I highly recommend this location, the entire staff is pleasant and super helpful. I was assisted by Veronica that really took her time and explained everything thoroughly. Victoria and Carly were also great and answered additional questions I had while the other associate was on the phone with corporate trying to resolve my issue. They also speak Spanish (if needed)They went abobe and beyond with my situation which was simple but I previously went to 4 different stores and nobody tried to help me return a phone for another one. All of them kept getting stopped out by the system but at this location they also called corporate to get the issue resolved. Thank you so much guys.

The worst t mobile store around.. I had 2 new phones that needed data transferred from old phone to new phone, I am an existing customer and they tried to charge me $50 per phone.I went to Cumberland location and it was free.I would never give this store my business.Worst store for Austell customers.

Call the store to see if they had a phone in stock before i drove to purchase phone & left on hold for over 30 minutes by a sales associate name author! I had to Call back and was told the phone was out of stock by the same person. I will never go to this t mobile store because of the terrible customer service. This is the worst customer service i ever experience while being with t mobile.

Exodus this the best. He is available to answer and assist at all times. He helped me numerous time with different things such as my bill and even showing me how to order another screen from Tech21. He great at understanding your needs and making it happen. I even converted a second line from Metro Pcs and Im more then satisfied. Go see him at this location.

I have been with T-Mobile for almost 13 years I was offered a promotion to upgrade for cellular phones but I have 10 lines. I upgraded the four phones I bought one farm without upgrading and I was supposed to cancel three lines that were not in use. The four promotions that were offered were not honored on T-Mobile‘s part I asked for the phones back after paying the new devices off and I was well within my 30 days of receiving the new devices. All devices to pay off cost me over $2500, I only received the phones because of the promotion that was presented to me by the employee. Now they tell me I cannot get anything for my phone as well as my daughters phone. My son had the iPhone eights and only got $100 and $78. I understand now that I will never be able to get my old phones back, I actually liked my old phone better than the SE that I have. And unfortunately I cannot find another phone plan at the cost that I have now. When I try to cancel my phone plan with T-Mobile the man that answered the phone told me that I will be back. I just want people to know never upgrade your phone with T-Mobile if you are grandfathered in just buy a phone and have them put the Sims card in, never buy a new phone through T-Mobile.

This 5 star rating is for JONAS. (T-Mobile sucks) However, after multiple calls to T-Mobile, I went into this store and Jonas was able to help me with my (1 yr) messed up account and really went the extra mile. He did everything in his power to assist me and was very patient. Thanks Jonas!

I traded in my phones from ATT and T-mobile is suppose to Pay off the fees to get switched over. The salesmen said do not worry, we will take care of all that stuff for you. This was 2 years ago, I just received a call stating that I owe them money. This place just con my family out of 1000 dollars. I am beyond upset. There is nothing T-mobile can do now. This is completely unjust.

I needed to change out my sim card on my phonevabd even though the store was full of customers several employees stopped and asked had I been helped by anyone and made sure they kept the correct service order of those waiting in line.

Best customer service Ive had in a long time!! Jonas V took his time with me and my sister to really explain everything to us and to tell us about the phones we were interested in. It didnt like he was tyung to get a sale at all. He was very informative. Answered every question precisely. He gave us pros and cons and even let my sister play around with his IPhone 8 to get a feeling for it. He was very funny and had great stories. Exodus was another gentlemen that also gave me some great insight on the Note 8. Both gentlemen were awesome! Our transition from Sprint to T-Mobile was super easy and worth it. All our pics, contacts...EVERYTHING were transferred with out a problem. Jonas V kept us updated with the number porting and transferring as well. Jonas V even offered us water, so I thought that was very thoughtful. Overall, the store and their customer service is amazing. The wait was not bad at all and they actually greet you when you walk in and with a smile. On a scale from 1 to 10 they are a 20!! And Jonas V put on my screen protector so perfectly and Im super OCD about that and he did an amazing job! Definitely go visit them and this store. You definitely wont regret it!

I have been a longtime T-Mobile customer and thought I was getting good service .My rep was Lisette i purchased a 2nd cell phone paid in full and added a second line and was told it would be an extra 5.00 per month. That was a lie. I get a bill for 275.00 which includes a one time 92.00 fee from going to a single plan to a family plan ?? Was not told that either .Now 2 phones lines 150.00 per month ??I called the store on Friday and was told there was no manager on duty?? Until Monday and someone would call me back ? Never hapoened. I will be shopping for a new carrier,and writing a letter of complaint naming Lisette the cause of the problem

This store and the experience was worth the drive! Exodo (Exodus) was the gentleman whom assisted me. He answered all of my questions, took the time to go through my plan to make sure I was getting the best rate and was super enthusiastic to help each person that walked in the store (this was while I waiting for my contact info to be transferred in the back. )If you go, ask for him! You will wonder why there arent more employees like Exodo!

I go here because it is close and convenient, i have been with T-Mobile 13+ years, However i am beyond upset with the way they explain their promotions they try to up sell accessories to meet their quota or goal. every time i purchase a phone its not the fact that they try to sell if not the way they FORCE you to get accessories by telling you they are FREE BUNDLES kept pushing when what they are doing is putting you on a payment plan! Regardless of the fact if they look at my account i have no problem paying now i am pissed because i went last month 10/2016 and i called the store today because im tired of calling 611 and one of the reps told me my purchase the previous month with EBONY who helped me had accessories of things i did NOT PURCHASE (CASE, CHARGER, SD CARD) when i didnt even get anything!!!!! I am so close to cancelling my services and it took a lot for me to call and even write a review but the way the handle business is HORRIBLE!!!! i will stick to Hiram worth the drive they dont lie and explain everything to you the way it should be not the first bad review this location has! Do Not go here!!!!

I was explaining the issue and she wanted me to upgrade, I told her I didnt need to upgrade since i just bought it a few weeks ago and she proceeded to hang up in my face. Customer service is awful, the management sucks and all they care about is that if they can sell you their merchandise . I was there to buy a protector for my new galaxy 8. I ended up picking the Otter box and one of the screen protector., the INVISIBLE SHIELD glass curve. One of the store workers installed both for me the next day the INVISIBLE SHIELD glass curve screen protector fell off the first time I tried to use the phone when I took it out of the clip, causing me to drop the phone . The screen of my phone shattered into pieces. The store refused to do anything about my phone, even though the worker failed to properly install my protector.

This kid on their sales team poorly explained a promotion, or purposely lied to us for the sake of getting a commission check. Now we are stuck paying for a beats headphone he pushed us into getting because it was supposedly free. Went back to speak to manager and he explained how the promotion actually worked and he couldnt do anything about it.Props to you for fooling your customers so you can get your check! Wont be returning here again.

I bought a samsung galaxy note 4 for around $400 at tmobile. The phone was great until about a week later the camera started acting up and closing and not responding so i went to returned it the next day. At the store one of the clerks referred me to the Iphone 6 plus as it doesnt require an SD card so all photos would be kept in phone storage. The iphone6+ cost around $700 and i went home with the iphone 6+ till i realized i never recieved a refund for the note that i returned. I went back AGAIN the next day to discuss why i didnt recieve a refund (or a reduction in the amount of the iphone) as in the contract they gave me to take home and sign it stated that the samsung galaxy wasnt returned but traded for the iphone 6+ for (get this) 0 FREAKING DOLLARS.THATS RIGHT. RIGHT THERE ON THE PAPER it states that samsung galaxy note 4 that i bought wasnt eligible for a return even though i paid for it that same week. So the manager came and stated that there wasnt anything that he could do other than leave it as a traded item and increase the trade amount from $0 to $300 ( a $100 missing i see)... oh yeah i forgot to mention I bought the samsung galaxy note 4 NEW but when i went to return it the second day (before i got the iphone) the clerk told me the phone was refurbished. So im sure this is just a rinse and repeat excercise for this store.BEWARE THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY AND ARE PROFESSIONALS AT DOING SO. BUY ONLINE. BUY AT BESTBUY. BUT AT WALMART. JUST DONT GO TO THE SERVICE STORE FOR THE PHONE ITSELF.
