I rented an elliptical on a month-to-month basis for 7 months for personal use at home. FitDel was great until the end. I called to end my rental four days after my monthly billing cycle because I forgot the date. They decided to take full advantage and charge me for an extra month. Very uncool.Update after reading the owner’s response. No one yelled. All interactions have been completely cordial on both sides. My review is about business practices.

Awesome item to rent during a pandemic or anytime you just want to walk/jog at home in the a/c. I have rented from fit deli a few years ago and the customer service is such a nice part of the whole experience. Highly recommended!

They are very fast and helpful. I purchased a rental treadmill in the morning and after lunch they dropped it off and set it up. I am very happy. I had Peloton postpone my delivery 3 times before I cancelled. Luckily, I found FitDel and I saved myself thousands of dollars and time waiting. The delivery team is also very considerate and kind. They listened to my instructions and they did not make a mess. They were very friendly.

FitDel delivered an amazing Elliptical machine. Great customer service. Very nice and totally professional. I looked to buy one on FB and Craigslist but they are super heavy and you need a truck and they were always very far away from where I live. Fitdel is super convenient.

Kyle May was excellent in helping us find the correct equipment for what we really required. We came in thinking we needed a elliptical machine. However since we both ride road bikes 5000 to 6000 miles a year he suggested a rowing machine would fit our needs better for increasing upper body strength. After measuring the length of their rowing machines we realized it would not fit in the space we have in our sun room. We wound up purchasing a Water rower which would fit instead of renting his machine. We would have rather rented from Kyle.

I rented a treadmill for 6 months so I could walk for 30 minutes everyday of my pregnancy (per my doctor’s suggestion) and this was usually done while my first baby was napping or the Texas weather made walking outside miserable. I didn’t want to buy a treadmill because of the cost but also because I don’t have a huge house with space for a permanent big piece of equipment and just needed this for a few months to reach my goal of walking everyday. They delivered it, maneuvered around corners, set it up, answered any questions and then 5+ months later, when I scheduled the pickup, came back and did it all in reverse. Over all was a really nice and easy experience.

I received the equipment I wanted, it worked great, they do not use cheap stuff - and delivery was easy. When I decided to return the equipment, they made that process easy as well.

These guys were great. I loved the rowing machine they sent me, but when my tennis elbow prevented me from using it, they came and replaced it (for $75) for a bike. You cant get that service if you buy equipment, so Im very glad I didnt make the decision to buy and rented instead.

We started with a stationary bike and switched to an elliptical machine. The guys at FitDel were so nice about initial delivery, change out of machines and check in calls. This was one of the easiest rental companies I have ever dealt with. We rented equipment due to the summer Austin heat and are still using the machines, so we plan to continue with the rental.

The staff was very helpful as I tried out three recumbent bikes before deciding which to rent. Their delivery was prompt and the staff member that did the set-up could not have been more helpful. Renting the equipment was just what I needed to help my recovery from knee replacement surgery. They get the highest rating from me.
