Great customer service! I walked in and I appreciated Garrett Nichols walking me through the store and answering all my questions! Making big purchases gives me anxiety especially when I don’t know anything about mattresses. But Garrett made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel as though I was shopping, it felt more like an experience trying out all of the mattresses and the bases! Garrett took his time and seemed so willing to show me each mattress he thought I would like, and then showed me the ones I was interested in. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, and every mattress I was shown was very nice. The customer service is amazing! They were helpful and made sure we were going to be taken care of all the way to the delivery process. They also provide a phone number to a company that would pick up our old adjustable bed frame and get rid of it for us since they dont provide this service. The sales guy made sure we called the company and were able to verify everything with them before we made our purchase. We will be back to shop with them again!!

Had a wonderful experience at Denver Mattress. We came in looking to buy two twin mattresses, and the salesman was very helpful. We had to go back to get the measurements for the bed to make sure that the second one would fit the trundle bed, and returned later in the day to purchase. Would absolutely recommend. They will help you find what you are looking for without trying to upcharge or oversell you.

Couldn’t be happier,!I worked with the mgr. In the end I finished up the actual purchase of my dream bed with Duranté at the Burnet/183 store; BUT this was an almost 4 year project of mine to save enough money to buy my dream mattress. I’ve been calling for years to double check the price to see how close I was to getting what I needed only to find out twice that me model name of the mattress had changed TWICE! LoLBUT Duranté really went WAY above & beyond normal customer service expectations & ordered the mattress for me based on the fact that I was going to be using my stimulus deposit to pay for it & I already knew exactly what mattress I wanted.The only hick-up was that it seemed to take an inordinately long time to get the mattress here. I mean like almost a month?.But in the end it was totally worth the wait!I’ve been sleeping in a twin sized bed for about 6 years while renting a room in a friends house (very small bedroom) so it’s going to feel SO GOOD to be able to spread out any way I want & roll over in the bed with out having to completely wake up just to make a calculated turn over on to my side. LoLIt will be delivered on Friday & I can’t wait to spread out and sleep all over it! LoLDuranté is the most knowledgeable and patient person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, because I think I’ve probably called him 20-30 times to ask all sorts of weird questions about this bed & other stuff.

The individual who helped me with my purchase of a new mattress gives excellent customer service. They were out of stock on encasements because a customer had just bought out their entire stock, so I have to wait for delivery, but thats not a criticism.The showroom was clean and largely empty. The employee helping me was the only one I saw, but he and the only other customer were both wearing masks properly. The employee, Durante, was great about spraying the floor model with a cleanser and putting a paper sheet down so I could check out the floor model without concern due to coronavirus issues.This location and its employee made mattress shopping during a pandemic a breeze, all things considered. I strongly recommend them.Edited to add: When I had a question and called back, Sam was very helpful on the phone in trying to assist me in delaying delivery because of the recent state-wide freeze event. The third-party company they use to provide delivery also gave excellent customer service before and during delivery. I could not be happier with my purchase and I am thrilled with how above and beyond everyones customer service was.
