quick look at it Kevin referred me to Kevin the technician Kevin have me the BEST Price Ever, they all were Truly a Blessing, thank you!Im saying this because I had an electrical problem with my SUV, I went to 4 different places in the surrounding area that wanted to charge at least up to $150 just to trouble shoot to try and figure out what was wrong, then charge another starting price of $50-$100 an hr to fix it at an after market mechanic shop, the dealership said they would charge around $3,000 just for the part not including the Labor fee!I was told the wait couldve been nothing less than an hour to 4hrs that would alao require an appointmentto be set for another day!But Car Toys took me right away they fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes Charged under $50! The guy was very knowledgeable and the workers were ALL Friendly from the beginning!

As a new driver, I went into the store looking for a new stereo that came with a back up camera and not only did they help me find an amazing one, but they also helped me get it all for a great price (including new speakers)! And the installation process went off without a hitch! Chris Willson was the one who helped me with both picking out the parts and with the installation, but everyone there was very helpful and welcoming. Id highly recommend checking this place out if you need any new car parts.

Expensive Lol...I needed to return the way over priced speakers I bought yesterday.Because I found the same ones on Amazon for half of what they charged me..plus I get an extra pair of coaxle speakers for the rear for the same price I paid here for a single set of components..Then when I took them back for a return, they told me that they would not be able to give me my cash back on them.I paid cash yesterday and because I didnt bring them back yesterday they will only issue me a check and it might take up to 21 days to get my money back out of them...Pure CROOKS!!

I went in and scheduled an appointment for them to install a stereo and a sub for my car. The worker told me it would cost $400 total for everything. Once i sent my car into the shop and got it back, they only had installed the stereo, which the stereo itself WAS NOT turning on. When i asked the manager Logan Flemmer what happened he told me there was a miscommunication and that it would cost me an extra $200 and that otherwise they couldnt do anything about it. I wouldve never payed $400 just to get a stereo installed. If you can find literally anyone else to do whatever work you need done I HIGHLY reccomend not going here. They will tell you a specific price and either raise it later for it to be fully finisher, or not do the work at all.
I didnt get any services done on my truck yet, but the guy that helped me was very attentive, generous and cute 😉. He answered all of my questions and knew what he was talking about. Ill rate it after I get what I want done.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was able to get my remote start/security system installed and they detailed the entire interior in the same day. Austin was so helpful getting everything set up. The detailing was superb, every crevice was cleaned. I look forward to the day I can get a new sound system through them as well! 10/10 would recommend

Logan and Carlos were amazing I bought a car that had remote start and it lost its programming and it was super frustrating, went to far toys and Logan came out and tried getting it back running when he was having issues hegrab tech Carlos who in 5 minutes had it back and running! I will be back for a new stereo and a back up camera soon!
Needed to put a sound system in my BMW, which is a lot more difficult to do than you would think. Thankfully, Calvin, one of the managers was able to help me decide what the best option was. Calvin was incredibly knowledgeable and obviously cares and loved his job. What he did was amazing! All of the guys here are super helpful. Ill gladly come back anytime even if its just a quick visit. Worth. Every. Penny.

I took in my 4Runner to get a sub install fixed that Best Buy botched. I went to Best Buy originally because they had a better price, but I guess you really do get what you pay for! I ended up getting a radio as well while I was here and what a difference in sound quality it made! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Matt, Calvin and the guy with the glasses were very helpful throughout the entire process. 👍🏻

I never post reviews but I was blown away by the service here. Needed a radio replaced after being told it would cost $800 for a factory re-install. Miles was very helpful and quick in helping me pick something and Kevin(?) had it installed in just over an hour (after I was quoted the fair wait time of 2-3 hours). Did the whole thing for about a quarter of the dealerships quote (with a nice warranty to boot). I will definitely be coming here for whatever I need in the future

My Husband said for the money he was amazed at the quality and features of the radio. My Husband is installing it in a fully restored 72 K10 pickup. Calvin is the best! He got me set up with a new sound system in my old SVU a few years ago so of course when I got my new car I went back to him. He set me up with window tint and a ceramic coating. Disappointed with service my daughter received a quote to put in bigger screen she purchased. Paid for it 150.00 was the quote she got weeks ago from employee. Today we bring the car, they said the person who was to do it called out and they told my daughter the guy been working there a long time and miss quoted her. So the 150. She was told turned out to be 700.00. Waste of our time.would never do business with them ever again.

Paid 2500 for a new receiver and 2 new overhead DVD players they have signs by the receivers that not true or a catches to them. They showed a USB and hdmi port for my receiver but only came with a USB asked them where the hdmi port was and just said thats old technology no need for it. They charged me to install the USB/hdmi port even if It came with the receiver not an extra part. They said free backup camera with the purchase of the receiver but they will charge you a install for that free camera. We paid for 2 of the same overhead DVD players got there after everything was done and they put two different screens in one 13in and a way smaller one. We asked them about it and someone was supposed to call us and asked us if that was fine but never got a phone call. The install look lazy one had 2 screws showing threw the casing looking like they said f-it and screwed it up looking like something coming from a unreliable shop not a shop that charged me 2500 to do a install.

Great place. Had an automatic start installed. Today they are installing my new headlights and tail lights plus bezels.
On a quick trip to Colorado I decided on a whim that I needed to get my windows tinted to protect me from the horrible NM heat I had to return to. Calvin at Car Toys was able to accommodate me. He provided amazing customer service. I knew exactly what I was getting for the price I was quoted. I was able to get my car back the day I needed it. There were no surprises and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. The only bad thing I can say is that I am sad that they aren’t in the town in NM that I live in.
I think I had my system installed in August honestly dont remember the exact date, I thought I had left a review it appears not so that being said,Miles in sales and Mikey in installation were the best. It was a day long install and went off without a hitch. I have every intention of returning soon.Thanks!!!

A quick shout out to Matt a the Aurora store. I started seling car stereo in a few years back (1974) remembering installing cassette decks and Jensen triax’s. Worked retail and was a manufacturer rep being Sony Auto sound to market in early 80s. Presently in process of installing system in van and Matt as been extremely helpful sharing expert advice and support.Initially Austin turned me on to Focal and also has been extremely helpful. Matt offered a solution with speaker placement in my van. Deciding to try the Es165kx2’s in boxes he had the install guys help - shout to Ray for making this happen. If you are in need of professional advice and service contact these guys.
Future work getting stereo system hopefully it works out right I will be back with more

Only two stars for two reasons, One, I was not offered a written estimate and trusted the quoted price would be the final price unless they found any issues. The radio I selected was not in stock but would be there for my install date in two weeks. The radio was installed and there were no issues. The bill however was about 30% higher than the estimate. I called the day before my appointment and was told the radio was in, however the price for the radio was higher than the one I picked out and the labor had added charges. About 100.00 more than the original verbal quote. While I do take responsibility for not getting it in writing I am disappointed and say GET IT IN WRITING.The second one star reduction was when I picked up my truck I had to wait for 1o minutes for someone to walk me through the functions and the person they sent out did not know much more than I did. I do have the manual and have figured it out but I did ask at the initial sale and was told they would walk through everything when I picked up my truck. Just disappointed with this and will try another place in the future. Good luck

We had to pay a lot of money but instead when we paid for it the subwoofer wasn’t even installed! Edit: The store manager and the install manager went above and beyond and fixed what happened! I was more than happy!
Im giving this place a one star because 1 when I ordered my radio no one called me saying that they had it. When I got in touch with them I was informed they had had it for nearly a week. When would they have called me? 2 When I went in to make an appointment they said they had a time slot available. Contrary to what I thought, this did not mean I would have an assigned time for my installation. I arrived at 9 in the morning, my appointnent time, and was the third or fourth person to come in. I gave them my keys and they said they would call me when my car is ready. Six hours go by and no call so I call them to see what the status was and they said one of the installers is putting together the new radio. This was when I was informed that I did not have an appointment from my understanding of the word. Instead, it meant that I could participate in a mad dash in the morning on a first come first serve basis.5 hours, approaching their closing time of 8pm, I called again to see if my car was done because at this point I just wanted my car and would find somewhere else to install the radio if need be. I called them twice. No answer. 5 minutes later I call again and they pick up and inform me the dashboard kit they had was the wrong one and that they had to go to another location to retrieve the correct one. Why I was not informed of this misshap is a mystery to me. I would have liked to know what was going on with my car. But I had to hunt for this information myself. They then inform me my installation would be complete at 8pm, their closing time. I arrive at 8 and still have to wait another 30 minutes for them to finish. 11 hours later with no communication I get to pay full price for my installation. Wonderful. Dont waste your day trying to figure out what theyre doing with your vehicle.
This place was horrible a year ago. Corporate must have replaced the entire staff, thank God. I brought my cars back to make sure they were done correctly and to fix what was done wrong by the previous crew. These people took care of me and I appreciated it. All my cars look and sound great again.

I went there because my cigarette lighter adapter was not working. Turns out the fuse had blown out. Calvin took the time to look at it and find me a new fuse and replace it!!! He was very nice, very professional. Outstanding customer service! Would highly recommend.

Matts customer service was to infinity and beyond. Walked in to buy a obscure wiring harness(i know nothing about car audio). After explaining that the part was kind of a hit or miss and that it would be lucky if they had one, he rolled the dice and pulled one out of the back of the shop. Thanks again for being stellar and taking time to fix my very simple problem.
Best Customer ServiceI have been having issues with my headlights and getting them replaced since they were after market. I spoke with Calvin and Shane and they both helped me out. They looked to make sure I had the best solution to my problem and went above and beyond to assist me. If you ever need any help, have questions, and need someone with patience that knows the answer, and if they dont they will find it for you, I highly recommend them. Calvin and Shane were amazing!
Better communication, get your stories straight, get on the same page, better customer service. I have been using car toys since they first opened in Aurora. Never had a worse experience than this last time. Won’t be going back.

On 11/1/19, I dropped my car off to Car Toys on Mississippi Ave. Aurora, CO 80012 around 0930-1000. They could not tell me an approximate time of when my car would be done. I was thankful to get it in. I had a wiring issue because the amp was drawing power from the battery while the car was off causing my car not to start.I received a call around 1400 from Chase @ Car Toys stating my car would be ready in about an hour. I showed up around 1500. I saw my car in the bay and asked how much longer it would be. Jessie checked and returned stating it would be about 30-45 minutes. I left the location and arrived home about 10-15 minutes away. As soon as I parked, they called and stated my car was ready. This was bit irritating because I was just at the location and they lied to me about the wait time.Upon re-arrival, I saw my car in the parking lot, but noticed the hood was cracked open. I went to my car and sure enough the hood was left open while my car was in the parking lot. I informed them of this issue when I arrived.A couple of days later in the evening, I noticed three lights below my radio, which were well functioning prior to Car Toys repair were now not lighting up and are now non-functioning. One of the three lights are my HAZARD LIGHTS, which are a safety feature. I also had a black sheet covering my speakers in the truck, which that was missing after the repair.I called on 11/3/19 and 11/6/19 and spoke to Justin. I reported the repair issue. He agreed I could come in around 9/10am today, 11/7/19 to get my car checked/repaired. When I arrived this morning 11/7/19, Justin was unavailable, but Austin was. Austin was nice and patient and did try to work with me, but the install manager kept beating around the bush and making excuses. I asked Austin if they took appointments over the phone because that’s why I called yesterday to ensure I could be seen. He stated they are trying to get better with taking phone appointments, but they don’t right now.Car Toys needs to fix the wiring issue they caused with my three lights. I appreciate them fixing the initial issue, but now there’s another electrical/wiring issue with three of my lights, including a safety feature that was working well before I took my car to them.I value my time and others and they should as well instead of beating around the bush and requiring customers to visit the store to schedule appointments.Do the right thing and do better.They will continue to lose customers with this type of service and will have lost a good customer (myself) if this issue is unresolved.
Had to come back a couple times for various reasons to have my interior detailing completed to my standards BUT this time round Mr. Chris with the pink Mohawk got me right, my Jeep looks perfect and to standard and then some👍🏽I am very satisfied ! Will recommend.
