This place is actually a clothing store where only some of the clothes have something to do with sports. Better off going to Foot Locker or similar. If you want actual sports stuff dont waste your time going here at all. They have very little if anything to do with sports.

Went here and bought some sneakers, I liked the tall guy that helped me out. His customer service was nice . I feel like the other women there saw me and instead of saying “hi” or w.e they stared at me like if that wasn’t creepy . If you not going to say anything to someone then just don’t look at them. . In my opinion, but overall the store has nice things and I will go back . #Recommend.

I love this store it is always clean and the staff is super friendly. The only down side is the shoe selection has become very limited. It sucks because its the closest one but I always end up driving to arbor place.

Needs some customer service training on how to assist customers and multi task. 3 workers no assistance. Waiting to check out with no other customers. Cashier on the phone I guess assisting someone and new worker says he can’t operate the register. Wow! Resulted in no purchase.

I had a completely horrible experience in the Austell store today The lady was rude when I asked why they don’t answer the phone, she said we don’t have time to answer the phone when we have customers, you can come into the store if you need something and I was mentioning that I didn’t want to make a blank trip, and it was like someone took the phone off the hook. When I came into the store, first and foremost, I wasn’t greeted, and not one time did anyone ask me if I need any help, I had to stop someone to ask them to help me, they all are young and immature if you want to know the truth. I will not shop there anymore, will go to Hiram from now on where I can get help as soon as I open the door. You should consider a staffing change

Start off by saying I understand its a pandemic right now. My son bought shoes for Mothers Day which was the wrong size so I went to exchange them on May3rd and ordered the shoe online while in the store. Young man stated shoes should be there by Wednesday. On Saturday May9 I called before making that ride, no answer. So today May 13 I stopped by and its 3 associate and 5 customers in the store. So I asked about my order and was informed shoes still hasnt arrived but Ups was next door and I could wait to see if they were on the truck. Still no shoes and now Im being told that the shoe is coming from North Carolina but they still dont know when I will get them. Gotta do better with not being able to track location of item and Im being charged for shipping lol

The staff was very helpful and kind, and this store has a great assortment of sneakers. It seemed as if there was a great variety of clothes, as well. Well definitely return in the future!

Clean and helpful. Right now with Covid19, it is important to get some exercise clothing, shoes and equipment you might need.

Exceptional customer service! Associates always ask if I need help. Unfortunately, size wasnt in stock. Associate searched other locations and had shoe shipped to store, before Christmas. I called to see if shoe arrived. When I arrived, Brandon assisted me, even though he was clocked out. He went and got the shoe from the back. A female associate, assisted him, who was also clocked out, with checking me out. Very rare that you find that type of customer service. I appreciate it. (Austell, GA/East-West Connector)

The selection is fine, and the store is well maintained. The only issue which seems to be a constant one, is that you will most likely have to go to the counter to ask someone to help. There is no one walking the floor looking to assist customers. After browsing for 5 minutes (no greeting or otherwise acknowledgement of my existence), I finally went to the counter. The employee then asks me if Im ready to ring up my purchase. Empty-handed, this throws me off, but I told her I havent even been helped yet. She did leave the counter to come assist me. Of course, they dont have either shoe I want in my size, so I leave with nothing, as usual. Whats the point of selling basketball shoes if you will only sell sizes for short people? It reminded me of going to a nearby Burger King at lunch time, only to be told they were out of Whopper meat--at 12:30pm.

Im from New York so the sneaker collection made me feel a little bit at home. I wasnt expecting much going in but was pleasantly surprised. However, almost everything sneaker I picked out they didnt have in my size but I do wear childrens sizes (4.5) so I knew that would be a problem for some sneakers but not 7 different sneakers Id picked out. It wasnt even school time. It was June. So that put me off a little bit.

After searching for a specific shoe, this location had it in my size. I went to get the shoe & I didnt see it on the wall. I asked one of the guys if they had it after showing him a pic. He checked only to tell me they dont have it anymore. As I was leaving, I found the shoe on a display table by the door & it was my size. I took the shoe to the counter and said I thought yall didnt have it? He asked where I found it & I told him. He then asked me if I wanted it...yeah, thats what I came in here for. I felt like he tried to play me and was holding the shoe for someone.

I needed some last minute cleats. I called ahead and they had them ready when I walked in. I was crowded yet the line went fast. Thank you for being accommodating.

This location is not considered an athletic store, they refered me to their Marietta location for a better selection rather than this casual wear/urban store. Very irritating since I drove out of my way from Marietta thinking a larger store would/should have more of a selection. Had to seek out help from employees standing around counter to help me try on shoes. Attendant was very kind and helpful but will not be going back to this location.

Ill never shop there again. I was looking for a particular item and they were out of stock. The manager took my number and said hed call me in a week to come back and pick up the item. 2 weeks pass with no response so I called him. What a waste of time, he acted as though he had no idea what I was talking about. Amazon had the item, 20 dollars cheaper and it arrived in 4 days. Hibbert sports is a joke

I was interested in buying multiple pairs of shoes. The representative could not answer basic questions. When I asked her for a manager, she shouted across the store for the manager to come over, and the manager said whatcha need me come over for (he was not busy) she just asked again and he looked around and said I guess she doesnt need anything. Then after she asked him 2 more times he decided to come over. I told the rep nevermind that I will go elsewhere with better service.

The store was clean, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Im from East Atlanta, and this was my first experience at a Hibbet Store. I have to say, I was pleased. The store was clean and organized. There were a lot of Sprayground backpacks and clothing that I havent seen anywhere else in Atlanta. Won the Butter Yeezys in their online raffle, and the pickup process was simple. I will be shipping here for my sons 2nd myself over the next few months!

Service was all bad took my kids in and took forever to get my sons size,went back the next day for mines and waited 20mins only to find out my shoe was out of stock the young girl that finally came to help after i went to the register twice decided to help another customer and leave me waiting instead of being attentive not going back got my 1lux ay finish line
