Very professional & smooth experience! Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I have had 2 experiences now with Eddie & would definitely use him again. For 2 different vehicles, my husband’s Mustang and my CRV, both cars he paid off & came to us to get the vehicles. The entire process couldn’t have been smoother. Eddie got everything done quickly & efficiently, it was truly no hassle. My husband and I were even surprised at how easy the process was made & how fair he was to deal with. Truly a stand up guy, we highly recommend Eddie at Accredited Motors!

I just wanted to thank everyone at the dealership. I got there late and had a rough flight into Newark. John, James and everyoen there were very respectful and worked with me to get me beautiful S350 Mercedes Benz.Please understand this is a WHOLE SALE DEALER. Nothing fancy, if you want that go to a MB dealer and pay 10-30 K more for the same car. Yes they have taxes and doc fees just like everyone else. Ask about them before you buy the car.I couldnt be more pleased!Thanks again!Ray

THIS PLACE IS A BIG JOKE!!!THEY HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING OF F FOR A REASON!!!I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel that this information should be shared with others before they visit this dealership. I feel even more compelled to leave a review after reading the ones below because they are oddly detailed and sound scripted and sounded like written by “PETE”Ive never seen more rude and disrespectful group of service representatives than in this dealer. I even gave them the benefit of a doubt and went back for a second visit after 4 months, but had the same experience as my first visit. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer.Pete is DISHONEST, tries to OVERSELL, and OVER CHARGE WAAAAY MORE THAN WHAT ITS WORTH !!!!!

Really bad experience... I was told i was approved for a vehicule and that i just had to go and discuss terms of the loan. When i get there, 3 days after i was told i got approved, one of the sales reps tells me the bank made a mistake and actually did not approve the loan for that vehicule but, that we just had to look for a vehicule with less miles and ill be inmediately approved. (I gave a dep to secure the vehicule and when i got there on saturday, the vehicule was nowhere in the lot, meaning it was sold) After i found a vehicule recommended by the sales rep, i was rejected 3 minutes after because that vehicule didnt fit the criteria the bank was looking for. So we start looking for a 3rd vehicule, but was asked to go about a mile away to a different lot to see that vehicule which they said was in great conditions and carfax said otherwise. At this point i was extremely frustrated with the run-around i was getting and decided not to keep on with the nonesense and go elsewhere. Keep in mind, this whole time the sales reps were extremely friendly and at the moment when i decided to not do business with them, there attitudes changed completely to the point that i went to the office to thank everyone and wish them a good day, and i was completely ignored. Wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. There just worried about making that sale but not about making the customer feel confortable, which equals to bad customer service and shows how there really do business.

The Absolute worst car buying experience Ive ever had drove 2 hours to have them tell me the price was an additional $1500 when I got there, check their BBB rating I have no idea how this place stays in business, these people are the typical low life car salesman of your worst nightmares
