I was very impressed with the selection this store has to offer! They have a ton of different dog food at good prices. Also, they have dog treats that represent a very wide variety of preferred diets. A lot of what they carry, if you look for it, is single-ingredient, healthy, food-grade treats. Good dog toy selection and I even found a find the treats game there that our dog absolutely loves. Ill be a regular for sure.

The staff is awesome the manager is awesome my baby dragon loves them. hes in chameleon really. And on their website they have a phone number for a place for reptiles that is also awesome because I called them and got some advice on what plants to put in his tank. This is luv at first site. Brought my sweet dog Tito here after a lake run for a bath. Its affordable and well equipped. Nathan is fantastic and very welcoming. There are tons of treats already pre bagged for $1 at the register. Just a great local place. Stop by and give these guys your business.

I will never go to another pet store again. The staff knows their stuff. These people genuinely care about animals. I come with questions and I always leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling leaving here.

My baby coco got into some mud!! I let her enjoy, but then took her for a bath at Pet supplies plus on Mopac. They clean for you before you use the tubs. So you know they are clean for you to use. There are various shampoos to choose from. The deodorizer shampoo does the trick! It smells so good!!!

I had rescued a leopard gecko who was supposed to come with everything he needed which was severely lacking. We went to Pet Supplies Plus, and was immediately and very thoroughly helped by the employee Cat. She was very knowledgeable about reptiles and the products she had in her store. Will definitely be going back and asking for Cat if I have any questions.

I had never been here and needed some items for my turtle. I didnt feel like driving down to Petsmart either. I Mjust had taken care of my errand at the UPS store, a few stores down from Pet Supplies Plus. I checked it out and found everything I needed. The selection wasnt too overwhelming, but they still had everything I needed. Everything was easy to find, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

This has been my go-to place for the past couple of years. I love that their employees are very friendly and helpful. However, I found out that they no longer require their employees and customers to wear masks. I am sad that it has come to this, but I will not be going there anymore. I will not jeopardize my health. There is nothing above peoples lives, hence, they are not getting my $$.

Ive been going here for years (I used to go to the Anderson Mill one but moved away!) and a few things:- Its well stocked, and well organized. I usually just need cat litter/food, but if I feel like looking for a gift for a dog-friend, its not a whole *thing*.- The staff is always incredibly helpful and nice. Theyre patient and are really really knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also really care about animals - Ive brought in my cat a few times (he likes to pick out his own toys) and theyre always really sweet to him. 10/10,- Theyve adapted really well to COVID, including curbside pickup and delivery. I just do my shopping on their website and run in, but theyre always the first to ask if I need help or tell me to wait in my car, haha.Pet Supplies Plus is amazing, honestly. 5 Stars!

Employees are not wearing masks.Added: As you can see from the owners reply, they will continue to not wear masks in spite of city mandate and basic human decency. I used to purchase quite a bit at this store (30 pounds of dog food every few months, treats, bird supplies, etc), but they have now permanently lost my business.

I took a point away as I feel they can do a better job cleaning dog wash after every a customer leaves. And not leave the job of cleaning up the dog wash area to customers.

This place is great, and Amanda is the best. She was knowledgeable, went above and beyond to help me make my decision about my purchase (two frogs I’m very excited about!!) both on the phone and in person, and she was honest and informative about what supplies I needed and didn’t need. I’m really happy I found this place!

I love their staff!! I have bought all my fish for my aquarium here and my snake. I am very happy with my purchases. I love that they let me hold her and explained that they in-store train all of their snakes for handling. Now that I have had her a few weeks, their work sure shows. I am proud to call myself a loyal customer of this place.

I went in to get some dog food, and I saw 2 employees with masks, but a few more steps and I was stopped in my tracks. 3 more employees DID NOT have masks, management included. It was not as if they had their masks down on their chins so they could eat a snack or take a drink, no masks whatsoever. They were not wearing masks despite Austin still having the mask mandate in effect. So, I immediately walked back out.I will NEVER shop where they do not care for the health and safety of the customers as well as themselves and the world at large.TLDR; they trying to kill us at this store.

Have never had a bad experience. I have 3 fur babies, so I am at the pet store a lot and after finding here I refuse to go anywhere else. They have a great variety of products. Theres one guy working there and he is amazing! The rest of the staff is also kind! They offer a military discount! And their 5 for 25 DIY bath deal is AWESOME! Always great sales! Always taking donations for local rescues! No complaints here! My all time favorite pet store!

This place has a large range of pet food that you normally cant get from certain stores, they have lots of good treats and foods to look at for your pet whether theyre a senior or a puppy! The bathing area is also very nice, super affordable, only $25 for a card that sets you up with multiple bath uses for whenever aslong as you have the punch card or $10 for just a single bath whenever youre feeling like coming in and bathing your dog.Lots of cute critters like hamsters, birds and fish and the cat and fish sections are nice and stocked

So used to going to PetSmart, forgot about this place. Some things were less than PS, but appeared to have a good mix of stuff. Recommend getting the membership to save a few dollars.The return policy is pretty good (product dependent). Will see what is good for the fur kid on next visit to pet store

Its a good place if you need something a little more specific for your pet. There is a large selection of foods, I would dare to say better than some other large pet retail stores. The staff are friendly and create a comfortable environment to shop. Its not a big discount store but you can find some good deals on clearance or sale. I love that they have canned cat food in about 12oz sizes.

Took my dog to use their self wash. Everyone was friendly. They have the best price for a self wash.

This store is great. We used to go to Phydeaux and Friends but its very expensive there and the workers a bit pretentious. Pet Supplies is 2 mins away from my place, everyone is awesome and they even brought in my dogs specific brand of food and they keep one safely tucked away just for when I need it. And they price match!! I got my boy a biiggg bed from there thats their brand and its great quality. Finally, HEB is next door so I grabbing groceries is a breeze. Oh! And their bath station is a godsend. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent visit today that reminded me that I absolutely love shopping here. My visit with Josh (I believe was his name?) And Chelsea was awesome. They helped me find everything I needed, helped me carry it to the car, and pointed out some excellent deals without an pressure to buy a bunch of stuff they were absolutely amazing. And I always come here to do work with my dogs training for distraction, and the employees are always super understanding and helpful with training for not jumping or getting too excited. If they have the time, they will even do some work with me for my shyer dog! All in all, absolutely amazing place with amazing people, and amazing service. This is my favorite place for pet supplies.

This place is great. They always have sales going on. And the employees are extra helpful and nice. This location used to have good customer service, but not anymore. We bought a $17 dog toy, weve bought the same one several times before. We buy it until our dog destroys it enough to toss it out, then we buy another one. The one we bought on Monday we took it home and once our dog started chewing on it, it sounded like she chipped a tooth! A loud cracking sound. We took it back today because it seemed like the squeaker was flipped around or inside out because there was a really hard bit right at the surface. The lady at the counter today when we showed her the issue proceeded to argue with us, and was more concerned about user error and thought we had done something to the product in the day we had it. She insisted they were all like that, even though weve bought this exact same toy several times and never had this problem before. We left, unsatisfied, with the same $17 dollar toy that we are now throwing straight in the garbage because we dont want our dog to get hurt. This is why people buy from online places like chewy and brick and mortar establishments are losing out on more and more sales. Customer Service will ALWAYS be a #1 motivator to shop (or not shop in this case) somewhere. We will not be shopping here again, we were loyal customers.

Went in with a friend to wash her dog. They have a punch card for múltiples at a discount which is cool. The treats selection is good. I finally found a place to buy the only treats my dog likes at a reasonable price.

Its very much a chain like other well known pet stores carrying the same brands. The fish variety was moderate, but not that many reptiles. I would suggest this store for a cat, bird, or dog owner only as the prices for critter items were very high, near double than competing brands online.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Product selection is huge, ranging from less expensive food and supplies to premium fare, with good pricing. The store is bright and clean and conveniently located. And theyre very supportive of local rescue groups.

This store is amazing! I adore the people who own and help operate it. They are well informed and truely care about you and your pet. They have the same variety as the larger pet stores but are warmer and much more personable. They have the cutest little dog treats up front that my dog LOVES(they look like iced ginger bread cookies), and also carry very high quality pet food (my dog is allergic to normal dog food) that is well worth the investment. The owners are the most down to earth people you will ever meet. At their grand opening they personally stopped to explain what was causing the skin issues my dog was having, and how to help alleviate the problem. Every time I go in the assistant manager takes the time to ask if I need any help, and even offers to carry the dog food to the front while I shop. Hes always ready to help locate items or answer questions. You dont see that level of customer service very often, especially from management. They have a very affordable doggy bath ($25 for 5 washes) I would definitely recommend supporting this wonderful business! Im sure youll be just as impressed!

I love this pet store!! There are lovely and very helpful people working here. They always recognize be and my dogs.. Theyvea good amount of time helping me figure out the right dog food for each of my dogs. They are already pretty cheap in comparison to the major chains and they offer discounts on top of that. Theyve earned my business for life.

Love this place! I now only shop here for my pet needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, who are more than willing to admit if they do not know something but will try to figure it out. If they do not have what youre looking for they will look into it having it as a constant at their store, which is service thats almost unheard of nowadays. And they also support our veterans, so and less if they change anytime soon they have a customer for life!

I got my first puppy and they helped me understand procedure for washing my puppy.My puppy had her stomach upset and they told me few solutions for her. They were super good with my pup, they weighed her to help me find the right medicines for her. They have everything you need for your pup.They also have supplies for other pets.Definitely recommend

Small town feel pet store. Decent selection. Pricey, unless you join and get a little scannable key ring card, but thats no big deal. Definitely more personable than Petsmart. Ill continue to give them my business.

Went to inquire about their fish/aquarium selection. Their staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They actually take the time to make sure theyve answered your questions and if they dont carry a specific item they are more than willing to locate it and special order it for you.

I really like this location of pet supplies plus. The employees are nice and helpful. They stock a large variety of brands for every price point. If you’re on their email list you usually get a coupon every weekend, at minimum they have certain items on sale. This location has a washing station as well if you need it.

Joshua have me the white glove treatment while visiting your store. I explained to him that i was getting a new puppy and he gave me so much useful information and product guidance. He was truly unbaised and gave me advice that was practical and that could extend into my puppys day to day life. He told me about the app that shares sales information and about the clinic on Sunday.This is my first puppy and I feel so prepared and like I have a place to go when I get lost. Ill be back!

Stopped by this place to check it out and to get out of the heavy rain we had today. I wasnt really looking for anything in particular. I noticed they have a great selection and prices. Staff is really attentive and friendly. They even offer a pet washing station and its only $10 a visit 👍In the end I purchased two pastry treats and some training treats for my dogs. Definitely worth the visit. I shall return next time to try out the pet washing station.
