The cleanest Michoacana in town. Very comfortable and relaxing and less crowded. The Monster Preparado “Monster energy drink, lime, chamoy, cucumber and ice cream” is my favorite energetic All-in-One snack and drink from here. The snacks are about the same as the rest of the Michoacana’s chain ice cream stores, authentic Mexican flavors at an affordable price. Right next to Ross and Cermak this location is perfect to stop by after grocery shopping to enjoy a delicious ice cream with the family and friends. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The parking is available right in front the store. There is inside seating and is always well maintained.

Brooo I love their elotes I went there yesterday and they were out! So I came back today after work and got me one! Their sooo good! 🤤🤤🤤 I wanted to call to make sure they didn’t run out of elotes 🌽 but their phone number doesn’t work so don’t bother CALLING 📲 but yea I’ve been here 3 times were they run out of corn 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was there yesterday at about 8:40pm at night and Yesenia was amazing. She was very helpful to my group and even turned away a tip from me. She went above and beyond with customer service. Great experience, give that woman a raise!

Every time I come here, theyre always out of something. I wanted Nachos and they didnt have anymore. So then I ordered hot chips with cheese and they said they didnt have cheese. I wanted Fresas con crema and they ran out of that too. This is the third time I came here and walked right back out because of their lack of ingredients 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everything is overpriced and the employees don’t wear masks. I’ve gone one two separate occasions and both times the employees didn’t wear masks. They have a sign outside saying ‘no mask no service’ but how come their own employees aren’t wearing a mask?? They don’t wash their hands either. Stay away unless you want to get COVID.

Everything so good🤩 the hot cheeto with elote is bomb😩The workers there are so amazing! Always nice and ALWAYS WEAR THE MASK AND WASH THEIR HANDS YAY period

Bad service! Everytime I go they are out of everything!Plus the 2 girls that are there are rude.When they were taking our order they would just talk and wisper to each other.No good customer service at all.Do not recomend and will not be back!

I enjoyed going here the 1st time food was great came the 2nd time because I liked the food but tbh...we are going thur a pandemic rn...like every restaurant that I have been too has their employees wear a mask... like nun of the girls on shift had a mask on...Then a group of guys came in without a mask...the girls on shift didnt even told them to wear a mask...like idk man.....😷😷 Food Good, but employees idk....😬😬

I stopped in tonight bought 3 paletas 8.25! I was like Damm!! What da I’m about supporting small businesses but the prices are high no wonder the selection was kind of small! If your prices were more reasonable, I bet you’re business would be more busy. I for sure won’t be back! It’s a shame because they were delicious you have talent.
