Aiden was polite and friendly and did me a big favor by seeing me a couple minutes before closing. And I was given a fair price for my gold. If youre bringing in jewelry dont forget it still has to be processed so you wont get spot value but I felt they offered a reasonable amount.

I went to another coin dealer and I was informed the proper information to make my decision. Bruce offered me 72.5% less of what they were REALLY worth. That being said; if you have coins or jewelry that you believe is worth more than the current market value of the metals alone, dont take them here.This isnt a question of good or bad, it just is what it is..If you take in an 1889 Morgan dollar, theyre going to pay you for the Silver, not the face value of the coin(which is only a dollar). This would be in your favor.However, if you expect $150.00 because it was your great great grandpappys Lucky coin in WWI, your gonna feel the great and unsettling thump of disappointment.If your jewelry has precious stones or even semi precious stones in it, they are going to subtract(yes subtract[thats the minus sign from first grade math])the approximate weight of the stone(s) from the total weight of the metal. Remember.. this is metal broker who sells to a refiner, not a jewelry store.If you want more for your metal, wait until the spot price surges for that commodity in the market... just like any other holding. OR you can sell it on Ebay, a coin dealer( who probably isnt going to give you much more, unless its an ultra rare coin[every coin dealer in the world has BUCKETS of Morgan Dollars]))or to a jeweler for consignment.Additionally, sentimental value holds no equity in the open market. If theres a story with your property, sell it to a museum, not a broker.
