Just bought a phone from them complete with a plan on 06/02/2020. My phone was possed to cost $50 the total came out to $72. Ugh... Fast FWD to a week later & my phone cannot receive incoming calls! Ive been on the phone with them for the past 7 days!!! Nothing has worked yet! Im honestly ready to go to Cricket or Boost Mobile because this is ridiculous. If I could id give them NO STARS!!!!

Never go to this metro pcs!!! I went in to put $20 cash towards my husbands Wi-Fi hotspot and my money went to something other then what it was supposed to. Their saying I used a card when it show me on camera handling cash not plastic!! The staff didnt know what the manager gave me an attitude. Then a day later my husbands phone gets shut off and the only way to get a phone turned back on is to get another phone plan.
