Brian was friendly, straight forward and was going above and beyond to help me out.Brian and Jett were professional, they were able to make the process easy. They also were able to get me a better interest rate than I got through my credit union.Overall, this was the third dealership I had been to this week. Came here with my dad to find a new car for myself and was very pleased with Mela’s help finding cars that suited what I was looking for.We found a car that I liked and were ready to start the process of buying. We were then caught off guard by a surprise $3,000 additional charge that included window tint that was already on the vehicle, $400 worth of car washes, and we also were expected to pay the $1,000 “certification fee” for a car we assumed was already certified. Manager Ryan Lowe then very condescendingly told my father and I that he “can’t take the tint off the car”, the prices are non-negotiable, and that those fees were already included in the initial price (which they certainly weren’t - we were comfortable with the original price of the car). I won’t be going back here and wouldn’t recommend any one else to either.
The service was great in the beginning. We sold our car to them, and almost two months later and the car is still not paid off. All my attempts to resolve this situation have led to dead ends with calls or emails never being returned. Very shady business practices. I do not recommend selling or trading your car in here.
Was sold a pre-owned car under false pretense. Was told car would be like new, after purchase discovered outlets were broken, called to get it fixed per our agreement, was ignored. A small dent occurred 2 months into having car, called to get it fixed and was told I have no coverage even though I was promised before buying the car that I was covered. Really poor customer service, would not buy from them again.
Hands down, the most hassle free truck purchase I have ever experienced! Michael worked out all details over phone. He then picked me up and brought me into the dealership! He delivered 100% percent on the deal. There were no surprises. Jett in finance continued the same level of service. After a few signatures, I was on my way home. The whole process took less than an hour! Outstanding personal service!

Our Sales person Mark was very nice to us and helped us get a little hope to get a semi new car. We came to a deal that we agree on. We waited a really long time to get to a finance manager. Let me tell you this finance manager basically credit shamed the hell out my significant other plus it wasn’t even a finance manager it was the GENERAL MANAGER!!!!!!and into forcing me to put my name on a vehicle that wasn’t for me just because I co signed. He was very rude and shuffling papers aggressively and slamming folders. This was very unprofessional of Kevin the General manager. He told us something different then what our sales person said and agreed on. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are liars and got our hopes up for nothing wasted a whole Saturday!
Total Nightmare. We drove to Austin from Dallas and purchased a vehicle in mid August. We had still not received the plates a week before our temps expired, so we started calling to see when to expect them. It’s almost November. My husband and I have been completely ignored the 30+ times we have called and left numerous messages. We are transferred to dead numbers and voicemail boxes that clearly are never checked or have calls returned. NOW our bank is harassing us because they still have not received the title from the dealership.Absolutely abhorrent customer service and the level of incompetence I have encountered is ridiculous. My husband and I have bought many cars (8+) and we have never dealt with a worse dealership.

I have been having issues with my car since I bought it, there’s been an issue with the car overheating, that at first seemed like a coolant leak. My mechanic finally figured out that it was the cooling fan relays, they were both missing. So I was sold a car with no cooling fan relays, I called to see if the could remedy the problem, I kept being told I’d be transferred to someone that would help me. I got transferred 5 times, then after 30 minutes of this, the last person I got just hung up on me when I asked about the parts. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the sales team was great. They say that they care about providing service, and that you are a valued customer and this is obviously not true at all. They don’t even want to talk to me about the issue I’m having with the car they sold. So, buyer beware.Update: so this turned out not to be the only issue, there were issues all the way through. I was in a desperate situation when I bought this car, and could only afford so much. They had to of known it was an issue, and thinking back on it I remember the sales person saying “we can definitely do a deal on this car” or something like that, now I know why. I get that your job is to make money, but knowingly selling a car like that is a bit immoral.

Bad Experience. No covid precautions are taken. Sales representatives didnt wear mask.About Car:They purposefully change the tires to cheap ones. They say it is certified. However, I couldnt drive more than few minutes with the noise due to tires.About Sales Representative:I met with Frank. He made all false promises. He said he will replace Nissan original tires. However, he is been texting back and forth for nothing for more than a week. He is a perfect example of how a sales representative should not be. He treats customers with no respect.
They have cars on the website that can’t pass inspection. They use these cars to bait customers and upsell once there. As soon as we got there they sales person immediately tried to upsell us to more expensive car. The business practice they use here is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place.
Four employees were walking around inside the building not wearing masks. I stood outside for an hour waiting for my car to get tinted because it came with my brand new car from Nissan South. The manager was literally picking his nose maskless. After I complained that I needed him to check on my car because of employees not wearing masks, he went right back to not wearing one.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !!!!!!My girlfriend had a horrible experience here today. We are searching for a car to get around to and from work, and during this pandemic we thought we might be able to get a good deal on a vehicle.She had her own financing in place before we began. We purchased the car, gave a down payment, and took it home. The car salesman (Val) informed us a week later that the terms of our agreement had changed and that we needed to sign a new contract. We went to the dealership to discuss, and the Manager: SALVADOR CARDOVA came out and was your stereotypical car dealer. Once we expressed that we did not want to agree to NEW TERMS and asked for a refund, the manager said he would not give us the deposit back. We tried to schedule a time to come back to discuss when they were less busy and I started listing days that could work for us.SALVADOR CARDOVA asked me: DO YOU EVEN KNOW THE DAYS OF THE WEEK?. Out of no where the guy went from discussing the change in terms of the contract, to questioning our intelligence. He then demanded that we return the keys to the vehicle and that he would not be issuing us a refund of our down payment. His behavior was aggressive and unprofessional and the situation further escalated.Someone from the billing department then spoke with us in regards to the change of terms, and we let him know that she was not willing to agree to any new terms. He then threatened to use her credit information to apply for other financing without her approval. He stated that her approval was not needed.We are in the process of filing a complaint with Nissan consumer services and the OCCC.I would suggest you dont shop here. These people are the reason car dealers get a bad rapport. I understand that contacts can be sticky, and suck sometimes.. but the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude is the biggest takeaway I have from this place.
Edgar Ramos at South Austin Nissan Pre-Owned was fantastic. We came to look at a truck, and he had it ready for us. The entire process was quick and easy. We bought the truck and he made sure it was detailed and full of gas. I would highly recommend these guys.
Bought a car from here back in March 2020. after about 2 weeks, we realized the AC was not cooling properly. They found a break in the hose that wasnt covered under the warranty and we were out $900 fixing that. The window on the passenger side doesnt roll up so well probably have to spend $500 fixing that. The battery just died today and its really pushed us over the edge. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Got a used Dodge Ram in excellent condition, they even fully detailed the truck while we were signing paperwork! I called at 9 AM to make sure a specific vehicle was available. Tracy stump their customer relations person told me it was available, and to please come in at 10 AM. When I arrived at 10 AM they told me the vehicle had been sold and tried to sell me a different type of vehicle. Worst customer relations ever!
This was a very nice car buying experience. We found a great certified car for a fair price—there was a pretty good selection for what we were interested in. While there, our kids got hangry and our salesperson Mark offered them some fajitas they had in the back. Then he set them up in front of a tv with Netflix, which they loved. They treated us so kindly and made a what could have been a stressful time a breeze. They also said they will be moving to a new location that will be like the main South Austin Nissan, which we also visited and has a beautiful showroom. I definitely recommend these guys, especially once they get that fancy new showroom.

Unfortunately for him I didnt buy the car I was looking at but I did purchase the car of my dreams in Carrollton, Texas. However, everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to buy a car here.
I have purchased several cars from different dealerships over the years, and this dealership was by FAR the worst. From the sales reps who didn’t really understand the features of the car, to selling me a vehicle with damage to the back seat and then refusing to give me a temporary vehicle while the damage was fixed.My title and plates were sent to the dealership and I was never contacted for either, I had to call them, and when I did call everyone I spoke to was rude! I would rather drive to north Austin or go literally anywhere to never deal with this dealership again!
Spoke to a gentleman trying to find a car for my wife and told him I would be coming from an hour away. I asked him if the car was clean and in good condition he told me very excitingly that it was in amazing condition. So I made my way up to Austin and I get there and the car has scratches dings and paint chips all over the vehicle. One running board was cracked and there was white overspray from following a line painting truck or something similar all over the vehicle. I pointed these things out and let them know that I was very upset from having to drive from so far away being told that the vehicle was in good condition only to get there and see that the vehicle is in very poor condition. I exclaimed that I was not going to be paying anywhere near the top end of the market for that vehicle and he just kept telling me that they were already at a $2,000 loss and could not go any lower on the vehicle. The environment was a joke, there were car cleaners, detailers and I believe a Salesman out back smoking Black and Milds talking about having sexual relations with women in front of myself and my mother as we were both trying to find a car to surprise my wife. When I brought this up to the sales person he said he was disappointed and it would be handled. I feel very confidently that that is not the case. Actions speak louder than words and this car dealerships actions amd unprofessional nature show that they are not to be trusted or taken seriously.

Shady at best. The salesmen working there dont even work for Nissan. Hired out third party salesmen. They are shifty about giving you a final price or final numbers at all. Use pressure tactics to get you to buy. Not a great environment or car buying experience.
Went there because I got a flyer i. The mail about an event where people could go and win prizes, no purchase necessary. I believed it was probably a scam but I went there anyway. The event was a room full of pushy sellers that wouldnt take no for an answer and wanted to wear me down and convince me to buy a used car. Horrible experience. They were asking for seriously personal information, even my social security number which i denied to give, as anyone with a brain should, and he kept pushing and pushing. After numerous times telling them I wasnt going to buy a car or give my social, eventually it was me who wore them down. The seller was annoyed and gave me a 2 dollar scratch card as my prize and I left. Scammish and shady way of doing business. Good to know so I never buy a car there.
