A package valued over $250.00 that I sent from this location a month ago is lost. I typically go to a different location, but this one was convenient for me one day. I do not have a UPS online account or anything because I dont usually have to make labels. I just wanted the tracking number for my package, but my usual store told me I HAVE TO get the information from this store, they cant look it up from their store and I cant look it up online. I just called this store and - get this - the customer service representative said they are too busy to help me because I can get it online. If she would have given me a chance to speak before dismissing me, she would have known that I cant get what I need online. I am about to have hundreds of dollars taken from me due to this lost package and this store did not even give me the time of day.
Im in customer service so Im all about it. The short black lady there with the shoulder length hair was extremely rude. I waited almost 15 min outside to get help. Just a drop off we were asked by a sign on the door to please only 4 people in the store. I waited while other people just walked in and got helped before me. While there being 4 people in the store. Finally my turn. I asked her to please print something out for me. She gave me a website and told me to send it there and then took the next customer and I HD to wait again until she was done. Not validating my time. Not giving any kind of concern for the 20 min I have spent waiting. As for me and my company we will be using fed ex
Came here to fax something. The line was extremely long OUTSIDE in the cold and all the people in the line had packages to ship. On the door it says bypass the line if you have a mailbox. I got inside and the rep told me no more than 4 in the store. I asked if he could just put it in the fax so it could start. I asked because he was waiting on the customer in front of him to find something. So he declined and insisted I had to wait outside. Poor customer service if you ask me. Your store is moving slow as is, you have customers outside as is, waiting on a customer to find something and NOT helping someone that would take 2 seconds and move your line up...nonetheless I won’t return. Office max made it simply and sweet.
I always have a great experience here. This time around Derrick did an excellent job by providing over the top customer service!

I used this location to ship a package to my sister. I requested ground shipment, Derrick the name on my receipt) took all my info and said it would be $46. I asked for ground? Because this seemed high. He said yes but it wouldn’t ship out till Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. It was steep but I paid it because it would be almost a week before I could go to the post office. I thought perhaps there was surcharges with COVID or something. I get the receipt and see he shipped it 3 day express. I told him I wanted ground and he said ground basically doesn’t exist because they have pickup on Monday. I told him I worked in shipping and I know that there’s a difference in ground and 3 day. So now he’s caught in his lie but doesn’t offer to refund the difference or void and resend ground. So please be aware of what they are doing at this location. I certainly won’t be returning.

Service is hit or miss in this location. I was in the store twice in one day and the guy that I dealt with did not know how to do his job at all, but the lady that I encountered the second time, was very knowledgeable.
Had a time sensitive document I needed notarized and the clerk was very stand off-Ish from the moment my party and I entered the store. He would not allow me to get my document notarized after the other party had driven an hour and thirty minutes to meet me at this location, because the other party had a temporary ID from the Department of Driver services itself that had not expired yet. That employee attitude was very unsavory and I will not return to this location again.
AWESOME SERVICE!!!! Had to go print some colored copies and Jerri was totally awesome. She was professional and patient and knew her stuff. She was multi tasking and not missing a beat. She answered all my questions as well as fixed any problems getting my pictures to print. YOU ARE AWESOME JERRI. And please know the young lady working with her was wonderful as well and sadly I didnt get her name but she was great with the customers she waited on as well. Great job ladies.
Very disrectpful, there 10 mins before they close, easy notary needed, like everywhere, what happen to common courtesy, ups worker name started with a letter J because he didnt ready wanted to tell me, put little did he know I was sent by ups manger at the she said long as I make it before 7, I was good, I was there at 6:45,he said anyone here purchasing anything because the register shutting down, I said Im getting something, notary he on they close at 7 I was there before 7 he lied never again will I go, do they wear shoes anymore he just sliding in flip flops 🤦🏾♂️
I have ALWAYS had a positive experience here. They open on time and are ready to take care of their customers. The employees are cordial and patient, even when customers are not.

Horrible!! One of my worst customer experiences ever! The rep Derrick is one rude employee! Trying to ask him a question or request assistance is met with a very surly attitude. It’s best to avoid this store for your UPS needs.
Disappointed with the customer service the manager Provided at this store. The team on the other hand was kind and helpful but limited and restricted by the manager.

Standing at the door with the box labeled all it had to be is dropped. Racing from work to drop the box and they were standing inside with at least 3 customers and they wouldn’t open the door.... If you can’t get to the customers to advise them there is a charge to use the computer to make copies, and that the customer can avoid the charge by emailing the documents to the store, then put up a sign that says so, to save everyone the trouble.
