Love coming here to buy jeans. Their clothing, and especially jean quality, is really good and their prices are quite fair. Employees are always willing to help and will ask if you are okay. Definitely love coming here from time to time

Jake is very informative, helpful, and patient even though he was dealing with very indecisive customers! After a long day of searching for the right jeans for my boyfriend throughout the whole mall, he and his coworker were the only ones to actually help us.

My favourite jeans (yummy soft) and great hippie/beachy/bohemian style tops. I feel happy when I am wearing my Lucky Brand clothes.

Great selection and unbelievable service. Sean took care of me from the time I walked in to checkout. He was able to foresee my needs and provide answers. He even had a different size of jeans waiting for me when I mentioned to my daughter I lost weight and the ones I had seemed a little big. Everyone one there was alert to everyone walking even though you could tell they had a lot to do. I will be going back anytime I need jeans.

The lady running the store was wonderful. She knew her stuff & was very nice and helpful.

Sales people were awesome. Be careful of some shirts though. If buying for a high schooler, just make sure pot leaves are not hidden in shapes. The h.s. would have gone ballistic if he wore the shirt I might and then returned. Didnt even see it til it was pointed out.

Great location, staff was super friendly, saddened me that they dont carry black jeans except after the summer, and only 32 inseam, wah wann, seems like the opportunity to sell mens work attire is being missed. Maybe this will somehow make it to corporate, however didnt find much assistance on their website, you can do better Lucky Brand.
