First of all, I am a female. With that being said, this is The most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at an auto parts store!!! I wish I could have given napa on Veterans Memorial a negative rating. Please see the picture of what they sold me for NEW brakes!! The brakes were returned by my fiancé who had to get off work because I had already left the mechanic shop via Uber. Daniel, “the manager of napa” said it was a factory “mishap” very nonchalantly. This was like saying, “whatever”!! If you are looking to WASTE TIME, MONEY, and BE DEGRADED, napa is your place. They are so horrible, their name doesn’t deserve capitol letters!

When I entered NAPA they gave me a friendly welcome. As I asked the clerk about my truck part they had no problem entering it in the computer to find the part, but my part was out of stock there so they located it at another NAPA close by in the Douglasville store. They wrote down the part number and location address to the Douglasville store location. I went to Douglasville store location and they was courteous there also. I gave them the part lookup number, they looked up the part on the computer and got it from the back. Yay 🙌 I was so very happy, because this was the 4th Auto store Ive been to today other than NAPA for this part, including my original Chevrolet off Thornton Rd didnt have it. 👍👍2 thumbs up NAPA Im so grateful yal had this part. Yal save me once again with this and a battery situation I had on this same 97 Chevy Tahoe 5.7 4x4.

I went in the store as a lonely female stranded next-door with a dead battery and a trunk that won’t open and no one in the store had any compassion for my circumstances they were more than willing to let a female be by her self with no assistance no other help they looked at me like I was a useless thing no compassion no southern hospitality they treated me like I was less than nothing don’t go here anymore. When did people stop caring about other people

I always get the parts I need for my truck at the Napa in Austell! The people that work at this Napa are always so helpful, and always make sure to get me the right parts, I need for any repairs!!! I also love my new tool box for my truck!!

Great products to choose from and highly experienced and curtious staff. Do all my automotive at this store. Best parts store around as far as Im concerned.

Great parts house! knowledgable staff each person wears a superman or women shirt under that NAPA blue work shirt!Daniel your the paint man! The Martin Senior paint line is under rated great products!Had to get a second gallon of the same metallic Base color and it blended awesome.Nice mixing job young lady!

Its a parts store.... Some of the people that work there are not friendly at all... And they act like everybody is a thief.....other than that its a part store

The location was easy to find, and they have two separate entrance/exits, with plenty of parking spaces. I was able to find an uncommon fuse for my car, which Advance didnt have at all, and Autozone only offered as part of kits with fuse removal tools and/or miscellaneous other fuses I didnt need, ranging from $12 to $17. I only wanted to replace one blown fuse, and fortunately, NAPA had a small pack that only cost a few bucks. That was just what I needed. Ill definitely be returning in the future instead of first going to the red and orange stores, my previous go-to spots.

Napa is good for most auto parts and equipment.Friendly customer service.No issues with staff nor location. Plenty of parking space.

I had to come back and change this review. I went to this location again because I had great service prior. This time I went in to get a cabin filter. The guy ask if it was for a 3.0 or 3.6. And double the price. I think ju st because I was a female. Thats the reason I believe that he over charged. All the other auto supply on the same street was half price. Or the correct price. And I called other locations in other counties. My male friend went back in asked why. And got my money back. I wont go back there again.

I find Napa a little out of the way where I live but always worth the trip. Great helpful service. The stores carry the favorite items like all the other chains but carry a lot of parts old stores use to until their bean counters and computer order systems took over there ordering and now have to order the parts you want now! Just go to Napa and fix your vehicle today!!!

I have a 10 year battery for my lincoln and it went bad in 1 year and they pro rated it and got a new one for $40!

I called and asked a question about a certain brand. The answer was yes we will take care of it. I get there, and they dont even carry the brand. Need a better training system if the employees dont even know what brands they carry.

NAPA never disappoints! Reasonable prices on good parts and parts counter staff that actually knows about cars and trucks.

Tra was very professional and very helpful in finding the right part for my vehicle at a great price.

They had all 4 parts in stock, (a bit pricey but then again the name brand is always higher - Gates belts). Also, the counter help was very good and very courteous.

Most Napas are a good place to find OME parts for your cars and trucks that other parts places dont carry in most cases. And alot of times dealers items but less than dealers cost. And usually fast friendly service.

One lady works there, kind of on the bigger side. Is extremely rude and disrespectful, I purchased a battery last may and tried to warranty it out(18 month) warranty. Took the battery up there, and one guy was going to warranty it out and then this last came over and went insane and refused to warranty it out or even test the battery. She told me that battery has no warranty and only way to test it is to purchase a new battery, then shell test my old battery.

Bad service. Avoid this place
