I walked in late in the day with an urgent need to replace my only suit, as it had been destroyed. Debbie, the owner, was there and immediately sized me up by eye, recommending two suits she thought would fit. Both looked fine, one more my style than the other, and I was all set in 10 minutes. Debbie also arranged for a late same-day hem alteration at a nearby tailor, so everything was perfect. In addition to saving a ton of time and trouble, I also saved a ton of money by coming here.The only way my experience could have been better would be if there had been some shoes available in my size.I look forward to returning when I have some more time to peruse the shirts, blazers, and other items with which I could surely stand to refresh my wardrobe.Thanks Debbie. Ill always come to your shop first before going anywhere else in Austin for menswear.

Zero customer service. I wear suits everyday I work. 5-6 days a week, I am in a two or three piece suit. So, I am always looking for something new at a reasonable price, discount or second hand. I have stopped by this store three times in the past few months. First, employee eating Chinese food. No greeting, no can I help you. Second time, employee eating salad this time, texting on phone. Third time, no eating, surfing the web, once again; no hello, no can I help you, no goodbye, really, no nothing.Hint to the owners of this place, if you are going to try and sell second hand clothing to people, they need some help. Someone that has a clue and actually engages the customer.I won’t be back. Tried hard enough for you as a store to try to sell me something.Had some nice stuff here and there. But, needed some feedback, some friendliness, a little, dare I say it......CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great rare selection! Excellent Service!

The owner came out and was very personable and involved in my fitting experience, she even made several recommendations as to how to accesorize my suit. All the staff were very nice...almost like visiting family. The selection met expectations and everything, while used, was in conditions that made everything indistinguishable from brand new clothes. Overall it was nice to find everything on the first stop. Id recommend checking here before you go dropping a paycheck on a new suit, mine was $80.00 with a dress shirt included.

Fine quality for fair prices

I dont wear suits really. I put on my last jacket to find it was way too small. I was in a bind needing a suit for Monday when it was the weekend. Had no idea what I wanted or what size I was. Monica walked up and asked me what colors I was thinking. She found a beautiful 3-peice within seconds. Tried it on and it fit almost perfectly. I was wearing boots with the suit so she loaned me some boots to make sure the pants worked. They were a little long but I was able to wear them a bit high with the vest. I was out of the store within about 40 minutes. I thought this would take all day and I would end up with something that I didnt like for at least $300. Instead, I ended up with a beautiful suit, that only needs slight work, in no time at all, and wasnt expensive. What an amazing shop with an amazing employee. I wish more professionals did their job like Monica.

Most of my wardrobe comes from this store. The clothes are perfect, in such good condition you would never know they arent new. The owner is super nice as well. Very fair prices. Its pretty much the only place I buy clothes.

I was surprised with the selection and quality. Found great Calvin Klein jacket, designer shirts and Lucky Jeans and paid less than $100. Plenty of compliments at work.

Their consignment is awesome. They actually MAIL you a check unlike other places where you have to go back and pick it up. Plus they send notifications via e-mail, which I love. Great spot for quality secondhand for men.

A few years back a friend of mine mentioned that hed picked up some high end dress shirts at a second hand store called Second Looks. My dress shirts were in dire need of replacement so my wife and I headed over. Weve never been so impressed. I picked up five high end dress shirts and a pair of shoes for under $120. I will be a returning customer and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice inventory, staffed by some great, friendly help. I got the feeling that it was a family shop, which I like.I was in and out looking for a nice suit for a wedding. I got what looks like a $350-500 JosABank Suit for only $120, the price I expect I might pay to rent the same suit.Im impressed by their inventory and will be returning for sure for dress shirts and more.

This company deletes comments regarding bad service or no service. In our personal situation, a choice to not serve every person that visits. We were invited Saturday by the owner on this site to visit the store again after a review was made. My husband however, was made to feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. We chose to spend our money elsewhere.
