Had a great experience with Austin Stone Works. I had shopped other places where I was basically ignored, not followed up with, or given an estimate never to hear back. Id never purchased granite before and Kim was so helpful, walking me through the options. In the end, I went with a slab of colonial white and it worked perfectly. From picking the granite and measuring to installation, it was a great process. I would highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul on damage caused by etching of venetian marble on the bathroom sinks. Starting with a google search which shows a great web presence, handling of my phone call, the visit to assess the damage and fixing the issue, were all handled very professionally.Paul was very courteous, prompt and very experienced. I called several companies, including the original sink installer, and selected StoneCare. I cannot think of another company matching the job as well as it was handled. I highly recommend StoneCare to anyone who needs stone or tile work done. I wish StoneCare great success in the future.

My house was built 5 years ago and we used the company. They were great! The company has since been sold. And the new company can really brag! Or I will................ I called their staff about a situation I had with sinks. They not only responded promptly and scheduled promptly, but they also sent 2 very nice young men who did a great job. So, although the company changed hands, the new owners were considerate of the old owners customers and warranties. When I need granite and marble again, I know the best company around to buy from!

We searched all around town and Austin Stone Works gave us the best price along with the options we needed. Measuring was perfect. The installation was very quick. They were very careful to clean up any mess. I noticed one minor flaw after they left. They quickly and professionally returned and corrected. They also took time to show me how to care for the stone and what chemicals to use and not to use. Very happy.

From the beginning, I knew this business was my choice....the right one!! Judi was wonderful, very courteous and professional on selection, set up, etc. They worked with us based on our hectic schedule. They had the right price and selection. Install was on schedule and the guys, Pedro and Lorenzo did a fantastic job, they answered my few questions I had! It was truly a wonderful experience working with Judi. Could not think of better service.We did out kitchen with another company because they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper - and regretted it! Then I used Austin Stone Works for our bathroom marble (2 counters with undercount sinks, cover on shower wall, and window ledge). Perfect and fast communication, Kim Hauger has been just fantastic. We found a marble that matched the rest of our design and they were not inconvenienced to pull it out to have us take a full look at it. Somebody was out to take measurements within two days and they were able to squeeze us in for installation just a few days later. Austin Stone Works uses their own people every step along the way (while other companies may use contract workers for measurement and installation and you dont quite know what to expect). During installation, the workers broke the very narrow, yet long window ledge and were very forthcoming showing the mishap to me. They mended it together and because the marble has vein patterns anyway, no-one could tell - yet they offered to replace the pice with a new one if that was our preference. No need for that, but it demonstrates that the company will go the extra mile to fully satisfy their customers. If I ever have another project, Austin Stone Work is my go to address.

I love my remodeled 1976 kitchen! Austin Stone Works did an excellent job helping me choose my granite and installing it. I took a floor sample, woodwork picture and rock pictures. Kim Hauger was easy to work with and so knowledgeable. She also helped me choose the back splash tiles and grout color. They came when they said they would. The installer answered all my husbands questions about granite and mine about the care of it. The quality of their stainless steel sink is better than others we had seen. All my appliances fit and everything coordinates. The Astoria Gold is beautiful! I would highly recommend Austin Stone Works.

The professionals at Austin Stone Works really made the process of updating our kitchen countertops a snap. Each step along the way, people took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Kim helped us choose a granite to complement our kitchen. Ryan, Mitch and their team of installers made sure the countertops were cut to fit and installed properly. Were so pleased with how the kitchen looks now.

A quality product and good service is always hoped for. These days, if you get one or the other, it’s a nice surprise. When you get both, its worthy of comment.About 4-5 years ago, we remodeled our kitchen and bit the bullet to buy granite counter tops from Austin Stone Works. Once installed, they were perfect. However, after a few years, the epoxy came out of one of the seams. So we called the store and, to our disappointment, they were out of business. Not sure what to do next, we let the repair go until a last year.Sick of the open seam in her otherwise beautiful counter, my bride decided to look for another granite company to handle the repair. Well, lo and behold, Austin Stone Works was back in business. As we later learned, the previous owner folded but the company was purchased by Ryan Agnell. Since Ryan was the new owner, clearly he was under no obligation to fix the damaged seam but, to our surprise, he took care of it anyway!Ryan and one of his guys came out promptly, repaired the seam, and added a plastic strip so the steam from our near-by dishwasher wouldnt damage the repair. Whats more, he did it all gratis! After 5 years I wouldnt imagine the original owner would fix a problem at no cost let alone the new owner.If youre wondering if these are the guys for your job, Ill say without reservation, YES. Our counter tops are gorgeous and they stand by their work beyond any reasonable expectation. Thats business done well

AUSTIN STONEWORKS DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON OUR KITCHEN REMODEL COUNTERTOPS. THE FIRST FABRICATOR MESSED THE PROJECT UP SO BAD WE HAD TO HAVE IT REMOVED. LUCKY FOR US KIM AND RYAN CAME TO THE RESCUE AND TURN A BAD SITUATION INTO A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY COMMUNICATED AT EVERY LEVEL AND DELIVERED A PRODUCT THAT SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS. WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER!

Do not do business with this company. They are incredibly shady and had an issue with my contractor which they made me pay for. They provided him a fully paid receipt and confirmed over the phone that the product was paid for, without ever processing the order. When I tried to discuss it with them they were very rude, ignored my emails and blew me off.Edit to respond to your response: I appreciate you checking in. My initial rating and concern was around the fact that the company confirmed to me (over the phone) that the item was paid for, when in reality the company waited a week to cash the check (to find out it bounced). When I called to discuss this issue, I was provided very little assistance and and a lot of hostility.

As a kitchen remodeling contractor I sent numerous clients to ASW. The pricing is competitive for the quality of work performed and my clients have been well pleased with the final results. My strongest recommendation is that the people there, MIke, Lou, Kim, and their installers all care about getting everything right. Any issues have been resolved with a professional attitude and great follow up.

I am thrilled with the countertops I got from Austin Stone Works. They are beautiful. Everything was done as promised. The customer service was fantastic. The measurer and installers were very professional and courteous. Kim (who works in the office) provided the best customer service I could have received. When my sink came in with a hairline crack (it was a sink I ordered elsewhere), she did all the legwork and got a replacement sink directly from the manufacturer in a short amount of time without me having to return the sink or find the replacement. Even after the job was complete, she helped me with backsplash options. She is awesome! I highly recommend Austin Stone Works and will use them every time I need stonework done in the future. I could not have had a better experience.
