Edit: got to my car and the coffee was barely warm. Downgrade to one star. :(Service awesome, people were great, place was clean. Two stars because Starbucks wanted an extra 70 cents for plain creamer! Almost $3.50 for a small coffee! That’s straight up corporate greed, and I won’t spend my money with a company like that.

Large public parking. Handicap parking and handicap entrance. Did not use restroom facilities. Store was moderately busy with no waiting time. Expensive, as all Star u ks tend to be, with a bit over $21 for 2 coffee drinks and 2 pieces of very good pumpkin loaf. Drinks were appropriately hot and cold, as I ordered one of each. Service was rapid. Associates were very pleasant and professional. Drinks were made with care and attention to serving a quality product. I was impressed with this Starbucks as a higher class than many Ive been in. Thanks folks! I highly recommend this particular Starbucks if you feeling like dropping a fairly high price for a great treat!

Opens at five, presumably and never had a problem so I placed a mobile order that would be done at 5:10. But the people working this location at 5:15 on 9/16 left the doors locked, and tried to turn me away before I held up my online order on the phone. Once they started making it they turned the lights off, they gave me my order without apology and expected a thank you and the only explanation was “I’m not even supposed to give this to you” for a coffee I paid for. When I asked why they weren’t open I got “we’re supposed to be open but I’m not open” which is cool.

I am one to rare review a place but this had to be done ! I drink Starbucks literally every single day! As everyone was hyped about In-N-out i decided to take my family for lunch on Saturday. As expected their was a delay! Since we were in line and we had already been waiting for sometime i thought it would be nice to have one of the kiddos(15yo)go for coffee just across the street . I had nothing smaller than a 50 dllrs bill and thought their would be no problem since the order was easy over 20dlls. They not only declined to sell do to the big bill but wouldnt even take over the phone payment. They could have offered us to use the mobile app witch i did have in mind to use afterwords but she simply didnt about the sell and moved on with her day. I have loved Starbucks do to customer service for years! This was an unfortunate experience ! Will never come back! I had my husband go walk over and pay them himself to figure they were wrongly made and denied to remake!

Very disappointed, they were out of most of the items on the menu. And didnt let anyone know until they ordered it. Even leaving sold out pastries in the case, so people would still ask about them.

I order 2 sandwiches through the drive-through. and when I got my sandwiches thinking that theyre were gonna be hot. They were still cold. I came back twice. It was of time just for them to get my order right.

Perfect taste! They know how yo make drinks with flavor unlike a lot of these other starbucks. I would recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth for caramel or chocolate

Overall experience was good. The service was good and the black tea was great. Only complaint was the only open table had a lot of crumbs on it but it wasnt too much of an ask for me to clean it off myself. Overall was very satisfied.

He got my order wrong but fixed it right away,gave me hot when I asked for cold.

I have visited twice now and it is completely worth getting off the highway. My cloud is made perfectly and my sandwhich is heated to perfectly. The staff is very friendly also. I will definitely be stopping by again soon!

We had to ask an employee, who was just handling a dirty mop handle, to wash his hands before making our drinks, and getting our food. He did wash his hand, and then just walked into the back without taking our order. Avoid this location, there are plenty of other Starbucks locations you can go to that care about health code and proper food handling.

I wish they have bigger tables for those who come to study like I do. My friend and I stop going here cause the only big table is always full and the other tables are too small to put anything else but your laptop...If you just come here for a takeaway drink the. I guess everything else is perfect. Great location, too.

Only two people usually working when Im in here and they are 10x faster than the other Starbucks I go to that has like 6 people. Always pleased with my drinks. In fact, this location is probably the only one which never messes up my drinks .

Good location, right by the Aurora Mall and light-rail! Then, when you have to hit the highway to go to work all you do is drive a block or two to get on the ramp. Most of the parking is in back of the store so you might need to use the back door. The Aurora Mall is right across the street. Sometimes this place is full so you can go to the mall and find a place to sit down and drink your coffee.

I always come here for breakfast and coffee when I have time. Nice little kiosk style. Only ever had my order wrong once and they promptly fixed it. Service is almost always grear.

Rarely a good experience at this location. The lady taking the orders always has a sense of attitude every time I order and can never seem to remember my drink which Ive ordered at least 20 times. Point system is awful, would honestly rather go to Barnes & nobles where they have great customer service

I work here and I have to say its just like any other Starbucks. But I do have to say some of you customers need to slow down a bit. Dont spam your order at us were doing our best so dont get angry when I ask you to repeat your self. And another thing could you please speak up a bit we have timers and brewers and steamers going off around us

Fast friendly service

The baristas were very quick and super nice! However, the location itself is very small, there were about 8 of us in there and it felt very crowded and I didnt feel like sitting down. I think it was the fact it felt like a hallway with chairs in it.

This is our favorite Starbucks in the Denver/Aurora area. The staff are wonderful, the waits are usually short, and you can usually find seating no problem. Jeremiah (who I believe is the manager of this location) is just the friendliest guy and keeps things running smoothly. Its especially nice that several of the baristas know us by name! Great service!

Love the staff, very attentive & considerate but seating is cramped which wouldnt be much of an issue except for all the sweet older ladies & their overabundance of perfume! Not Starbucks fault but a warning if that stuff bothers you. Its more if an AM issue, place is less fragrant late afternoon.

Im not a huge Starbucks fan in general. That said, this stores staff work hard and efficiently. No complaints. Ive also finally found a breakfast combo I like quite a bit - short flat white with sous vide eggs.

My server took her sweet time serving me even though I was the only customer in the damn store, and she was not friendly in the least. This isnt even my first bad experience here I was just bothered enough this time to finally say something.

Comfortable cozy place to hang out and drink coffee. Cashier was nice and brought us our matcha at the table.

I dont like how small Starbucks generally are because they feel too cramped. And Im a guy who likes to have his personal space. It was clean though so... Way to go!

When I order a kids vanilla steamed milk I expect it to also be the acceptable kids temperature. Both of mine were as hot as normal drinks for my 3 and 5 year olds. NOT acceptable!

As is usual, I find myself coming to Starbucks for a simple Blonde Roast with room, or the occasional cafe macchiato (traditional).While this location has the Clover machine and Reserve blends, I could only give this one 4-stars for its ambiance. I come here on occasion during my commute, but I would rather sit at the location on Abilene and Mississippi.

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! First it was very unconformable! There were no padded chairs chairs like every other Starbucks on the plant all the chairs were wood and metal! There was only one spot where you could charge any kind of device. The place was so small you could barely move around if and when it got busy without bumping into at least three to four people! It just look like Starbucks didnt even care and was at the end of their money when they constructed this Starbucks! Yeah it might be in a little poorer area of the Denver Metro Area...but come on have some freaking pride in your product and the places where you establish yourself and your product! Even if it is in a not so good part of town! I will not be returning to this location ever again and I will tell the world not to go to this location ever! I have to say this again...THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER HAD SINCE STARBUCKS CAME TO DENVER!

All Starbucks are the same. It all comes down to quality of the products and staff service. Thiis Starbucks was ok in reference to both. The Barista seemed new, but did not have any help and the coffee wasnt made correctly. As usual, the prices are a bit too high!

Great for a pick-me-up as usual. Went in for drinks for me and the family. Ended up with a vanilla bean frapp, green tee frapp, strawberry acai refresher, and a white chocolate mocha. All drinks were up to starbucks standard. Good job

At 2:35 pm... thats AFTERNOON, this COFFEE SHOP has no coffee available for sale. We didnt expect so many people... Fear not, I shall not trouble you for COFFEE, in the future. Silly of me really, expecting a Starbucks COFFEE SHOP to actually *have* COFFEE for sale in the middle of the day. Thank the caffeine gods, there are two other Starbucks venues within 500 feet. I used to think that was redundant, now I get it, customer base preservation.

Wanted to load my app with 50 dollars and they wouldnt take my cash because they dont take high bills.. In shock only since I was going to paywith a 50 to load card I didnt need change. Will never go to this starbucks ever again. Smh lost a long term customer . have been coming everyday for the last 8 years
