I work for HEB and the team of cashiers are always friendly and fun. Especially Cole who has exceptional customer service. Woo- hoo. We are not robots or taken over by machines yet. I thank God and the customers of Austin for supporting us and keeping us gainfully employed.

This HEB location is my home grocery store. I cannot say enough good things about the service, employees and general atmosphere of this location. Masks and social distancing are required. Not because they want to, but they are following guidelines currently set by the city and state government. I am familiar with the layout of the store and can easily find everything needed by my family. HEB is just a great Texas company.

H.E.B. does a lot for the community, food drives, soup, etc. What they dont do is give groceries away for folks that cant pay. Today they did. I had a bank error that left me unable to pay for a few things. Manager smiled and gave me my bag. Touched by their generosity, but not so embarrassed that I cant appreciate the blessing. Thanks, my H.E.B.

Excellent representative of strong statewide plus chain. Across product lines of all types either price competitive or price leader. Cleanliness and full shelves..well stocked shelves across brands and price points..exceptional. one stop for groceries. Too surprising wide range of plants flowers and depending upon season shrubs. Always cost competitive cost effective.

Usually love this store and I order my groceries via curbside weekly. However, today I was a little late to pick up my order and I received a rude phone call from an employee. Definitely makes me want to not return to this specific location.

The local team us doi g a great time during this crisis. Calm and efficient. As is always expected by an HEB!

All of the curbside employees are amazing! Mary found a turkey right before thanksgiving when there was chicken substitution. Thank you for always making sure my orders are correct. You can tell the employees are naturally friendly people. Thank you!

This HEB is a very large and well-stocked store. Its not as good as Central Market, but its the best HEB Ive visited.

I love my local HEB+ it has everything I could need. Ive come here so often over the years that Ive made friends with some of the people working there. Great selection and great prices.

5.0 star rating 12/27/2010I absolutely love this store. There is pretty much everything I could want in a grocery store. I love the fresh soups in the market. The deli area with so many cheeses and meats. Prices are great also, much lower than Super WalMart.

Great gas prices in the area! The attendees are very nice too. They make pleasant small talk.

Recently remodeled. It doesnt feel as nice as it used to. They no longer have a place to sit down to eat and drink. The exit on 620 is treacherous for left turns and is likely the cause of many accidents. Use the light at Chase bank or the Anderson Mill entrance if at all possible.

The new pickup is the best. They should have done this service before now. Wonderful
