I had a window Banner and vinyl lettering put on my 2019 Ram 2500. The guys accidentally cut some directional weather stripping that is on my rear window. Ive done business with these guys in the past, and was pleased with their work.3 weeks ago, I sent in a request for a quote for a sign. After a week with no response, I called and spoke to the manager. He apologized, said he didnt know how they missed my email, the owner was on vacation in NY and he usually did quotes.... I was promised a quote by end of day.Did I receive one? No.I called again a week later, spoke to someone else, was given the same song and dance - quote would be forthcoming by end of day and a phone call from the production manager.Did I receive either one? No.As a customer, I shouldnt have to try harder than you do for a sale. Go somewhere else for your sign needs.
