I received info on this new option for auto financing and car selection. I received my Approval on Monday, scheduled my appt. I waited no call. 3 days later got a fast short phonecall with a a promise to update status. No update received.

I live in Houston tx, we had a problem with a payment that we were charged 2 times and we called to solve it, a young woman named Angie treated us badly and told us to find another financier that was not the first time we called for payment problems. And no, it is not the first time because we have been charged twice for duplicate payments. And how we live with more payments because we cannot let them collect it badly. This was in Houston, tx. I hope they think about who they are going to put to answer the calls. Because if they do not offend the staff and if they call to demand the rights that we have, they do not have to send us to find another financier for not making the payments well. I do not recommend them at all with people like that in front of their business. Well annoying.
