Sold me a broken Xbox one with a wireless controller that was not actually wireless, I just want my money back and I will spend it at a place that sells quality products

Purchased a few items from here. Layaway program is great, employees are helpful and friendly. Havent had a bad experience here. Highly recommend this place.

I have only been here three times but all three times I have had a good experience. The sales team is very friendly and accommodating. Even better during these very stressful times when I got very bad news and am in the hospital I reached out to their customer service they were beyond helpful and made a bad situation that much easier.

Before, I would always look at pictures of the Xbox one s at Ezpawn. But then I heard of another pawn shop that will crush the pawn competition, Cash America. It looked A lot better when I saw the photos of the inside and there it was. Xbox one s. There were A lot of other stuff I saw that EZ didnt have much of. Tablets, Wii U, phones, Headphones and Much More GAMES! you sure are better than a EZ. AS? More like EZ to REGRET!

This is one of the worst pawn shops in Aurora certain staff have no clue what there doing and dont even bother researching what Im trying to sell which has decent value and tried to offer me unfair prices. The customer service is very slow infact I had to wait about 30 minutes just to ask a question about a particular item they had on sale. At times when I did browse here I felt unwelcomed and they have purposefully Ignored me when I needed help with something and as Im leaving I end up feeling stupid. Very disappointing experiences I wont be returning.
