Called before I went to Mavis in Austell to make sure they would be able to do the work. When I got there, was greeted nicely. Work took about 2.5 hours. It was a pleasant atmosphere while I waited. The representative name Glenn was extremely helpful!!

I noticed a rip in my tire and brought it here for service. Everyone I came into contact with from the initial phone call reservation (with Fred?) to Glen at the front desk, Jamya in mgmt, and the mechanic has been very professional, courteous, and friendly. The establishment including bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained, the wait time ended up being much shorter than initially quoted, and the price was reasonable.They have free tire air pumps outside, offer 3 free patches per tire you buy from them and prorated prices on replacements for those based on the remaining tread on that tire. They also have spaced out seats in the waiting room as well as a built-in desk center to work on projects while you wait! Very happy I came here.. highly recommend!

I had appointment for tire rotation & were good on 10/14 & tires were good. Although Tori informed me I needed struts, wheel alignment, steering flush & rear shocks. This was a lot & Tori didnt try to pressure me but I like taking care of my cars. Tori had a good customer service ethics. The wait was longer than expected although Tori advised me working were only two men with all those cars.The man worked on my car had a good disposition for all the work. Tori informed me any problems to contact her parts warranty.

Got a new tire and sensor here and they made sure to check everything before putting it back on. Come to find out I had a cracked rim and they were the ONLY ones who caught it. Definitely worth the time and money. Ask for Dontay if you need your tires, he’s AMAZING.

I own a Kia Sedona, and I have been going to Kia dealership on Thorton road from the time I own the car. I realize that they only cared about taking my money instead of fixing my issues. So I decided to take my car somewhere else, and I went to Mavis and it was the best decision I have ever made. They are super nice and dont make me feel like a woman coming to a mechanic shop. They explained the my car issues and only recommended what I need to fix and not unnecessary fix. Jerry the mechanic was very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend the mavis on East West Connector by IHOP.

This place is horrible, I purchased new tires and not even 5 days went by and One of my tires became flat. They were not helpful of helping me, they wanted to charge me to replace the new tire.I paid for warranty…. what a joke.I call ahead to tell about the issue and they said come in and we will help. But as soon as I get there, they can’t see me because they are busy.Customer service is awful, very rude people.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!Audra is very nice person

I have been here for tires and most recently to patch a tire. I will say they are always busy so they may not be able to take you when you want but they will be polite, professional, and honest with you about it. I have had nothing but great experience.When I got my tires I got an alignment and it was slightly off after. I called them and told them about my truck pulling about. Without hesitation he said bring it back and he would get it taken care of. I couldn’t bring it back for a few days and he was flexible with me. Then getting the latch Tori was super friendly and helpful.

Decent prices but they tried to upsell the heck out of me and told me parts were bad that I verified weren’t, they left a lug nut off, and they didn’t put my spare tire back in the trunk. When I went back to get it, I had to wait 40 minutes just to get back what belonged to me.

Had 11 AM appointment for oil change. Was told it would be at least 2 PM before it was done. Said left voicemail night before about it but I never got one. Nice and apologetic but no joy. I left without fresh oil.

I had to get all my brakes fixed and Tori helped me and was so helpful throughout. I was kinda on edge about the time My car was being serviced and Tori assured me that the work is going to be done in a timely manner and she was right.

Great service despite being short handed. Every service is citing lack of help for mistakes and poor service. Not the Austell mavis location. I made a 4 tire purchase and appointment online. When I arrived I was informed there was one technician working and given a time for completion. I also had a special request to install new wheel I purchased, which they did at no extra charge. The job was completed early. My vehicle is exceptionally clean, and they took great care to keep car clean. The lady at check in was very professional and knowledgeable. She intently listened to my concerns and expectations from my order, and explained in detail what I could expect, and the service exceeded my expectations. I am an extremely demanding customer. I was there at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning and I did not leave there until 5:30 p.m. that day. I have never felt so irritated in my life. They do not have a shuttle service and I live 15 miles away to call a uber to go home and come back with a cough me $100. So it was unaffordable because I knew I had to get things done to my car. It was ridiculous the amount of time I had to sit in there. My appointment at 9 I dont think my car was seen until almost 1. The people in there were nice but I would never again come there because of the time it took. I have a special needs child he was frustrated ready to go. I felt terribly guilty about it.. it was just ridiculous. I spent so much money having to get a uber to go somewhere to get something to eat a few times and to waste time. Never ever again.

By far the worst experience. I need a TPMS replace and a tire patched. The front desk person told me it was going to be around 4:30pm before my car would be seen. I sat in the lobby and to car didn’t move. I saw people come in after me and leave with service without an appointment. I leave at 4:25 and my car hasn’t been pulled to the back at all. Then someone calls me and tells me I need a patch for 2 tires (1 I already knew about) and a TPMS replace (also was mentioned by me when I came in). The she tells me I need 2 tires because they can’t patch them. She said I need two tires that she has to order and they won’t be in until the next day because my car has been sitting here for 7 hours. I don’t understand that. Either communicate to your customers that you are extremely busy today or that you need an appointment before we can get to you. I woulda took my business elsewhere if that was communicated to. Then when I came to pick up my car, I had to wait another 45 minutes for it to be given to me. Mavis really needs to work on their front desk people to be a little more communicative to their customers.

Brought my vehicle in for repairs 12/7/2020. Parts were giving to the shop and still no progress was made in fixing my vehicle.Hello me name is Johnathan Henderson. I brought my 87 Ford Mustang GT to the shop on 12/7/2020 to have them replace 4 tires and my rear brake assembly. I provided the tires had already been purchased before arriving at the shop. I also provided parking brake cables as well for the brake repair. After a week I called about my vehicle and it had not even been brought into the shop. When I talked to the receptionist she assured me that my vehicle would next in for repair. I gave her my number and told her to call me if any problems occurred. After another week of not hearing from the shop I called again. I was greeted by a different receptionist. When I asked about my car I was told that the shop had been put under quarantine for two weeks. I drove by shop and saw my vehicle sitting in the parking lot untouched. After the two weeks had ended I called the shop again. My car still had not been taken into the shop. After two days I personally drove down to the shop to see what was going on. I saw my car sitting in the same location. When I asked what was taking so long with the repair, I was told the brake hardware had to be ordered to complete the repair. I went and brought the correct hardware and gave it to them that same day. They assured me that my car would be worked on soon. After another week of waiting I called again. I asked about my car I was told that my wheel cylinders had frozen and needed replacement. When I asked why I was not informed this I was not given an answer. So again I brought two brand new wheel cylinders and handed them to the shop. I contacted them on 1/18/2021 and my vehicle is still in the same location untouched. Update: on 1/24/2021 I was told to get my vehicle towed to a different shop because the brakes were not building up pressure and that they didnt have the right equipment for the brakes. How do you not have the correct equipment for brakes and you are a brakes and tire repair shop. So on top of having my car sit at their location for about two months. I have a car that has no brakes. I had to pay 321.18 for half baked work. I also had to pay 120.00 bucks to get my car towed home. I will never recommend this place not even to my enemy.

If I could give a negative review I would. I went to this location on 05/01 for an alignment, oil change and 2 new front tires spending $300 with that I asked Tori the store manager to run a diagnostic so I could make sure everything was good. When I picked the vehicle up she explained everything on the vehicle was fine all I needed was wipers and front/back rotors. Fast forward to Sunday night 05/02 I was driving down I-20 late at night when my engine light started flashing, oil light started flashing and I was unable to accelerate, so I was stranded. Had it towed to the Mavis in Kennesaw where Chris is located which might I say he is phenomenal. After him having my car for THREE DAYS fixing Austells mess up. Nothing was figured out and codes were misfiring. O At that point, I had to have it towed to my mechanic, after him having for 2 hours he found that my oil change in fact was NOT done and my oil was low and DIRTY and that there was antifreeze all over my transmission and that because of my oil, my engine locked up and I needed a new motor.So here I am out all the spent money. $300 for what I originally paid for, 2 tow bills and a car with a blown engine. I tried for MULTIPLE days to get in touch with Ebony who is the regional manager.... if thats what you want to call it. I finally got a call from her on 05/08 where she was not only not trying to hear me as a customer but where she TOLD me something was wrong with my car prior to them doing work, which my car was perfectly fine when I left it with them, then TELLS me my mechanic did not know what he was talking about that they did do my oil change THEN proceeded to hang up on me when I was in mid conversation and did not call back and when I called back she did not return my call. I was told many times she does not have a boss which unless she is the CEO, she definitely has a boss. Her customer service is HORRIBLE and if that is who you want in charge that is SAD. Of course I understand she does not care because its not her car and her money but the least she could have done was compensate me in some way or AT LEAST try and help but instead she was RUDE and hung up. I hope and pray that you find someone else better to be a regional manager and if not you should re-evaluate who you hire or promote.

Tory is a con artist who scammed me into purchasing $600 for tires that I did not want without an alignment at Mavis Tires in Austell, GA. The police were involved, but said its a civil matter. I am outraged and livid! I want my money back. Tory is running this store like a street hustler. This is wrong.
