Waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up to the desk to greet me... no one in sight. In general many Ben Moore retailers take an our products are better than all others approach to customer service. My recommendation is to head to Sherwin Williams, they can tint all benjamin moore colors in their products and put an extra effort in treating everyone with respect no matter their knowledge on paint products.

Went in on a Saturday and told the sales person that we wanted to check out colors and asked him if he had a color chart and he says, “what’s that”. He had a bad attitude I guess because I told him our painter asked us to come by and get the chart which meant that we were not going to personally buy paint. Terrible store etiquette given it’s a corporate store and it’s how we can actually see and choose colors and we are going to use BM paint. Not like I see the colors here and go to Sherwin and buy paint. Wouldn’t go back if I can help it. Love the paint colors just wish they had better training for customer service.

Joe was amazing! He said he was a painter for 27 years and shared some awesome pro tips. He went as far to draw a diagram to explain how to paint a door properly. His customer service was wonderful and very appreciated. If you need to paint something ask to speak to Joe! Thanks for the great service and recommendations!
