Great small place for ice cream in the summer. Lots of choices including soft serve, hard ice cream, blizzards, and milk shakes. We didnt wait too long in line, got our ice cream quickly, and sat at one of several outdoor tables. Be aware though, CASH ONLY place.

The ice cream is pretty good. A little hit and miss. But this is still our go-to as a family because the environment is fun, there is plenty of outdoor seating, and it feels like a quintessential summer ice cream shop. The workers are always gracious and friendly. Solid 4 stars, and Im going to keep coming back.

Was ok. Portions are small for the prices and the employees are all young and werent really friendly. Im glad they hire teenagers but teach them to smile and be more friendlier. Plus prices are kind of high for what you get.

But im here to talk about the ice cream.The lady was just kinda mean, who knows what she said, it has been lost to labyrinth of time. But when she spoke to me, she was unaware of how my future was unwritten.Also i like lightning mcqueen.

So disappointed with this place. My very first visit. I will not go back and the place is prejudiced. The reason I say this is due to what my husband and I ordered. We both ordered a banana split with pecans. It cost us $12.00. It was not in a boat, the was a splash of ice cream which made it an ice cream surprise on top of that the little ice cream that was on it had melting and hardly any toppings. The next person to order was a caucasian man. He also ordered a banana split. His banana split was well put together. It was in a boat with full of ice cream and topping. I told my husband to look at his banana boat in a clear tub with plenty of ice cream and topping and look at ours in a foam container melting down not ice cream or skimpy topping. NEVER AGAIN will we patronize this business.

Ok. This place would be 4 stars. Ive loved this place over the years. But just the other day, my Boyfriend and I went to go get some ice cream. And the workers werent wearing masks! Im pretty sure its illegal to not wear a mask when working in the food industry in Ohio. And even if it was legal, its gross having people working with your food with the virus and all. I have an autoimmune disease so I cant be just eating at risky places. Im really disappointed since the ice cream here is good. We ended up eating somewhere else.

I think this is the first bad review of a place Ive ever made. I live in the Cleveland area so maybe people here are more apt to take precautions but I dont think these people are taking any during this pandemic. The person serving the ice cream was wearing gloves but NOBODY was wearing masks and the other people were not even wearing any gloves. At one point the kid was having some issue and asked for help with whom may of been the owners (just assuming that because they were much older) and they were all huddled together and one of them took my cone with no gloves on (or mask)! Dont these people know there is a pandemic and people are dying. Its not like youre sweating over a hot stove like most people have to do now while cooking. Good luck getting business this summer with no precautions in place.

Service is ok (run by mostly teenagers, who sometimes need their math skills checked), their ice cream is fantastic, but cash only,... come on this isnt 1990.

Dont get the hot fudgeSundae! I got about a tablespoon of hot fudge and the strawberry ice cream wasnt good either. Not to mention it was very expensive. Never again. There are better places close by.

The person who took our order was extremely patient and helpful with the 3 little kids, and went out of his way to put a face on the babys cup.

I love the old fashioned look and feel of this ice cream shop. I prefer the hard scoop ice cream over the soft serve and a little goes a long way.. I forget every year that they only take cash.I hope this shop can hold its own and remain in the center of town. It’s makes Aurora just that much sweeter.

Rude staff. Ignore you as you stand there. Act bothered when you knock to get waited on. Tell you you are limited to two menu selections before we even spoke and were expensive on top of it. The people behind us left they were so put off. I had a similar experience years ago which is why I hadnt been back but decided to give it a try again w my son only to be met with no change. Shame on you for that. Shame on me for trying again. You didnt deserve my money. Ill make sure plenty of ppl are aware

Went there for the first time today.. Very cute place and the boys working there were very nice.. I was disappointed in the little toppings on my sundae.. Was a large size and toppings were for a baby size. 😭😬

I love the Fantasy Delight... I just wish the feeling was mutual. This is a great little, eclectic ice cream shack on the side of Route 43. They have a good selection of frozen treats and they are pretty darn tasty.The problem is they have more signs about what you CANT do and what is against the rules than just about any place you can imagine. Water isnt free, if you drop your cone its not free to replace, you cant lock your bike there, no bills over $50 accepted and the list goes on and on. I feel like Im an inconvenience to the owner when I go.If you can get past that, which I can for the ice creams sake, its a nice, local establishment.Dont miss: THEY ARE CASH ONLY! There is an ATM next door, but save yourself the service fee and bring cash. They are also opened seasonally so dont expect Fantasy Delight past Labor Day.

Strawberry banana yogurt is amazing!

The vanilla frozen yogurt (I believe, may be soft serve, whatever) is pretty much dairy queen but less flavor. Not much toppings in my blizzard-like treat. Also $5 is insane for someone to fill a cup with frozen yogurt and dump a single crushed up Reeses cup on top. I ate most of it, ate all the candy pieces, and tossed the rest. Second bad experience, wont be giving it a third chance.

Looking for ice cream at 9:15 Sunday Labor Day weekend, so we head here because they are listed as being open until 10:00. I call the number listed multiple times to verify that they are open and the phone number connects me to Kolhs in Bainbridge. When we show up at 9:30 the place is closed. No website for us to verify hours either. If you dont care enough to post the correct hours and correct phone number on Google, I wonder what that says about the quality of the rest of your business. What a joke.

The owner of this business has given up or maybe has just gone insane . She claims she doesn’t accept credit/ debits cards because a local pastor told her not to! She told me this directly! Her customer service is in the toilet! She closed down with customers still sitting eating at the picnic table. SO RUDE!!

Terrible service. Friend asked for a flurry with vanilla ice cream and nerds. They apparently dont wash their equipment between making different things, so there were oreos in it. When he asked if his order was done wrong, the owner said the oreos were nerds and then laughed and said Its okay if youre a little r*tarded! Exact quote. There was also some peanut butter on a cup of ice cream in which no peanut butter was ordered, so I wouldnt recommend taking someone with allergies there.

Horrible my fiance and i waited 15 min in line while a customer from india had 15 orders.Then there kids rudly walked in front of us. They shpuldnt allow multiple orders. Poor customet service.

This was the BEST experience of my life the workers were friendly and funny and get your icecream out to you fast and clean they have yogurt shakes sundaes cones custard hardicecreme and slushes i love this place because I can get my 5 year old a childrens cone and thats the perfect amount!!!!!!!!😀😀😀
