By far this has been the best GNC Ive visited. Staffs are always attentive and knowledgeable. Especially a new staff named Jack is amazing, was very helpful, and knows what he is doing!

The employees at GNC Eola are extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store.Which is a massive sigh of relief when you would have questions or comparisons of products and employees tend to try and sell you the more expensive one to boost their numbers.The employees there are all great, and the products they sell are awesome. You can always have a great conversation with them there and talk about pretty much everything.The promotions they run are also great, and they let you try out the products with a promise of a return or exchange if the product just isnt enjoyable for you.

Normally, I love GNC. They have great products and they usually carry Ghost (my go-to brand for preworkout, creatine, and NO2). While looking for some protein at this location, one of the younger employees came from the back of the store with no mask on. I kept a distance, but he kept pestering me for wanting to buy Whey Gold Standard. I get that there might be a sales quota to meet, but this dude wouldnt let up when I clearly was not going to buy the GNC brand. When I finally was firm enough for him to back off, he tried selling me the PMD brand of preworkout and creatine, too. The whole transaction just felt super uncomfortable because he wasnt wearing a mask, but was also just super pushy. Cmon, guys. This is GNC, not a used car dealer.

This is the best GNC I have ever been to. Its always clean and well stocked, but the best thing about this location is the staff. They are always very friendly helpful, and are true experts in their products. Thanks to their recommendations I feel and look better than ever.

My boyfriend and I go to multiple GNC’s quite often but this has got to be one of the best customer service experience you can get. I highly recommend checking this place out and getting to know the staff. Jeff was really friendly and made sure we got everything we needed.

Jeff and his staff are very helpful and have directed me to my wants and needs every time i have gone in there, just tell them what you are working on and they will help you on the proper products to use...and get on the mailing list because the specials they have are pretty awesome..

This is the only place that I go to buy vitamins. The people (Keith, Jeff, etc.) are extremely knowledgeable and nice and their prices are very reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that they are doing a fundraiser this weekend for AuroraStrong. Great job!!!!

I recently joined a gym and needed a good choice of a protein powder to use as my meal replacement shake. The staff was real friendly and each of them gave me some suggestions on some dos & donts since I was starting a workout plan, one of the employees (Jeff) recommended a protein powder and explained why he recommended it compared to the others. I usually know when someone is trying to push a product onto me but in no way I felt that way, he was just providing me the information of the product. I will definitely continue to come back and keep buying my supplements from this GNC. Thank you guys! Great customer service!

I had a 30% off $100 coupon and the guy said i couldnt use it because of already everyday low prices but he said hed give me 10% off but it was only a savings of $3.85 taken off 2 of my items he didnt even discount my 2 $30 items.Since they dont use the gold card price anymore i should have been able to use my coupon.
