After waiting for Covid testing for almost an hour, burning gas during a gas shortage, I got a call that my test results are in, when I hadnt been tested yet. Next, they called me asking for a different patient. I went inside and they had me tested. Now waiting on rapid testing results. So far Ive been here for an hour and a half. They asked me to wait on sight for my test results and then called me. I had left by then. This is why trusting the system is the best idea.

Typical cvs ... Just a couple things to note. Terrible selection of the vitamins I was looking for ... I kept thinking I was in the wrong section.Also, $12 for a 5 subject notebook ... Yikes!I guess you pay for convinience which is exactly why we stopped here, but still I think Ill go across the street to Walmart next time!However, they had what we needed and we got in and out fast. I guess it all depends on whats important to you - time or money.

I drove an hour round trip to this clinic only to have the nurse cancel my appointment right in front of me (I was 6 minutes late) and tell me I would have to book an appointment somewhere else. This was the 14th place I tried today to get a badly needed Covid test. There was no mercy at this place. If youre looking for any semblance of Southern grace, avoid this place like the plague.

I would strongly recommend going to one of the other CVS locations if you are getting Covid tested or if you are going to the minute clinic. The man who was administering the Covid test (tall and late 40s) was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. His instructions were poor and his demeanor was disturbing. He was unfamiliar with the correct testing procedure and CVS practices. There are some moments in Healthcare where you receive poor service, and this was exceptional. It would not at all surprise me if this location had an uncommonly high rate of false negatives. I recommend the location just south of this store.

CVS COVID Testing- What a lack of Customer Service. On Sunday 4/11/21 at 12:15pm a gentlemen walked out and checked on every car when doing this I assumed their was internal communication that we were all checked in. Then a lady called me with a dragging voice asking me if I was outside; I responded yes that I told the gentleman when he came outside. She’s like ok WHY didn’t you upload your insurance card .. I said well I added all my details online. She then told me to come in through the side door. The gentlemen (very nice) escorted me inside. When I get in the same lady that called me said what’s your confirmation number; I said oh I’m sorry I left it in the car.. she looked at me rolled her eyes and slammed on her clipboard “Well go get it “. I really couldn’t understand how someone dealing with the public is acting like this. I come back no one answers the door .. finally I came around the front of the store and I knock on her door she came out and said you need to wait outside. I then told her do you have an attitude problem?? I think she was hungry or something she was already complaining about not attending to people because she had to go to lunch. So to best describe this person.. Light skinned, blonde, heavier set lady-mid 30’s. Go work for McDonald’s Boo!

The CVS electronic prescription system is unable to differentiate milliliters and respules. So sometimes, I get a 30 day, sometimes I get a 90 day, (depending on the interpretation of the pharmacist). Since my CVS Caremark insurance plan requires 90 day prescriptions, this is a major headache anytime I get a pharmacist who interprets the prescription as a 30 day. This has been an issue for 15 years and going. Both my doctor and I spent 20 minutes on hold trying to fix this with them yesterday with no success. My doctor spoke with a pharmacist who interprets it as a 90 day and I spoke with one (Amber) who interprets it as 30 day. My doctor is frustrated with their pharmacist department. They should have a meeting and get all of the pharmacists on the same page so my doctor at least has a chance of re-wording the prescription to make it more obvious.. But unfortunately, if he were to call again, he would be running the risk of getting a pharmacist who interprets it as a 90 day and wont see the need to change anything, even though the pharmacist who fills it, sees it as a 30 day.

I brought my two daughters to get retested for COVID only to have my first born denied because we were 2min behind schedule. We were actually at the stop light next to the pharmacy and on the phone with the person might I add. When we got up to the pharmacy, I asked why both my daughters couldn’t get tested. We had two separate appointment times. The pharmacist told us we were too late for the first appointment and couldn’t get service but my 2nd born could be tested. Mind you it takes all of 20sec to complete the swab. She stated that she needed the machine for the next client. Tell me why there was never another client...how do I know...because we waited in the parking lot for the results. No one else showed up. We were the last clients for the day. The only reason I come to this CVS is because it is the closest to my house that does COVID-19 testing. The service at this location is despicable and I will NOT come back here again for any reason

The pharmacist Tammy is always so professional and kind, my experience at this location has always been positive one. So much so, that I drive further away from my home to go to this location. Those of us with autoimmune diseases during Covid really benefit from a pharmacist who knows you. Thank you EW CVS.

Absolutely horrible service and a detrimental lack of communication between staff. I called about being a few minutes late to my appointment (7 minutes by the time i had gotten through the automated system) and was told it was no problem and to come in - only to be (rudely) told I had to leave because there is a no tolerance policy for being late. When I asked to speak to whoever informed me it was “okay” i was Ignored and walked away from. Keep in mind that the time it took me to find someone else and get an answer as to why I wasn’t receiving service - I could’ve had my appointment completed. I was the last appointment of the day as well so there was no scheduling excuse to be used about my slot being filled. Turns out the person I spoken to on the phone informed another party(the wrong party) who didn’t inform the rude party (the correct party) I encountered when I finally arrived. Instead of just accommodating me I was told I’d have to completely reschedule on my own. Despicable. I could’ve at least been told i wouldn’t be seen over the phone (while still in my car) before I had entered the store unnecessarily during a pandemic.

Avoid this location.They canceled my vaccination appointment then acted as if I never scheduled. The pharmacist was very dismissive and treated me as if I did something wrong.

Love this pharmacy! The guy Matthew was super helpful when I came in last week and seemed very knowledgeable about everything. He actually helped me find something outside the pharmacy which not many people will take time to do. I appreciated him taking time while the pharmacy seemed busy to help me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The CVS is always clean. The employees have always been friendly. They are a little slow to the counter to check people out. Theyre also a little slow at checking people out and having a little bit of a line. Overall, its a good store.

I do not like this CVS Pharmacy I have been getting all my meds at CVS but this location just made me stop going to all of them its always a problem. And when you call its hard to get someone on the phone and they are so slow. Dont get me wrong they there r good work that but I cant do the pharmacy

So I just had a Twilight Zone experience at the Walgreens at 4120 Austell Rd, Austell, GA 30106. I drive down to this CVS. I walk in the door get a nice greeting from the cashier. I ask for Passport photos, she points me in the right direction. A nice young man, David Arenas, is standing in close proximity to the Photo Department. He inquires if I need any help. Yes, I need Passport photos. Stand here, do this, flash, flash. Here are your photos sir, is there anything else I can do for you? Nope, good to go. Pay the cashier, out the door. 5 minutes. Thanks David and thanks CVS.
