Went here @6:00 in a Thursday and was greeted not by a friendly staff member but instead a hastily hand written sign, proclaiming,” be back in 30 min” without start time or a return time. Top flight!

For years now my brother and I have been going to this location. Always the Nicest & most knowledgeable staff. More often than not what Im looking for in stock, if not they can get it. The Premier Membership is BEYOND worth the fee. Highly recommend!

I tried to refund my nintendo switch light. I was told they couldnt pull up my warranty with my phone number. I was then told I needed to call customer service to get my warranty Email to me. So I went to the Game stop on 20th street and they pulled up my warranty using my phone 📞 number. I felt discriminated against and the guys at the gamestop on 20th street felt I was too

I usually love gamestop but the selection at this one was pretty garbage.

My favorite it good buh I tried to get a new disk I had insurance on it then they told me I needed the receipt how Iam I supposed to have a receipt I had a year ago so I just waisted money buying insurance and they didn’t informed me to keep the receipt

Spoke to spencer about picking up “gears tactics” he told me they had a few copies in store.and they would put one a side. Got to the store 30 mins later and trinity told me they didn’t have any new or prep we’d copies. She said she’d double check. Clicked her keyboard 3 times and said they were out.

My son is so happy that GameStop is in the area. I am too. The staff is helpful and honest. I trust allowing my kids to shop on their own since I havent a clue what Im looking for. When I do visit, the staff helpse me make great decisions on games for my kids. Thanks!!

The manager is either an liar or Ill informed hes name is Nikko and I have had nothing but problems from this game stop I know they are a business but on top of being Ill informed they hound you for you to buy a power up card which is completely useless and this is every time you go in, avoid this store GameStop is the blockbuster of games mark my words!

Great location. Greeted me and assisted me right as I went in. Great selection for the size of the store. It had a lot of games that were on sale that I was interested in instead of just games that are unknown games that no one wants to play.

The employee there named Jeremy was very rude and unprofessional when I canceled two pre-orders and proceeded to toss the pre owned game I purchased on the counter.It’s my choice I I decided to cancel 2 games I don’t want anymore he should be disciplined for the rude customer service skills, I will never shop at that location again 👎🏽

Dont come to this store unless you want to spend 30+ minutes standing in line while one associate just stands there not helping anyone. 9 times out of 10 I end up leaving this location with nothing because I cant wait 40 minutes to purchase 2 things

Reason why I give it a 2 star because the other trade in came into 22 bucks. I was expecting atleast a $1 for 5 games.
