My tire showed low. I stopped in to ask them to check my tire. They could have told me I needed a tire. They said it was just low. Checked all my tires and said I owed nothing!! Ill definitely be back there when I need tires.

They told us they didnt have any way to look up the work that had been done on our vehicle. They said we had to keep the paper invoice. They said they wouldnt even look it up. Dont go here they dont honor their warranty.

Brought my 2018 RT Charger there a while back and was looking for a better sound they definitely delivered and I will be returning and the pricing was very good and nice quality work done.

Thos guy is great. When Walmart tried to charge us for a new tire,James fixed our tire for a few bucks. We were in and out.James has repaired oyr tire a few times now. I bought 4 tires from them in late January and 1 of my tires completely tore up at 70 mph. I called them to see how they work with such a situation. They said if it just got destroyed you can buy a new tire. I expected some sort of help in the purchase of a replacement tire. That was the 1 and only chance they have at my business.

I have been a customer of James Tire for years now. Weve had our tires purchased here for multiple cars/trucks and have never had a problem. Ive taken my Toyota Tacoma up there multiple times because of brakes (I drive a lot) and every time theyve fixed it up right. From oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, etc....these guys are great.

Saw a screw in my tire. James Tire took the tire off my car and found that the screw didnt penetrate my tire so they put the tire back on my car and charged me nothing. Nice!

James Tire is by far the best tire shop in Austell/Mableton if not all of Cobb County! They are the best in the area for alignments and cheap/ discount tires. Make sure to talk to Charlie, he is a stand up guy and has helped me out a lot in the past.

I never heard a tire company that don’t accept appointments. Then they expect you to wait 3+ hours for them to get to your car. That’s not customer service at all. The bald headed guy that sits at the desk is rude.
