John and Dean were great! They got to my house on time and were very precise on all the installations. Before they drilled holes into any walls they had my husband approve the spot. They would even let us know why they recommended certain heights for TVs! They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They brought their own Mr. Clean magic eraser pads for any marks they made on my walls and they had a vacuum cleaner to clean up dust from drilling holes. Will use them every time!

These guys are great. Dean worked me into getting our surround sound system installed even with a snowstorm going on in Austin!! John did the instal for us and he was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend these guys.

I have used Empire AV this past year to do two installations in my home. A television in my office and a total revamp of our media room. They have been excellent. These guys did an excellent job for me in Austin. They were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I wanted them to help me run some ethernet for my network closet and to help with mounting a tv since I had them out. They did a great job and they were quick. Theyre also just very friendly and fun to talk to.
