Over 30 minutes waiting in the drive through for pickup and there is still one car ahead and 5 behind me. Taking 10+ minutes for each person is completely unprofessional and aggravating. Go to another pharmacy, I will be.
I received a call from Walgreens saying my refill prescription is ready to be picked up i arrived at this location walked back to the pharmacy and stood there for 30 minutes. The three employees i saw behind the counter during that time was not only Deliberately Ignoring me. But simply just standing there farting around trying to look busy i guess. Whatever they were doing was the Opposite of what I expected to be Customer service. You see, People dont already like paying for or taking prescriptions pills but it is something a droctor Has prescribed for a patient so it is Necessary that when the patients Prescriptions are ready then they are to receive them on the same day. Now i need to report back to my doctor and explain why i am not able to stay on track with my medicine.
I don’t know where to start. I ordered an adhesive banner from this Walgreens online. They told me they didn’t have the order so I went to the store around 3:00 PM. I made the banner and submitted it. I left for an hour, came back to pick the banner up and they had printed the wrong banner. They agreed to print the right banner. I waited for them to do so to reframe from driving back home. The staff were talking amongst themselves which is fine. However, after my banner printed they decided to blatantly ignore me and continue talking instead of helping me. They all walked away and I still hasn’t gotten my banner. When I finally did get my banner it was printed on the wrong paper.. 😳 I’ll never ever be back to this Walgreens.

Went for COVID19 vaccine. Social distancing is not enforced. The pharmacy area was packed. People were crowded around me. The wait is about an hour. The information given online is incorrect and you will likely find you need to re-fill the forms. There aren’t enough chairs so if you want to sit, it’ll likely be on the floor of a hallway people are walking up and down. I’d recommend a different site for vaccines. Walgreens is struggling.
Wish i could give them 0 starts. The COVID vaccination is free. I was mistreated as a healthcare worker. The Caucasian male in front of me was treated with respect and not rushed. When I reached the counter it was go over there and fill out your paperwork. I will be filing a complaint. The man who injected the vaccination dang near dug a whole in my arm pressing hard. My arm was bleeding. Im filing a complaint and will not be going back to this location for my second vaccination. Shut this Walgreen down. They are horrible.
Very rude bad customer service
Very unprofessional. I went to photo services for passport photos quick and simple. Wait 15 min for assistance. After the employee took my photo she said to wait. She then went to go help the cashiers bring the line down, after she finished she then went to go help another customer find a products and told me/ the other customers waiting for photo services to wait and that she could take up to 20 minutes or longer to attend us again. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and it’s going to get busy but that’s why you should prepare and make sure you have appropriate staffing for a busy holiday just like that other local companies. Terrible service.

So I go to this location to get passport photos. I walk in and the cashier directs me back to the photo area. When I get there no one is behind the counter. There is a lady shuffling around some bags of bread on a rolling cart not far from the photo area, but she doesnt acknowledge me so I think she is just another customer.I see a press for assistance button on the counter, so I press it. The lady that was shuffling the bread comes running over and feverishly punches the press for assistance button, trying to reset it. The cashier, from the front, finally comes to the back and gets the button reset.Okay, I need Passport photos. She pulls out a camera, gets me positioned in front of the background....the batteries in the camera are dead. This really throws my photographer for a loop. I mention to her that there are all kinds of batteries on a display right beside her, but it cant be that easy! She walks up to the cashier, up front, they have a brief conversation, and the cashier comes back to the photo area and pulls a pack of batteries off the rack and hands them to the lady with the camera.Okay batteries loaded! Lets take some pictures! We work through the picture process and my pictures are printing. Another gentleman is now waiting for Passport photos as well. He is filling out his information and getting in position for his photo. My pictures have printed, she checks them out......the logo on my shirt is visible! They will have to be redone!I stand around for about 5 minutes watching this gentleman go through what I just went through and knowing the end is no where in sight.....I just walk out.To find out what happens next you will have to go to the website for the CVS at 800 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106 and read the review I am about to leave there.
On Dec. 26th, I went to the pharmacy to drop off a prescription around 9:15 am. The young man behind the counter, took it, reviewed it, and pulled up my account. After entering my information, he asked if I wanted the VA to pay for it and I said yes. He then informs me that me that the Urgent Care clinic ( Piedmont Urgent Care by WellStreet) that I went to wasnt on the VAs list. It is. because I have gone there before, plus I received a letter saying that it is, plus they have a sign at registration saying so! He did turned to the pharmacist on duty and asked him. He looks at my information and says. you may have been here before, but there was a billing issue. I had filled a VA prescription there before and there was no issue. They didnt even try to resolve the problem. They didnt even try to help or retain me as a customer. I went to the Walgreens on S. Cobb Dr., over 3 miles away where the pharmacist was by herself and busy. She took the time to make a call and get the correct information and filled my prescription! I would rather drive further for good great customer service, than shorter for poor customer service.
Not very friendly, and they will ignore you as you stand waiting to pick up your Prescription. They need to remember that it is polite to address your customers.
Always clean and the employees eager to help. The pharmacists hustle back there so Ive never had to wait long for a prescription. Overall a great location for courtesy and convenience.
Theyre very iffy here. Sometimes I get the nice cashier whose helpful and informative of the current sales. Other times I run across the manager who watches me like Im going to steal everything in the store. No thanks.
Just called to check in on my prescription order status. A man answered the phone and asked if I minded being on hold for a minute. I was on hold for 2 minutes and hung up on. No professionalism at all. Never go here for prescriptions.
I called them and specifically asked did they accept the Good RX coupons and she said yes! I got there and of course they didn’t even have the medication so I decided to try somewhere else. Oddly no one had it in stock so I came back here the next day and was told they didn’t accept the Good Rx. So either in 24 hours they stopped taking it or their staff aren’t knowledgeable which is a huge problem either way. If you’re not affiliated with Good Rx you should probably tell them to remove you!!!
This is on of the most horrible stores ever. Every time I order pictures they either cant find them are never printed them. After speakin to Mel who clearly should not be manager and sound unprofessional. This use to be the best location.
Pharmacists are rude. They will harass you over your prescription. Even after getting it filled every month and long records they still question your prescription and treat you like an addict

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COLD HEARTED. THEY LOST MY MOTHERS PRESCRIPTION AND DIDNT BOTHER TO LOOK THOROUGHLY FOR HER HEART MEDICATION UNTIL I AAKED TO SEE THE CAMERAS OR I WOULD CALL POLICE. THEN IT POPPED UP ALL OF A SUDDEN. IF I WOULD OF LEFT MY MOTHER WOULD OF DIED. THAT BLACK LADY WITH PONY TAIL DID NOT CARE. RUN

Poor customer service. I waited over 10 minutes to get someone to give me the photos I ordered even after the associate was paged multiple times.
Called and asked if Western Union is working she replied, yes but Walgreens couldnt afford to give me money mind you less then 50 dollars.. Thats ok because Ill glady take all my business including my prescription back to Kroger!!!

When I walked a white lady(I think she was a manager)she follwed me and my girlfriend around the entire store, then she followed to the counter and stood behind the cashier while I was purchasing my items. As I was walking out she proceeded to follow another black man that walked into the store. I felt very uncomfortable. This was the first time Ive ever seen her there and most people that go to this store are black or Hispanic. Im sure that if she did this to me she would to it to others

BOYCOTT WALGREENS!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO SOULS!!! Ive never felt so badly judged before by someone and such a nasty chill down my spine then what i felt in this exact AUSTELL store location the last time I went in and told that I would NOT be given my meds because of a quantity issue.She says-I quote This was Passed down from Corporate Walgreens Headquarters...So I call HQ up and HQ says that the Pharmacy Manager has COMPLETE Control BECAUSE they HOLD the License in the END....So not only was I judged I wasnt even given the common decency of TRUTH.Are we not entitled to something so meaningful and beautiful as a simple truth from our fellow men & women? What is left? I gave this place my loyal business for 3-4 maybe 5 years and then told my medication quantity was too high? I must be too sick for them.I am left without my Rx and come friday night I will be out of my meds.LEft to suffer I suppose?All because of an injury from a job from when I was 25-26 years old.I fell of a bridge.25-30ft...I refused to EVER go to a DR before that incident...I was forced to breakdown and visit pain management because I could NO longer live a decent life-It wasnt even worth it.Finally after going through dozens of different meds over time I find one that works,doesnt make me sick but oh wait a piece of paper says that a Walgreens Pharmacy employee can over rule a prescription from a well educated doctor of medicine?Just because of some sort of checklist-I must not have met the requirements of on that very last day-Perhaps I wasnt smiling because I was in excruciating pain from the drive to the Dr that day? who knows? who cares? Yes every time I go to this store to try and get my scripts filled they are extremely unpleasant, have terrible attitudes and just have no sense of common courtesy.. Its not just one pharmacist either. Its almost as if management there encourages or like its implemented in the training process. Not all Walgreens are as rude, judgmental, inconsiderate, unhelpful or as shockingly appalling as this location IS. Now just recently I called trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. When this female answered her name started with an S, I greeted her with a good afternoon my name is and Ive gotten my prescription filled at Walgreens before then I asked (very politely mind you,) if they had a particular medication in stock, this milligram and the count number. She told me to hold on let me check. I replied thankyou. Roughly ten minutes later Im transferred to the front register. Then hung up on, I called back five times over a period of fifteen mins and the pharmacy just wouldnt answer.

Don’t go here for your photo services, their service is trash and untrustworthy. You probably won’t get your pictures back and won’t get any answers either. I went to drop off two film rolls to get developed over a month ago, the girl writing my order was in a rush because she had to pee and didnt give me a order number or anything, just said they would call in 2-3 weeks when it was back. Over a month Im still calling trying to figure out the status of my order, no one can give me any answers nor tell me if it was lost, the order I placed they say isnt even appearing as if It was never put in the system or made, they dont know what to tell me. How can you manage to lose or misplace not one order but two? Ive been trying to get in contact with the store manager, Im pretty sure he hung up on me after telling me to hold. I called back and then told to call back in an hour because he left real quick. Unprofessional and no one can give me any answers. Way to lose a costumers very special memories that were within those films because the employees and staff cant seem to do their job correctly.

The pharmacist weren’t helpful at all with my first time being there, the didn’t acknowledge any of the clients waiting and their attitudes were dry and stand offish i don’t get medications often but i know i won’t come back to this location for them.
