Owner was very nice and personable from the moment we went in. Threw my phone and it was smashed pretty bad to the point there were black marks all over my screen. Looked up other places but this spot came up with so many good reviews I had to try it out. Got my phone fixed in under an hour for less than a $100 bucks(I’m sure the prices fluctuate depending on the model of your phone) phone looks brand new again and works perfectly couldn’t recommend enough! I went in there three days ago and was greeted by Owner who was polite and expressed concern for my phone, and ordered a new screen for my sort of new LG Android. I was told that the price would be a bit higher than usual due to the fact that their main supplier is located in China, hence that supplier is unavailable due to the current unfortunate circumstance that is the corona virus. Perfectly understandable, and he was really down to earth about the whole thing.

The right speaker on my phone no longer works and people can barely hear me when i speak to them now. I am so happy with how I was treated from start to finish. Owner really valued me and asked me specific details to see if he could do it for the best price possible. The first phone call I received I couldnt answer the call because the screen would freeze. I returned the phone the next day and I went back 5 times trying to resolve the problem. I live in Austell GA and cracked my iPhone screen worse than Ive ever seen it (the glass was falling out when I picked it up). So, I didnt really have any option other than to find a place that could repair my phone screen quickly. I called them and they told me they could fix it in 20 minutes for $65. It was a 45 minute Lyft out, but it was so worth it! The staff was friendly and efficient! They even put a free glass screen protector on my phone for me. Hopefully, Ill never have to go back for another cracked screen. But, if it happens again, I wouldnt think twice. I highly recommend it!!

I dont do this often but I want customers to know that this is NOT the best place to go if you VALUE customer service. I have been doing business with him for a long time and even know ourselves by first names. I cannot count how many referrals I have sent to him over the years. That came to a stop when he cannot even take a MINUTE or two to check out a simple problem on my phone. He wants thirty dollars to even touch my phone. He made me feel as the phone has EBOLA disease. He made a statement that he would rather loose me as a customer. I can understand if he had other customers waiting but I was the only one there. I have always paid for any services he provided without question. To say that I was very disappointed is an understatement. The money was not the issue and it has never been but the TOTAL lack of empathy and customer service on his part. He will not see me again and same goes for my friends that value CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place has none of that.

My only issue is the materials used are cheap and end up breaking again and he makes excuses why it cracked again and you have spend your money all over again.
