Gilda (sp?) was amazing! I went in completely clueless of what I needed to do to fix the wreck that my skin was in. She listened to my concerns, recommended products, then gave me a facial using those products. My skin feels renewed, refreshed, and so nourished!! I never felt pressured to buy anything, and she offered to provide samples on the products she thought Id like, since I wasnt familiar with what The Body Shop had to offer! I ended up buying products on the Drops of Youth line, as well as taking several samples home. Prices are so much more affordable and yield amazing results versus the luxury products at Sephora. Another huge plus is the ethics behind the company as a whole.

******return review/customer service review *****So I bought a gift set for my mom and sister. Later in the day after talking to my mom and sister I realized I got something they were not going to like and decided it return it the same day.I went into Barton Creek and the super awesome sweet lady that helped me earlier that day was not there. I went to the vitamin e area to grab a few things for myself an employee was there right in front of the vitamin e area. She asked what I was looking for.... mentioned I was not sure but something in front of the vitamin e area and she repeated well what are you looking for because I am restocking...... okay ..... i was thinking in my head I’m not sure, like I mentioned before and I said once again I’m not sure. She did not move from the small vitamin e shelf she still stood there in my way and I said I can’t see that far because I wear glasses and did she move nope.....so I reached over here and grabbed what I could see.I went up to the register so I could exchcnage what I bought before. The lady at the registered could not handle returns so she called the lady that was restocking at the vitamin e area. She asked me no kidding in the rudest way why I was returning. I just said I changed my mind. Which she responded do you have your receipt ...I handed her my receipt and she was like you bought this earlier today...and I’m thinking in my head yes I did and why am I justifying my return to you. I didn’t get why she was being so rude to me for from the beginning....Having a bad dayIt was the end of the day ....I don’t know.She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help me with my return because I did some kind of sale earlier in the day with a buy one get one. I just looked at her and said nothing. Then she was like well I have to return everything and recalculate the difference from the sale and I was just okay that’s fine...........she was so mad that she had to pull out a calculator and do some math.... sorry if that wasn’t in your job description but I would of thought you would just return everything and recharge for everything like she said before....my husband came by and asked if she was going to be done soon so we could see if we had time to go alll the way across the mall to another store before closing. She looked up at him and said NOPE! IM NOT GOING TO BE DONE SOON. at this point I have just enough and just asked for my recipes and items back and left.SooooPoint of the story is ....If you want to return something you bought with a sale make sure you bring back every item make sure you bring everything you bought on the receipt and you don’t go to Barton creek mall.

Everyone is very kind and customer service focused. They wont recommend a product unless it really will be beneficial to the outcome that youre looking for. Theyre also great at building gift baskets.
