She is very professional, and I appreciated being able to book online and the follow up reminders. She is also super quick - she had my dress completed in only two weeks.But whats most important is the end result. Ashley took my already beautiful dress and made it perfect for me. Could not recommend Alabaster Bridal Alterations more! I had a quick turnaround for my wedding, which meant finding someone to alter my dress in less than a month. I literally had other big box alterations departments laugh at me. Ashley was sweet and got my dressed altered in 2 weeks. Her work is really beautiful and the price is so reasonable.

I felt like I could completely trust her with a pretty stinking expensive piece of tool. During the consult I explained what I wanted and she validated my concerns, she got right to work and made my dream dress fit beautifully. Her pricing and return time is phenomenal. I will most definitely refer her friends and family. It also helps that she’s so sweet and has such an inviting space that she has truly made her own. 10/10 recommend for alterations.
