Called to see if they had a bottle in stock and was told he only reserves for common customers? Way to not gain a common customer.Update to my response:I stand by my comments below as customer service is what brings someone to a business. Not calling someone cowardly and lazy in a response that has nothing to do with why I never went to your store. But for a business that has been there 10 years with less than 25 reviews on Yelp and Google, I dont know if that speaks to good common or regular customers. But hey, in a world the way it is now, I wish you and your business luck during this COVID. God Bless you and your business.

The employees are amazing, helpful, funny and interesting to chat with about so many subjects. They take really good care of their regulars as well. I dont have to go out of my way to shop there but i will wait and make one more stop on my way home so as to always do business with them instead of any other store. 5 stars isnt enough to rate how awesome this place is.

Large selection. Very nice people. Much easier, faster and more convenient then the giant stores. Prices are the same, and service is personalized.

Great store! Good selection, good prices, excelent service - took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, and helped pack it for my bike ride home. A little hard to find, confused Google Maps. But once found, its a neighborhood gem.

Great prices on the wine some great values on the Liquor you have to hunt but its there. I get it being a family owned business its tuff to compete against specs for a small local store that has staff and is convenient has my vote and my business.Dont trash small businesses by comparing prices to specs and Walmart apples and oranges rate the experience

Great place, nothing spectacular but the staff was courteous, they had the drinks that we needed but I noticed that a lot of places dont have different varieties of eggnog even though its the holidays.
