From the 1st moment I walked in the front door, I was warmly greeted by the front desk assistant. She asked a few pertinent questions and then after a short exchange, she offered to take a look at my current hearing aides and clean them for me with no expectations! She came back with my hearing aides, cleaned and ready to use. She replaced the tubing on both, and fitted them perfectly r right in the office there!!....No Charge!... Just plain courtesy between people~~~How rare is that!Its this type of home treatment that draws me to Estes business location. I originally found Estes through YELP and their reviews. I am very pleased with Estes Audiology. The fact that they do Real Ear Measures with each hearing aid fitting, which some audiologist dont, was a definite icing on the cake. Gay, who did my fitting was really amazing and made the whole new hearing aid experience a delight. I was a bit anxious about getting new aids and Gay did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Estes, even if you have to make a bit of a drive into Austin. Its worth it to have the best when it comes to your hearing.

Had my impression done by Gay Wucher for my in ear monitors. She was really nice, welcoming and professional. She made my experience quick and easy. She did a great job explaining what was going to happen and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for an Audiologists.

I have had a very poor experience with Estes; simply wanting to have a pair of ear plugs made for swimming. The last time I had a pair made in 2012, I left the doctors office with them. This however was not in Texas and apparently now the procedure takes longer. When I received the ear plugs two weeks later, they were too small and water leaked through them. It has been over a week now waiting for a refund because of a data loss issue. (Heck, you go to Walmart to return a faulty item and they refund it in 10 minutes.) Just very frustrated by the whole process.

Gay has been absolutely wonderful in explaining the differences between models, cost and features. I felt confident with her recommendation. My initial custom made ear piece was not fitting well, I called and was provided a new ear piece free of charge.

Very nice and welcoming staff and very helpful. I made an appointment online to get molds for ear plugs, they have had an opening within the week and I was in and out very quickly. I was recommended by a co worker and will definitely recommend them to someone else.

I was very pleased with the whole experience that I had at Estes Audiology. It was recommended to me by an audiologist (one who doesn’t work at Estes) and it turned out to be a great recommendation. From the testing, to the discussion of the test, to the discussion of the options, I felt that I was getting the best possible guidance to address my hearing condition. Very knowledgeable about hearing loss, they take time to explain why, show charts to graphically represent your hearing in each ear, recommend multiple options to fit with your budget and the hearing aid features you value, and then have remarkable followup customer service. My 74 year old mother was very hesitant and anxious about having her hearing checked but she was aware she needed to get checked, long overdue. Im so glad I took her to Estes Audiology. They were great with making her feel at ease and explaining every step of the process. This paragraph is an update on my recent experience at Estes audiology.My hearing aids are getting old. Both quit working about two weeks ago. This morning I went to Estes audiology, who I had visited previously and had a good experience, and handed them both to Annabel. Within 30 minutes she had both working like new and for a very reasonable fee. I appreciate great service.From start to finish this audiology office was the best I have ever visited. Gay Wucher, audiologist, was professional, thorough, and patient. In addition, she was pleasant to deal with and had a good sense of humor. I highly recommend her.Also, Arianna, The office manager, was efficient, took care of all of the business dealings with no hassles involved, and has excellent people skills.

Gay fitted me with my 3rd pair of hearing aides in about 10 years. She is awesome and made a profound difference my hearing. Great company, great staff, great service, very knowledgeable. My highest recommendation!

I went to Estes Audiology and they were very friendly, professional and honest. I was told I had a slight hearing loss in my right ear and they explained my options to move forward with a hearing aid if I wanted to enhance my hearing experiences. I am glad I went and got my new hearing aid. You dont realize what you are missing sometimes when you have a slight hearing loss. I would recommend Estes to anyone that thinks they may have a need for a hearing aid.

I walk out in the morning with my dog and hear birds now in all directions, leaves crackling underneath my shoes. I stream KMFA with the music setting on my Widex Beyond 2 and it is unlike what I have heard in a decade. Hard piano tones. Soft twinkling Bach harpsichord.
