All the 3 stars for helpful associates at this place. Few styles of products on display and the lack of any deals makes it a pointless to revisit this place again.

Plenty of items to choose from. Helpful staff. FREE ENGRAVING AND GREAT PRICES!! They had purses on sale that were cheaper than the clearance price at Macys. We need more Fossil outlets!

Service was great! My watch requires 2 batteries they charged me $10 for both batteries and put them in for me !

I have fossil smartwatch gen 5 last weak stop charges I put back in charge its lights back and start charging net day when I take it off from the charger its coming a part when I call fossil store the told me its cost more the 80 dollar to fix and shipped backNext day I take my second fossil smartwatch gen 3 I found same problem like coming 2 part like the first one like the picture I dont know something wrong with you watch why I pay all this money for expensive stuff working for 2 or 3 years only ????? Went in for a warranty exchange for my smart watch. Both associates I saw in the store were very friendly and attentive. Christina helped me with my exchange and she went above and beyond expectations with showing me my replacement options to finishing the transaction. Thank you!

Was not greeted when we entered, employees seemed focused on other guests and putting away the inventory. Had to wait for them to clean up the register area to check out, cashier barely spoke to us. The deals were good, but the service wasnt.

Shop a lot from Fossils and love their products. One star for this location as employees seem not interested to seve customers and too busy in inventory and stuff. Noticed they didnt greet anyone entering the store or offer their help.

Needed my smartwatch repaired and it was covered by warranty, so I was told in the store that the watch needed to be shipped out to Fossil. I was promised that it would be sent out a couple days after I dropped it off (the following Monday), but TWO FULL WEEKS later I learned after calling Fossil for status that the watch was STILL sitting in the store because the store employees were too lazy to ship it. Called to complain and was told they were too busy to ship my watch out. Are you kidding? Their job is to serve their customers, of which I am one. Extremely poor customer service!!! Will NEVER buy a Fossil watch again.

Crowed & understaffed, but nice.

This one in the Aurora outlet mall, Chicago is my favorite. They have a really good collection of watches, wallets and bags. Plus this being an outlet mall, theres always specials going on. Have brought a ton of stuff for myself and family.

We werent too excited about the selection, and the item we wanted to purchase was already pretty scratched up. They only offered to give us a 10% discount, which seemed insufficient for the damage on the item.
