They were fantastic! I needed a full-length mirror replaced into a wooden frame. I called another shop and they couldnt even get someone to give me an estimate until a month later, but Arrow was able to give me a quote over the phone, and receive the mirror the same day. Not only that, but they completed the job in only a couple hours! Tami was so kind and helpful, she handled the whole process quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Austin area.

We hired Arrow Glass and Mirror to replace 13 double pane sets of glass in our windows and one new bathroom mirror. Not only were they reasonably priced but the four men (Juesse, Logan, Carlos, and Octavian) performed the work perfectly. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They cleaned up thoroughly after completion. The men represent Arrow Glass in a positive manner.I would highly recommend Arrow Glass and Mirror to anyone needing glass or mirrors.

No surprise right?I was reimbursed for it. I didn’t throw is away. After careful research I chose Arrow. For a ridiculously low price they replaced the mirrorThey are so friendly, helpful and professional. Although they are located in a industrial park they have signage on the road leading to the turn off as well as their location. They observe all COVID-19 precautions and are respectfulI’ve already taken a second mirror there that Amazon broke, refunded me and told me to dispose of. $220 beautiful mirror being restored for $70.00!I want to mention James and Jason for being so helpfulHighly recommended

Arrow made a large custom mirror for my retail store very quickly and at a great price. They are extremely communicative and professional. The installation team did a wonderful job installing the mirror. The whole process took less than a week which was much quicker than I anticipated.

I have seen an opportunity to see how the work is done. The installers take pride in their work. IG glass, mirrors, showers, and replacement glass for windows.

Arrow Glass provides great service and is very professional.

Technically it was a good install of the glass door for my walk in shower, but the workers smeared silicon all over my new expensive tile, and the residual film on the matt tile is impossible to remove (trivial on the shiny hardwood floor they also gunked up in my bedroom)and has marred an otherwise quality bathroom renovation. Really stupid, as the workers should ABSOLUTELY have laid down a protective cloth or paper. I hesitate to recommend unless you watch the workers closely or are ok with silicon goop everywhere when they leave. When the workers came back to supposedly clean up the mess i complained about, they said they would come at 11, then showed up at 10 and then left without cleaning anything because no one was there, which also totally wasted the time i had to take off of work.

So, I call this company for a quote on a piece of glass and receive a quote of $95 +tax for the pane of glass. I tell the lady (Tammy) that I was going to confirm the measurement and call back. Well, I call back in two hours and the price has now gone up to $140.00. Not ever doing business with this company.
