I love getting my makeup from Merle Norman! The products are top notch quality, and near weightless. Doesn’t feel like I just put cake icing on my face. Love the one on one consulting and the range of products for different skin types. Im not super great about taking care of my skin, but they set me up with a routine that is super easy and really takes care of my skin! Everyone at the Austin store is super attentive and always super helpful. Highly recommend!Rachael did my makeup for a wedding, and she did an amazing job! I’m quite particular about how I want my makeup done. She really listened to what it was that I wanted and it turned out so perfectly! It was just right; not too much makeup, and not too little. The product felt so light on my skin, and the finishing spray kept it perfect all day long. Do yourself a favor and go visit this store!

Aryn pierced both our seconds and today our thirds. She did such a good job! She was laidback but very careful to check placement and alignment with my other piercings. I’m so happy with both piercings she did! I recommend!

Came to Merle to get my brows done by Kristen. She used the Anastasia method and they came out so so great. I got some face care products that Aryn hand picked for my skin type, and y’all know I couldn’t pass up these super cute purses. I got the last white one, but they still have 5 other colors in stock. All the women working in this store are so kind and knowledgeable on the products. Great experience every time.

Been a customer for over 25 yrs. Today Dec 15, 2019 bought products, had to make extra purchase to receive cheap free gift. Toni always gave gift with any purchase. You can take my name, Nathalies name Angies name and Andreas name out of your computer. We wont come back. Weve had our hair done there and facials along with buying our products. Were your cookies and sandwiches for your $200.00 customers?

I shopped at this store for years. Now having moved out of state--returned with a want list of MN products. Aryn was very helpful. She gave moisturizing recommendations for the drier climate and how to freshen eye makeup for summer. She also offered shipping product to me for nominal USPS charge. I am giving this store 5 stars, Aryn too.

I have never bought a product that I didnt love from Merle Norman

I went in this morning to be matched for a concealer to cover a scar. Victoria greeted me with a smile that lite up the room!!! She examined my scar and went to start to work!! I left with the perfect concealer and feeling like a million bucks!!!

Ive been using this product for 3 years and what i love most about it you could use little or as much as u want and still have a natural look Plus it last me a year before having to buy another foundation 💕💕💕💕💕
