Erin who was the employee who assisted us was such a big help!! She was very knowledgeable about her job and very patient and made sure we were confident when making our selections. She even came in on her day off to help us finalize the process! PLEASE MAKE SURE that she gets some type of acknowledgement of her outstanding customer service/care!!!

Jamie was amazing helping fix the mess someone at AT&T created when I attempted to leave Verizon a week earlier. She continuously worked throughout the afternoon until my account was corrected & I was able to get trade in my Note 9 for the Note 20 Ultra. I was having difficulties with my Billings. I could not fix the problem over the phone with AT&T agent; so I walked into this store and met the Store manager, Flor Hernandez. She handled my billing problems with ease and actually offered me a lot of qualifying credits on my account. She was amazing and I would love to refer friends to her for further assistance.
I had lost my IPhone & had gotten a new one overnighted by my insurance. I needed to set it up, so I took it here & was treated w/ so much kindness & professionalism. Felipe worked on my phone for close to 2 hrs & was unbelievably patient. It was such a pleasure to talk things through with him. He’s such a caring individual & though he probably could’ve helped 10 people in the time I was there, he didn’t stop trying to help me get everything just right. I highly recommend this store & especially Felipe for his amazing work ethic! Every store needs a Felipe!!!
The team at this store is outstanding, they make sure everyone is greeted and assisted right away. When the store is at capacity they greet the customer put them in the cue, ask about what is bringing them in, and inform them of the wait. They are all very friendly and helpful, they dont rush anyone just to make space in the store either, truly amazing team, this is why I always shop at this location. I will say in the two and half hours I was there transferring data from my old phone to my new one, I did notice that at times when people came into the store, they did not get acknowledged right away, the associates were a bit busy with customers, but I feel someone could have at least acknowledged that someone had come into the store.

After having a great experience last night with Erin, I was very disappointed by my experience with the store this morning. I went in to do a trade-in on my old phone and when I walked in there was one person working and she was already helping a family. I stood there and waited for a simple hello, I will be with you in a moment. Well I stood there for a good six minutes and it never happened. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and I know you ALWAYS greet the customer within 90 secs. ALWAYS. Instead, this girl went to the back, opened the door, mumbled to somebody else, went into the back room, and another girl came out and said hello. I asked her why her coworker couldnt greet me and why did she wait so long to go to the back to get somebody else to help me. It was 9:58am when I walked in. It wasnt busy. I was so upset that I just left. I will now have to go back to do my trade-in later when there are people working who are competent in customer service skills.

Was able to get new iPhone 12 activated and phone number moved off old iPhone X and onto this new phone. Had screen protector put on, and got old iPhone X swapped with my wife’s old out-of-date iPhone. Made changes to service plan, and got military discount applied. Everything went smooth.

Employees here are great! Upset because AT&T decided to make my beloved iPhone 5C obsolete. They announced they would do this to all 3G phones in Feb of 2022. But to my chagrin, decided to do it now. So if you have a 3G phone you love and want to run it a bit longer, youll have to go to another provider
Sando was great in helping me get my information transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me set everything up so I was good to go when I left the store.
I came in with and family and received the most amazing service. Sando was so kind and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He really took the time to explain all the details of new phone options. He never made us feel like we had too many questions. I love how he walked through everything and left nothing out when explaining new service options. He even went as far as letting us know when he’d be back in the store so we could see him for any additional questions we might have. Our experience at this store and with Sando was above and beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely be back!

Eric and Delaney were super kind and gave me a wonderful deal on our Note 20s. It was awesome because most promotions are for new lines or new customers but we were able to get free phones on an upgrade. It’s really great to have a store you can rely on. I even was supposed to get my upgrade fees waived and Carlos the Manager took care of everything. I was super pleased with my visit.
We came in the store today for upgrades on my phone as well as my wife’s phone. Sando greeted us promptly and assisted us with our purchases. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get our new phones going as well as retrieving all of my information from the cloud when I was having difficulty trying myself.All in all our experience was great and we can thank Sando for that.

Edgar was Fantastic. He’s the sales rep that made my experience “world class” today. I walked into ATT to cancel a line. I walked out of there keeping the line and buying a new phone with accessories. His knowledge and insight of ATT products and network really helped me find what I was looking for in a device and all without pressuring me into a sale. As a customer, I truly appreciate when an employee can take the time to explain the big picture, not just worry about rushing the interaction to get to the sale. This is exactly what Edgar did. He took his time explaining and gave me options. good options too. Pro tip, customers love options. In the end, I decided the best move was just to get another device and just keep the current phone line active. At least until my needs changes again. Professionally, I’ve been in customer service for about 17 years now and I can honestly say working with Edgar today gave me nothing short of a world class customer experience, which is exactly what I expect out of my own staff. I hope ATT knows that they have a quality employee in Edgar. And before the skeptics chime in, no, I’ve never met Edgar before. I’m not related to him. He didn’t pay me off, etc etc. I’m a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due and this was one experience where credit is due. Kudos on an excellent job Edgar!
My experience with the representative was great! She patiently assisted me in securing replacement equipment. I gave four stars instead of 5 because even as an employee, she had to make contact with three different people to get the right person to assist. It should be clear who can assist with which product. Otherwise there is too much confusing for your customers. That’s not good customer service.

I purchased a phone for my brother who lives in Indiana at the At&T in Indiana. The phone is a little over 6 months old and stopped working. The AT&T store in Indiana would not help him so I went to ask some questions at this account. The manager got another phone ordered for my brother and could not have been any nicer. We have used AT&T for years and appreciate that they took care of us. Thank you very much!

I contacted 611 a few times yesterday and had a very hard time understanding the technical support. After two or three hours of going back and forth on the phone with him I finally decided to go to the AT&T store . Delaney was cooperative and wanted to help but I think she was over her head. I cant get my visual voicemail to respond because of a password issue and we did not get that remedied and I went out with an ability to collect my audio voicemail. Since I have been home I found that some websites I go into I cannot flip the phone and have it go to horizontal presentation rather than vertical. Still another problem requiring another visit and she told me if I want visual voicemail I would have to allow a little time and contact 611 and have them assist me to reinstall it and the reason I came into the store was to get past that headache and I ended up with at least two headaches when I left. I think her attitude was good and her attempt to help was well intentioned but it left me with a problem or two or three. Store is clean and and well protected from Covid 19. And two days before when I went in I got a newbie and I still ended up with the problem. Im getting frustrated overall with AT&T.

Over-promised, under delivered.I went in to upgrade my phone.. employee that helped me informed me that we could lower our bill $100 by setting up auto pay. After wasting nearly 30 minutes he told me he could not offer that. I was frustrated and just wanted to upgrade my phone. After signing agreements and making a deal, he informs me of a few different fees I owe. Not a single mention of this prior. I would avoid this location.
Nothing special here, employees just seemed disinterested in helping. I went to pick up my new phone and thought I ordered one with more memory but when I looked at the receipt, apparently I got the one with less memory. I just peeled the cellophane off the box when I noticed the error. They wanted to charge me 55 dollars for that oversight so I decided to stick with the smaller phone. So much for making the customer happy. Oh well, my monthly payment is lower now because I got the cheaper phone. However, I will never give this place my business again.

This AT&T store has the worst customer service reps and manager. They were very rude, disregarded everything I had to say as a customer and the female manager would not even assist me with my phone. There was only one other customer in the store and I was completely ignored. I waited over 30 minutes and the young customer service rep was the worst experience I have ever had with his mean and rude demeanor. He was cold, not helping at all with my phone issues then ignored me. I sat and waited to talk to another customer service rep and after he was finished with a customer he got up and walked away. The manager of that store did not even look at me knowing I needed help. 30 minutes later another customer walks in and the manager is completely friendly with this customer that walks in. I have never had horrible customer service like this. I was polite in my questions and needed assistance but this store is the worst place I have ever been to with the customer service help. The female manager and young employee should be written up for their disrespectful conduct with their customers. I have never written a review on google but the treatment I had at this store, needed to be discussed to the public.
Continuing to experience the same issue, its very frustrating, and theyve made no effort to follow up with me or offer a discount at all. This is so clearly a breach of our contract, I hope they can fix it before I look for another service provider, or contact an attorney to help me get my AT&T service working acceptably.

Really bad service I’m with att for more then 12 years and this company goin in the worst costumer service by phone and especially in this location, I arrive 10 min before close to get a SIM card for my table a soon, I explain what I was for, the guy attending me saying, they don’t have any mores SIM card not even look in the system it’s totally a waist of time with this company they only important for this guys it’s the money and the bones they get for selling things to you !
I read about a promotion for an outright purchase of an iphone SE without the requirement of an eligible rate plan. Called AT&T to ensure that I understood the sale. They confirmed no plan was required for this deal and that it was good online or in store. After expressing concern about a store not honoring this, they told me that a store cannot require me to purchase a plan when purchasing any phone outright. Plus, this deal didnt require it and stated so in the ad. I figured that if it was the same as online, I might as well go pick it from the store to avoid dealing with shipping wait times. The employee helping me was misinformed or a liar. He refused to sell me the phone outright at the sales price. First he claimed it required a plan despite clear language and confirmation from their call center that it did not. The ad explicitly states eligible rate plans not required in normal sized font. Then he tried to claim it was an online only deal forgetting moments ago that he said the store had the sale.If you have to lie to sell a product maybe youre a bad salesman.
Customer service said I needed to go to the AT&T store to get phone numbers swapped on my wearable device. The dtore told me they couldnt do it. It had to be done by customer service. Major run around due to agents not knowing their products and services.

I went in the other day and worked with Cristal... Her customer service was top notch and she was extremely easy to work with. my phone ended up needing to be replaced. Since they no longer contracted phones, she explained the ATT Next option very simply. Everything was efficient and Im happy with my new phone and plan!
Run far away from this location. The manager is rude and very unprofessional. We put in an online order that they canceled. Money still has not been put back in my account. Husband has called trying to resolve this. They tell him wait X amount of days it will go back. It’s been about 2 weeks now and still don’t have the money back. Husband called back and was told there is nothing they can do and to never call back.The rep we delt with in store had no clue what he was doing. Didn’t know how to add a simple bring your own device. He had issues also finding the upgrade button for the other line on the account. The service provided at this store is just horrific. As someone who works with the general public I would fire people for this kind of stuff. I wouldn’t ever put up with behavior like this especially a manger.
Ive been coming to this location for over 2years and every time I go in the kiosk to use to pay us worse than the time before. Also not to mention that the staff is incompetent and would rather waste your time making excuses than actually helping you.Never coming to this location again!!
I go into the store and get a line added or whatever and mind you we are working the manager. We asked what our bill would be the first month and we were told about 250 and 145 monthly, why is my bill 600.00 when we we asked you what it was gonna be. Dont just throw random ass numbers out there if you dont know then say you dont know. And the AT&T customer service people suck too. Money was suppose to be credited it off my account and now people dont want to do it. YOUR JOB IS TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE GETTING AND TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. The customer is always right. And I will be canceling my service.

6 PM, 10/25/2014 -- Customer service was nonexistent. I was there for over 30 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence. I stayed in one spot playing with the phone I intended to purchase so I was easy to spot. Plus, Im a 64, 270 lbs. black guy. A bit hard to miss. I looked around the store several time trying to catch someones attention. The staff seemed content with ignoring me. I ended up walking out and took my business elsewhere. I will not be back.

Ordered online expecting a simple pickup...the site didnt add the FREE watch correctly, so the FEMALE employee said I had to go CHANGE the order on my END ONLINE, but she had just processed it making changed IMPOSSIBLE...if she had been trained well, she would have known that I could no longer cancel/change i that order after she had just processed it...so now I have to rush back to the store at which point its a few minutes (3) exactly before closing on my watch...I go up to the door, but its closed early....I knock once and politely wait for the MALE employee to come to the door with what appears to be a customer...IT IS a customer and as he lets her out and then looks at me with a disgusted grin (I know its right before close, but I just payed bought 1000$ worth the electronics and a contract for 30 months, etc etc..Id think it was in their best interest to let me in, but nope I get the WE ARE CLOSED as I pleaded for them to fix the problem...he practically closed the door on my hands and even though the door was locked before closing time and I was waiting outside BEFORE CLOSING TIME. (another customer came up also so I know I was on time) (I plan to have the manager check the cameras). Horrible customer service...Ive never felt so unimportant in my life...I wont be picking up the phone or any phone from at&t now..I expect all fees to be reversed...this also isnt the end of my campaign. This type of poor etiquette and training should not happen and I suggest getting rid these type employees not for me as Ive been lost as a customer...it is baffling and offensive that they demonstrated these poor behaviors and the rude treatment of to any human...
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. A LOT. I would give zero stars if I could. We went in the first week of June to upgrade our phones. We also had the opportunity to get a deal on DirectTV Now. We paid off my husbands phone, using his debit card, then paid taxes on the new phones and a couple of accessories including cases & Bodyguardz screen protectors (which were supposedly supposed to be covered with a warranty of free shipping and free replacement once registered), using said debit card, then when we went to pay first month of DTVN, we got a fraud error from his bank. No worries (Chase I believe was his name) we can use another card and you can change it at any time. I let him swipe my card, not knowing that another account was set up on a FAKE email. Yep. Im stupid and trusting and signed off on the charges that day that then went on for 5 months. Each time Ive called in about the charges to my card and my husbands no one knows what account Im calling about nor can they help with a refund until today. I spent over an hour with support for Direct TV Now on chat and they found the fake email attached to my debit card that has been charged about $230 over that length of time. I submitted the address and the store number to AT&T, filed a complaint and then called the store to confirm the employees name. When Larry the manager answered, he told me he had no clue who the employee was, yet the funny thing is, he was there that day and has been an employee there for some time. I asked for a specific employee to be put on the phone named Carlos. Supposedly Carlos is on vacation right now. When I said to Isnt that convenient? Larry quipped Yes, it is convenient. So I told him Id be filing fraud charges or a complaint and include him in the complaint because he was choosing to be complicit with this issue by 1. not giving me the employee name and 2. not giving me his full name. He told me to do what I needed to do. So here I am. Ive been with AT&T for 15 years. Absolutely I get frustrated at time with the billing or what it takes to get a human on the phone before, but have NEVER had this kind of situation happen. AT&T is escalating and I will be getting a refund thankfully, but I URGE you to read the reviews here and DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Also, if there is any retribution by anyone employed at this store, I will document that publicly as well
Amazing to go in at a peak time, and several prople are waiting. Two employees attending to customers, while 2 others are putting up a display. After 20 minutes, and no progress on those waiting, I left. This is not the first time Ive left the store without getting help.

On a Saturday at noon they only had 2 employees working. I was not greeted what so ever the five min I waited before leaving to find another store. The live devices were not even out on display for me to even view while waited. Needless to say I was immediately unimpressed. Gave two stars because store was at least set my clean.
My wife and I ordered iPhone Xs the day they came out. She loves hers but the screen looks smaller to me. In order to make it 5.8 they made it narrower and a little longer but part of the longer is taken up by the notch. Brought my phone to this store to return and purchase an iPhone 8 plus. Carlos was very unhelpful and said Id have to go through Customer Service. Said it 3 time before he explained that meant Id have to mail it back. He was curt and made almost no eye contact. He just didnt seem to care.

Looking at the reviews, Im unsure why Robert still has a Job here. He has terrible customer service, after 30mins of trying to give the guy a chance I realized he is truly a POS.He doesnt even want to help your problem, I normally do not let people get under my skin but he is really an awful person who hates his job. Not only was I treated like this but so were several others that were in the store. 😠I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
