Love the results. They have done several bathrooms for me now and it makes such a big difference. Very professional and friendly.

Very pleased with the service. Saving the extra star to make sure nothing unexpected comes up. But overall for a fraction of the cost of brand new counter tops that can run 3000 to 4000 this is the way to go. It comes with the inconvenience of having to leave your home for a few hours but it was well worth it. My wife is pleased!

Absolutely horrible experience with these people. They are incredibly shady and will do work that is not approved or authorized by you and then bill after its complete. SKETCHY! Will never use them again and unless you want your bill to be twice what they quoted for a job, you shouldnt either. Their tech messed up and even though they have a warranty they charged again after sending someone to fix. I called it out and they basically said sucks for you. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Terrible customer service! Had an appointment for a tub resurface. Called at 3PM to verify someone was still coming that day. (They usually are here way before then.) No one came. Left the unit open just in case they were running behind schedule. Checked the unit the next morning, and of course, it was not done. I called Trisha, the receptionist, to ask what was up. Allegedly, someone came at 4, and the office was locked. I was in the office all day. Did not have one tour. If someone really was here, why couldnt they have called the office number to be like, Hey, we are here to do this job...Where are you? Whenever I am out of the office, calls get forwarded to my cell, so I would have received the call even IF I was not in, but I was. Also, they said theyre all booked up for the next few days, so they dont know when someone can come to do the job. How is that my issue?!? This company is full of incompetent liars. You are better off going elsewhere.
