Jeriah B from the former Sprint, now T-Mobile corner location at the Aurora Mall assisted a family member and took advantage of them most-likely to meet their numbers. I am also an employee, and after reviewing the account in the system I saw the unlimited line reduced to 500mbs. Additionally, one line was supposed to be added, but instead there were 3 added. The margin of error of these manipulated transactions are slim to none. It is holiday season and this rep is taking advantage of customers to meet/exceed quotas. Terrible service

The manager at the location was so friendly and helpful. Im so glad to have a store that I can come back to for anything. They let me know theyre here to help me for ANYTHING! Thanks guys.

Such a friendly environment. Was greeted by everyone in the store. The representative that helped me out, Rafael was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has such great customer service! Would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

I went into the Sprint store to switch from T-Mobile, and I spoke to a young man named Alexiz. He was very knowledgeable about the deals that Sprint has, he was able to break down the differences for me. He gave me and my family an amazing deal on our iPhone 7s! This is the man to see if you stop in!

I had a great time at the sprint store today. Service was A1 and I was greeted by everyone there. Very friendly place to go to! Would recommend it to anyone.

Alexiz was horrible. He was very rude and knew very little information. I was trying to buy the brand new iPhone and trying to add on a line and I was willing to wait for the back order iPhone. But it looked like they just wanted me out of there. The store also reeked of marijuana and his eyes were very red. I have been with sprint for a very long time and never experienced anything like this. If youre looking for good customer service from sprint go to their corporate locations not this retail location. Horrible experience.

I have personally been here a couple of times and all of times, and the service here is horrible. The employees just giggle and laugh and I feel as if they didnt care about their customers.I asked about a promotion they had and the saod its only for new customers. They also said that we didnt have to be with Sprint if we didnt want to and can leave whenever. Extremely rude employees. I have been to the Sprint on Quebec and they have amazing customer service.

TERRIBLE customer service. The sales rep was RUDE and ignored my phone calls for a simple issue. Called multiple times and refused to let me speak to a manager. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go the Sprint across the street by the WingStop. At least their associates are kind and do not lie about anything
