Great ownership and management.Very nice people!Me and my son showed up at closing during traffic and Rachel was so nice to answer all our questions about Cockatiels. We took a lot of her time and were very appreciative of her expert advice!Great pet store!
This place was amazing. The owner was so kind and helpful! We are evacuating for the hurricane in Louisiana with our chameleon and the owner was nothing but kind and helpful! Thank you so much, you’ve helped make our journey so much less stressful!
This store is pretty junky looking if comparing to a box retailer. I noticed miller moths around the dog and cat food area.... I would not buy bags of food here. Anything in plastic sealed or cans would be safe. The fish tanks are clean and the look healthy and well cared for. I don’t know about parrot like birds except they looked healthy in this store. This I a slightly below average mom and pops pet store. Nothing special. But not terrible!
This is a real neighborhood business, owned by people who care about the products they sell and the customers they sell to. If they don’t have a specialty food you need, they will work to get it for you. I’ve been going here for high quality food for more than 15 years. When one of our cats was suffering with kidney issues and not tolerating the treatment, the owner’s advice literally turned it around and kept our cat alive for another 10 years.(As an aside, I was in the store recently when another recent reviewer here (1 star) had a huge blow up and began yelling as the owner was helping him. I saw it and can say the customer was out of control and WAY out of line. He was ushered out and asked not to return.)
At 1st I was impressed by their selection and cheap prices, Then upon actually looking the place is disgusting and the water is very low quality for the fish. I decided to attempt and save a couple of these from their doom but the guy behind the counter made it seem like it was a huge ordeal just to get some guppies so I told him never mind I would go to petsmart and he instantly started an argument and cussing me out. Which was funny because whenever I asked for guppies he made it seem like they did it even have any and then whenever I said that they did he was even wrong about the price so I suggest goes somewhere where they actually treat you like a customer and know what theyre talking about
Its a locally owned pet store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Im always, surprised at just how knowledgeable staff is when it comes to fish. Love the birds and love Rivers and Reefs is not another Big Box store.
Loved it! They really knew their stuff on aquariums and fish. Definitely worth a hour drive to check out!
Great place of info. Needs more inventory more fish more pets
So thankful for this place! The Rivers & Reefs team introduced our family to Dave’s cat food and I’ve never seen my fur babies so excited to eat. It all started with food but now we get all of our pet needs here. Past the product selection, we just love the community feel we get every time we stop in.
The lady that runs the place is very kind. There are many different kinds of potential pets to look at also. Fish, lizards, rabbits, birds and more.
The customer service on the phone was very rude. As I was told the animal I was looking for was not fair to keep in captivity but I could say the same for the birds you have squawking in the background. I was very taken back by her rudeness! She did not even inquire why or what the purpose was. Not to mention people eat what I want to get so how can you judge me when you are keeping other in captivity also. Kinda hypocritical if you ask me. I just wish people would not be so quick to judge and also match the customers attitude. Since I was not being rude nor harsh I felt that the snappy attitude and being hung up on was just very rude as I was still speaking and trying to ask a legitimate question to do with my search. I hope no one else gets their feelings hurt as I just did! And to speak on how much this bothered me, this is my very first review on anything EVER! And I just was hung up on. I’m not sure about the store or anything else but if the customer service in person or inside the store is anything like the treatment I just received than I would just advise you to stay away....
Love the staff. Great pet store. Always finding new stuff for my pits...
Super friendly owner! I called to see if they had Hills Science Diet (they dont) and was informed that Hills chose to drop independent retailers in favor of Petco and Petsmart (yuck). Couldnt have been nicer! Unfortunately my cats will barf if they get anything other than their specific food.
Wonderful selection and helpful staff! Who could ask for more? I’m so happy I found this place! My first week after moving to Austin, I stumbled upon Rivers & Reefs while looking for a different business, and decided on a whim to go in. I’m so glad I did! The employee helped me find a much better cat food to give my cat than what I had been feeding her (due to limited selection back in my hometown), even understanding her health and dietary needs. The first time I gave her the new food mixed with the old, the bowl was half empty in minutes with only the old brand left behind!Rivers & Reefs earned proud customers of another happy cat and happy human.
Wow! I was stunned! The selection of wet animal food was amazing and their dog food choices were too! And the man I talked to was so friendly letting me know about the things he could order and how the store ran. He made me feel safe when ordering food for my dog with all that’s out there! Thank you! Thank you so much!
I love this store, these guys care about their customers as well as the animals they have. Rachel hand raises many of the birds and you can tell she loves them as her own. Greta place to shop!
Very poor selection of fish and the tanks are not maintained well at all. Some of the tanks are so bad I can barely see the poor fish inside.
Very friendly customer service and good prices.
A cute mom and pop store with plenty of fishies to look at! Ended up grabbing a cute leash and some fresh catnip for our kitties♡ definitely a place to hit up if youre exploring Austin or want to set up an aquarium.
Great store very healthy fish great selection of driftwood bought 4 really nice peices
I got good suggestions from the clerk. And they had a decent variety of doggy foods
Very helpful and they care about your animals
Customer service was excruciating and upsetting.I brought my 5 year old in with me to buy a set up for her hermit crabs, which we already own. Once the cashier finally shut up about how hermit crabs don’t live longer than a couple of months, her partner started in on how he’s “never been able to keep a hermit crab alive long”I had to forcefully say, “hey, can y’all cool it on the death talk, it’s upsetting my kid” before they would stop.Granted, I was able to purchase a terrarium kit, so for that, meh. But instead of a sweet day setting up our pet’s new home, I’ve had to comfort a very upset child with the facts - which are well taken care of hermit crabs with no health issues live for 10+ years.I don’t think I can go back.... disappointing.
James and Rachel are awesome and so helpful! I love this store! It is a local pet store with heart and soul. I moved to Manor but i still come back to the old hood to shop at Rivers and Reefs! 💕🙏🏼💗👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💕💗🙏🏼💕💗🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Got my starter fish here along with lots of instructions. Great small buisness.
I am extremely worried about the birds there. They do not look or act happy! I have raised birds forever and these birds are sickly and depressed. Just look in the cages for fresh vegetables and fruits. Not there but if you ask you get a different story..The African Grey is sickly and the Ring necks are not sociable . The other small birds have there feathers missing a clear eye opener. Someone needs to make sure these pets are safe. Another issue is look at the shelves they have zero good foods!
Always very friendly. I’ve learned a lot about fish from the owners who are very kind, ethical and seem to have love and respect for all animals, even the aquarium plants. Also, they’ve been open in Austin for quite a while so I think it’s important to keep them open.
The store was very dirty and their was dead bugs in the water 😟 it was very nasty
Store is small, clutter, and messy...kind of expected it as other reviews suggested. The lady that tried to help was condescending. Fresh water fish selection was disappointing. Dont waste your time here since you can find the same fish and more from Petco or PetSmart. This doesnt bode well for a LFS. Go to Austin Aqua Dome, or go north to Aquatek.***Update*** Hey, good job you are able to search through my other reviews. Somehow, you missed my review of Pet Supermarket which starts out with Nice and clean store. Guess what? I do hold other stores to the same standard. Also, the draw to a Local Fish Store (LFS) is that they carry different species along with the popular species that sells. Otherwise, why else would I go to a LSF when I can go to Petco or Petsmart? Better yet, Ill just keep going back to Pet Supermarket for the awesome price. And of course I bought fish from some where else because you did NOT have what I was looking for. Normally, I would not have left a review but the lady was condescending and made me upset. Thats what reviews are for right, when you are happy with the service and when you are treated poorly? Look at all the other 1-2 stars reviews, same theme.
Bought a couple of lionhead goldfish! Beautiful fish, unfortunately my cat got to one of them :( will be replacing the lid on my tank. Awesome pet store! Owner is kind and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Shop local! :)
Store owners are so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They even take care of your birds if you go on vacation.Really great selection of food, treats, and toys for all animals.
I love this place and they are all so nice and friendly.
Great little mom and pops shop that always carry the high end dog food that I like to give my fur babies. The couple that runs it is always very helpful and they always have stock of what I need. Definitely recommend this place if you live close in the area as they are conveniently located in Bouldin Creek.
Awesome place! Our hedgehog loves their mealworms.
Came to pick up an order from Wish but Ive worked at a fish store before. This place was clean, inviting and well stocked. It did NOT smell like fish!!!
You ever FIND A GOOD DARN FIND???? THIS STORE IS AWESOME FOR EXOTIC PETS...I FOUND A GEM OF A PLACE...
Very helpful staff and great products! After only one time of going here, they knew and remembered my name. They are always very nice and ask how my little kitty is doing :) I would much rather go here for my cats food than go elsewhere or even order online because its not just about the products that you are buying but also the experience.
Such a sweet intimate place! They have a sweet African Congo named Patrón, and he was so sweet. Theyre taking care of him while hours family is away, and I thought that was so sweet. If the owner of Patrón sees this, youve got a great bird!! 💕
They really know their stuff!Asked them a few random questions about their animals and they gave me plenty of information, background and stories about their bearded dragon and birdies, and our conversation even led to my betta fish.. turns out he was lethargic because his water has been too cold. They sold me a heater which worked wonders and he is so much more active and happy now! Truly wonderful place and I so appreciate their care for and knowledge of all creatures they sell. Support this lovely business!!!!
Extremely knowledgeable staff. They only keep high quality pet food here, the stuff they feel comfortable feeding their own pets. They can direct you to local, farm raised pretty food plus offer discounts programs for certain products.
Visited a few times over the last year and given the owners the benefit of the doubt more than I should have. Ive read several reviews including this African Grey and Im livid. I believe the owners started with the best intentions and got overwhelmed. The African grey in the store is in a cage that is far too small for it, toys are no where to be seen. The excuse that its being boarded is done. Its time to have a conversation with the owner of the bird if that is an actual case because its hurting business.Africans are intelligent birds that need the time and energy. If the owner doesnt want to put in the work a suitable home needs to be found because you are currently advertising incorrect husbandry. This goes beyond the bird, with the bettas, times have changed and your husbandry is inadequate as another review pointed out. An adult would admit and correct these mistakes, then educate new pet owners how to properly care for their animal.Do yourself and your pet a favor and do not visit this store. The owners are not willing to research or promote the accepted current animal husbandry procedures for any of their animals which could put your animals safety or life at risk. There are better choices in Austin.Experience: 27 years with exotic and wild animals and researching animal husbandryEdit of the review: Owner goes ballistic, combs through my google reviews of other businesses. What they are referring to is a single review of petco here. Neglects to point out reviews of specialty bird shop, Gallery of Pets. I go where I need to, to get what I need to to make sure my animals receive the highest care. I have worked for a chain pet shop and am not disillusioned to the ills they can do, but I also know what to look out for because of this.My review was meant to be just that, a review and a warning for those looking for a trustworthy place for animals. Take the owners rantings for what you will.
A hidden gem owned by locals!
Like doing shopping at this locally owned business, they remember you and help you with all your pet needs. Fiji the cat always there to welcome you. :-)
They offer freshwater and very limited saltwater fish. They also carry reptiles, birds and cat and dog food.
Very good customer service. Very helpful staff.
Whether or not you purchase anything from them, Rachel and James are willing to patiently answer any pet-related questions. Great place to wander; look at the aquariums, watch the birds, look at lizards, and pet the four-legged visitors. They are the true INDEPENDENT pet store. I purchased an aquarium and they were always available to answer my questions and reassure me. I look back and laugh about how patient they were.Rachel hand-raises a variety of bird breeds. She is also the fish expert. Rachel also sells Lula Roe and is my go-to fashionista. Nice to stop by and pickup pet food and a new outfit.
I went there to puck up an item ordered through wish. It was interesting place beautiful birds great dog toys
Love this place for its great selection of high quality dog food, treats and toys. The staff are personable and the hours are great. My loyalty card has been lost more times than I can count - Im never upset that the card was misplaced, but standing around for an extra 10 minutes while they look for it is less than ideal. None the less, great neighborhood spot.
New find...very informative and helpful.
The owner actually works in his own shop. Not only do they carry the special food that my cat needs, the staff is knowledgeable and I can ask for advice about keeping my pets happy and healthy.
After stopping by a few times to try to purchase fish, being questioned about the status of my tank, and being denied purchase of fish, I will not do business here again. I have had sucessful tanks of all sizes for 25 yrs. I am not a newbie. Therefore, I will give my money to another local business I have purchased from for years. BTW...the fish I purchased elsewhere are doing great in my tank, opposite of what was told to me by the sales person at this store.
Great prices. My dog really likes it here.
Its a slum hole. No, saltwater fish...
A great mom and pop shop to meet your pets needs
I love this place. The owner and his staff are friendly. I have been going to them since the mid 90s. They are very knowledgeable about fish.
Just got a bearded dragon, and went in for some more equipment/decoration for his habitat. The lady working there was incredibly knowledgeable on bearded dragons, gave me great suggestions, and also taught me a ton I had yet to learn about bearded dragon care. Safe to say I will be a returning customer, not only for my new bearded dragon, but my German Shepherd as well. Its always important to support these smaller stores instead of the large national chains. The pet shopping experience is just far superior compared to petsmart/petco, and the prices are practically the same.
The owners are very hands on and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell, including where and how they are sourced. You may pay a little more, but you will get better quality and can treat assured that whatever you purchase is vetted for ethical practices and quality of ingredients & manufacturing.
Its your typical lfs. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly but not super knowledgeable. Worth checking out if youve got time and are in the area.
Owner operated and knowledgeable staff. They have many varieties of fish and birds on hand and some reptiles. Been in business for 30 years!
Excellent store with very knowledgable staff. They really care about animals and it shows. Love this place.
Great place with some nice people there, will be coming back soon
Serious non franchise locally owned pet store that will do what they can to assist
I go here all the time for my pets and its so convenient to have this place nearby. I have a reptile that needs crickets, a chinchilla and three dogs and this place is perfect for all their needs! Especially since the only other place that carries crickets is far away. The only thing is Id love if they carried the Zymox and Oratene pet care line, but as far as food and toys go they have everything we need.
Friendly staff that really have a passion for what they do♡ This is my number one pet store!
I try not to judge stores purely on aesthetic alone, but this store is less a good lived in clutter and more hoarder clutter. Much of their aquarium decor stock is disorganized and dusty, there are just random empty tanks strewn about( spotted just a broken one about as well). Many of their display tanks had an extreme level of algae and detritus, some tanks didnt even have their lights on so i could see the livestock. Their bettas seemed to be in an even sorrier state than some ive seen in Petcos around here, complimented with a very sad one living in a straight up bowl in front.Regardless of what the owner said elsewhere on this review forum, bettas do NOT thrive in bowls, and their puddles in their natural habitat are huge balanced ecosystems, not a tiny bowl of water. This store could be helped in a large way with a complete reorganization of the aquarium section, and just cleaning up the general chaotic clutter ect. If you want to go to a shop that genuinely cares about presenting tanks that are clean and full of healthy fish, and have organized up to date dry stock please visit either: The Austin Aquadome, AquaTek, or River City Aquatics.
Browsed here after a lazy brunch nearby -when you enter, youre immediately surrounded by cages of birds and directly in front of you is a calm, lazy cat that probably ignored you from its perch.A great selection of pet food, toys, and actual pets. I also heard they did daycare/pet sitting. Although I dont see myself buying any products here anytime soon, the animals here looked healthy and well cared for. Im surprised they could keep so many without some kind of animal food chain occurring.
I buy all my dogs food and supplies here. Theyve always been nothing but friendly and helpful. They dont supply the junk you see at big pet supply stores, and I can trust their guidance and recommendations.
A cute place with a good selection of dog toys, cat food, and items for birds and fish! And the people are friendly!
The woman at the store was nice, but Im a little disappointed in the item I purchased. I ordinarily wouldnt say anything, especially not about an independently owned business, but I just thought Id share and save someone else the trouble. I needed a background for my new baby bearded dragons tank because he keeps waving at his reflection and I think its stressing him out. Because of this, I wanted it ASAP and not to have to wait for something to be shipped, and Petco and PetSmart didnt have anything big enough, so I thought Id give this place a try. I asked the woman working if they had any backgrounds for my bearded dragons tank, and she said that the stuff they had was technically for fish tanks but theyd still work. I picked the most desert-ish looking one, and she cut it into the size I wanted. Think I paid about about $17, not expensive. On my way out I asked her how it adhered to the tank and she said, duct tape. I was pretty leery after that, but I gave it shot. Stuff is terrible. Id have to use a ridiculous amount of duct tape to get it to work the way it should. Most others Ive seen online are self-adhering, but this is just a sheet of shiny, thin plastic that wrinkles and pulls away from the glass if I try to attach the thermometer or hammock. Didnt spend a lot of money, but even the $17 seems like too much. Oh well. Just an honest answer of, no this probably isnt what you want, would have been much more appreciated. Thanks anyway.
Independently owned. They know their stuff!
Had a bit of everything, just lacked ay assortment of saltwater fish.
If you want to someone to cut you off and jump to conclusions when you ask a question, come here.Example from today:Me: Hey, I already have a furminator and it works really well but if I dont do it weekly...Her: Yeah, dogs shed. They need to be brushed weekly.Me: ...okay, well if I miss a week it takes forever to brush her because...Her: We dont sell furminators here.(beat)Me: ...I have to keep stopping to clean it, so I need a brush to get most of the hair...Her: yeah, you have to do it weeklyMe: ...before I go in with the fine tooth one.Two stars because they had a brush to fit my need.P.S. Im not sure why so many people are complaining about the cat, you dont get to pet every animal you see, get over it.
A cool little place but its pretty expensive. 😒
The staff seemed rude and I felt like I was talked down to. What they told me seemed to contradict everything Ive read time and time again about salt water aquariums. They are very proud of their no live rock aquariums and tell you that live rock is bad. While you can set up a tank w/o it, it is not by any means bad. Just not my place. And they do have a cat that will bite and scratch. And its spot is right by the register. I
Dirty place and staff not very knowledgeable. Good selection of birds though
To start off with, WOW might be an understatement. My experience starts with a new vet,a puppy who ate a rat(EEKK), and needing to eliminate the stench of the rotting animal it just ate. I was referred to this location as it was simply the closest but hold I wouldnt regret it. Im greeted by friendly people who can tell Im lost. But I quickly notice as the employees and owners speak to EVERYONE that came in and even called them by their first names that this was no ordinary pet store. All you could need in one place. Very informative and they didnt make me feel bad or like I was inconveniencing them with my many questions. Introductions were made by owner, employees and myself. Let me say this is my new place to shop for my pet needs. Oh, and I feed my dog Nulo which there is one particular type in the line. I mentioned to the owner and he said he will get it in for me. That rocks! Ill be back soon. Thanks guys!!!
Beautiful pet store.
The place is small and a little dirty feeling. The staff is nice and the animals seem healthy. I drive 30 minutes here instead of going to zookeeper because zookeeper is awful.
Excellent and Unique personalized experience with owner that really care about animals
You guys are awesome!Support your local businesses folks.
Very disappointed with this store. African greys kept in cages barely big enough for parakeets, and overgrown beaks. Veiled chameleons and russian tortises kept in the same cage. A rabbit kept in too small of cage. Sitting in its own feices. Not a place that cares properly for their animals.Edit in response to reply: Even if they are being boarded, I cannot imagine pet owners who would want the front door hitting their birds cage when it opens, or their rabbit not being kept clean. They are trusting you, as the boarder, to maintain the wellbeing and care of their animals.
I went in to look for some decorations for my betta tank and when the lady asked what i was looking for, this is what I told her. I just didnt want to get anything that would tear their fins because they are very delicate. She proceeded to tell me that thats a myth created by big stores like petco and that she would know because she used to be a member of the International Betta Congress. I already knew she wouldnt know much about Bettas because she had one up front in a bowl with no filter or heater and it was very tiny. She tells me its perfectly fine if i get anything they have because theyre not actually that delicate. Ive seen the IBC website and read their magazines and they very clearly state they ARE indeed delicate. Their bettas were also kept in tiny cups and were in poor states. Im never returning and am sad for the lives of these fish. Ill go to Aquatek where they actually have their own little aquariums and happier lives with fins that arent rotting.
I love this place! The owner is awesome! You can ask questions and they will help you!
This store is filthy! For a place named Rivers and Reefs, the aquariums are disqusting! The freshwater tanks are boring and have dead fish, the couple of salt water tanks are covered in harmful algae and the fish appear to be suffering. As someone raising a reef tank, I left this store quickly with a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe of our wonderful reef stores could go save her fish!
I especially love that the birds are hand fed good conditions and stuff like that
Quaint little shop, birds reptiles and fish
My 14 year old daughter wanted a bird for her birthday. I grew up with several parakeets and cockatails in the house so I understand what it takes to have a bird. My daughter wanted a green cheek conure and has been researching the bird for weeks. We planned on just window shopping around today and getting an idea on prices for the bird, cage, toys, etc. When we walked in, we saw the birds right away. They had 3 conures in one cage and one by itself. The one by itself had a funny personality that daughter and i both liked right away. If my daughter wanted it, i was going to buy it today. The woman working offered to help but seemed to not really want to. I dont know if it was the fact that I had 4 teens with me or if I was interrupting her from whatever she was doing when we walked in. We asked her questions about the kind of bird, since i wasnt sure if they were green cheek conures or not, she seemed annoyed that i didnt know. We looked at a cage, my daughter said it was too big, the woman quickly told her that was actually the smallest cage shed suggest for a conure. That was fine, she seemed very knowledgeable. The teens were putting their fingers up to the cage, i told them to stop. She told them the Cockatail was very friendly and wouldnt bite. They then did the same to the conures and one acted like it was going to bite her. Then my daughter said she wanted a friendly bird, one that wont bite. I explained that she would need to bond with the bird. The woman told her, birds bite, if you dont wanna get bitten, dont get a bird! She then told me i need to consider that birds live a long time, 30 years, so when my daughter goes away to college, is she going to take the bird with her or whos going to keep it? Really? I told her thats not a problem, i found a turtle when i was 5, found another a couple years later, my mother still has my turtle and ALL the babies, minus the ones on loan to different zoos and the turtles are actually in her will since they live so long. I, at first thought she just really cares about the birds and wants to make sure they have a good home, but her snarky comments changed my mind. If she was concerned with my daughters and my ability to care for a bird, she couldve simply asked if weve ever had a bird before! I did tell her i was raised having birds in the house, but she still seemed to not want to sell us a bird. Their conures are $100 cheaper than other places we went to today, but I wont go back there. My daughter also looked at the fish while we were there, commented to me that all the tanks were dirty. If you dont mind dirty tanks and youre looking for snarky commentary, this is the place to go.
Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is sketchy. Small selection.
Lots of fish. Cool cat. Cute birds.
I went in looking for fresh water aquarium fish, and what I found was a dimly lit store with clutter everywhere. The fish tanks were filthy. The lack of maintenance making it nearly impossible to see what was in each tank. There was more scum floating in the water than fish...I would recommend going to aquadome or aquatek for your local aquarium needs.
Great place
I was having trouble with my tank and wanted a second opinion on what steps I should take to correct the troubles I was having. Unfortunatley my visit did not go well. At the time of my visit both the woman and man that were on duty were not not very personable for customer service oriented. The two attempted to give me advice but came off as very snarky. One told me everything I was doing was wrong, in a very matter of fact tone. It felt like she was talking to me as if I had never touched a fiah tank before, unfortunately I have and have also done extensive research before making any decisions regarding my tank. And the other tried to tell me a fish that Ive had for 5 months was a female and that someone must have swapped out my fish (he is a male betta, this was based on then and now photos). He was not joking. They did seem to be knowledgeable, however they also seemed to be my way or the highway type of people. I do not know if these were the owners or just employees, but I will not be making return visits to find out. Unfortunate my visit went this way.Customer service aside interior reflects the exterior of the building in that it appears rather Rundown and dirty. Some of the shelving appears to be prepared to fall off the wall and the back corner of the building was a pile of stuff. To be brutally honest that corner looked like a hoarders home to me.Looks aside, this store has available multiple different types of fish, a small to moderate selection of fish care products, Birds, Turtles, reptiles such as lizards, and roughly half of the store was dedicated to dog care products and pet food combined.
Very nice people! Extremely knowledgeable ! Lots to choose from ! Kinda messy but good service !
Very very dirty dirty dirty!! Whole isle of just pulled up junk.. Fish tanks are horrible. Cloudy water, not healthy fish at all. Look sick with ick. Not one to talk down to a business but this place is just sad...
Great family owned local pet store.
Be going there for so many years. Great service.
I support local businesses whenever possible but I think they may be going out of business or don’t care to show up to work to be in business. I went there today during business hours to get Orijen brand dog food and they were closed. Open sign off and door locked. I had to resort to petsmart but now discovered that Amazon carries Orijen with Prime free 2-day shipping. I won’t be going back here, sad.
