Teddy from UltiMattress help me find a full size box spring. After calling three stores and shopping online, UltiMattress had the best price. Teddy answered all my questions and even educated me on the different types of box spring available. He did not try to up-sell me but instead provided me with the knowledge to make the best choice for my situation.

Just went in to get some info and left with a new mattress on the way. We had a phenomenal experience. I have had bad experience with mattress sales teams and felt very pressured but Randy was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and showed us options that fit our budget and comfort. I never felt pushed into a sale but ended up liking a bed so much that I had to have it. All in all I am so happy with this experience and cant wait for my new bed to get here.

After walking into Mattress Firm, Rooms to Go, Ashley Furniture and Conns and having less than favorable experiences all around, I walked into Ulti and my experience with Teddy was a complete 180! I am absolutely fuming. I do not often write negative reviews or reviews at all, but the lack of communication from this company is terrible. I understand we are under a pandemic and things may be delayed, but calling us the night before at 8pm by someone who didnt even sell or work at the location usually that I bought the mattress at is unaccebtable. she called us to first ask us if we were supposed to get the mattress delivered tomorrow or ordered tomorrow, why the company that SOLD US THE MATRESS doesnt know this Im not sure. She also informed us that it will not be delivered tomorrow as promised and she has no clue when. We ordered this mattress a month and a half ago. Why were we not informed then there might be delays or that it was back ordered?!UPDATE: ultimatress did try to make this right by sending me a loaner mattress same day, in the meantime until I get mine. I do appreciate the quick response and willingness to do what they could to make this right. however, I do still believe some better communication with customers in the future would help customer satisfaction. having a notice and letting the customer know ahead of time that there have been delays would have made this experience better.

Amy Winters (who normally works in the San Marcos branch) helped me find a great mattress in my cheap price range even though I pretty rudely showed up 15 mins before they closed. She had no problem staying late and was a fun time to chat with and learn about my potential mattresses rather than be pressured with a sales pitch. Pretty comfortable experience overall.

Yes we shopped around. Decided on a really nice Tempurpedic model. Jay at Ultimattress REALLY helped us out by informing us of many things we hadn’t previously been told. I was already a future customer because of the extended 10 year warranty but his expertise was a bonus. Definitely recommend to check them out before buying from anyone else.

Went into this store thinking I knew what I wanted but after a lot of patience and educating from the salesman Kyle I went with something completely different. He even carried an extra one out just to make sure I was completely happy with my decision. I never felt judged or pressured and the whole process was very smooth including the delivery! I wanted to get a Tempur-Pedic mattress and went to 2 other chain stores before coming to the Ulitmattress at the William Cannon location. We called at 7:30 to see if the store carried a specific model that we were interested in. Diana was very nice and offered to even stay after closing at 8 so that we could look around. We came in the store at 7:50 and were greeted by Diana who never rushed us at all even though the store would be closing soon. I am not the type of person to go into a store at closing time but Diana assured us it was no problem. After trying out several Tempur-Pedic mattresses we ended settling on and purchasing a queen sized TempurLuxe Breeze. Diana was quick in the sales process and we were out the door by 9. I would definitely recommend this family owned store. Delivery was scheduled in less than a week which is very convenient. We were very pleased with the outstanding service Diana provided and would recommend others stopping by as there is a large selection of mattresses to choose from.

They have unbeatable prices on bed ancilaries ... and very friendly staff. Strongly recommend them.

We love this UltiMattress! After having shopped at a big box store and truly having a used car salesman experience we came to UltiMattress on my brother in laws recommendation. Randy was exceptional to work with. The whole experience was laid back, conversational, and accommodating... which was not what you’d expect when you have three kids in tow and it’s pushing lunch time. He knew the products, why certain options would be a good fit based on our wants and complaints about our current mattress, and we paid less than the big box store for a premium brand. It was actually a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back when it comes time to replace my daughter’s mattress. Thanks Randy!
