My husband and i were shopping for queen size bed when we walked in .we were helped by Robert. he was very knowledgeable and helped us get the perfect mattress and since we found out they have discounted mattresses we actually got a king for just a bit more but WAY less than we expected. thank you so much mattress 1 for making all our dreams come true.

Let me note that there are a lot of mattress stores in Austin but I stumbled into this one! Louis made the experience very positive! The mattress that I really liked was out of my price range but he was able to work with me. And they were even able to accommodate my delivery date, which was then scheduled to be in 2 months, closer to my move-in date. The delivery went flawlessly!

I was curious about this place, so I went in after dealing with so many other salesman and places. I walked in and Dom helped me. He was so friendly and real, unlike most salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and even told me to go try out some at other places because he didn’t want me to regret anything. I hope more people go here and are not discouraged by the name because they have some really great deals and Dom was going to give me an awesome deal. I did end up buying a mattress somewhere else but that’s only because he did not carry it in his store. He is very young but don’t let that discourage you. He gives you a better deal if you show respect and are very kind. I felt so bad about not buying a mattress from him because I really liked him but I had to do what was best for me and my family. Oh! And Dom, Teddy (who trained you) said hi! He’s at the mattress firm right next to you!

Wandered in to the Lakeline Mattress One Store the Friday before Labor Day, on a mattress buying whim. I knew roughly what I wanted, but had been putting it off for a few months because I didn’t want to deal with it. I worked with Louis G., who was lovely, and he made the experience very straightforward and stress-free. I explained my sleeping issues and needs, and he had my try out a few different mattresses that met the criteria we discussed in a variety of different price points and brands. He took his time explaining things and answering questions. He also made sure I understood financing options and was able to help me purchase the mattress I chose that same day, and then set up delivery.I took delivery today, and the delivery crew was super efficient and careful, literally out with the old mattress and in and set up with the new one in less than five minutes. They delivered exactly what I was expecting to get, and I am excited to try it out tonight. The 120 day window to swap it out with any other mattress in the store (obviously paying the difference if I upgrade) was also a desirable guarantee for a purchase of this size/price. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, and Louis’ service. I hope I love my new mattress just as much! (Sealy Copper II, firm)

We just bought a new mattress from Mattress One in Lakeline and Tony was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses and materials and he was very patient while we made our decision. He is very personable and made us very comfortable. There was no pressure to make a decision and the process was very easy. If you’re looking for a great buy and good customer service I would recommend this store.

I had an awesome experience with Micah. I came in to take a look around. I had been planning to buy a new mattress for the last 2 years. He was friendly and very helpful without being intrusive like an old school car salesman. I really liked that. I know i got an awesome price and he really went above and beyond. We were shopping for a split King adjustable bed. I called 2 other places beside Mattress One for prices. Of course the mattress quality at the other 2 places were not similar to the ones here. Charles really went above and beyond to help us compare fairly and was even able to discount in a few places. He is a go getter and knows the products very, very well!

When we visited the store, Micah was friendly very informative. We told him what we want out of a mattress and our budget, he showed us a few that are in the range and told us about the difference between them. We ended up purchased our mattress from here.

Update: I decided to keep the order (as I dont have time to look for a new mattress place). At this point, the delivery was past the day of need (i.e. the reason I bought the new mattress was for a visitor staying for a week). Due to the debacle, the store manager threw in two new pillows.I have received the mattress, and it is a pretty nice mattress.But, the pillows were not delivered! (even tho it was on written in the order).So I called the store and let the manager know. He said he will order them and to stop by the store to pick them up. TBD if I will have the time to pick them up.Keeping the one star due to total disorganization, and false promises.---Very disappointing and inconvenient. Mattress 1 was great at taking my money. But thats it. I wasted hours of my time. After buying a mattress from Jonathan W and James W in this store, the mattress never arrived. After calling the store, and speaking to the store manager, it turns out the they failed to check inventory, and failed to put the order in. :-/ As a consequence, no mattress, had no choice but to cancel the order, now I need to talk to customer service to get my money back. No happy customer.

We went into factory mattress, but the salespeople were too pushy. We went into mattress firm and the salesperson was asleep. When we went into mattress one, not only was our salesperson, Charles, awake.. he was also not an a**hole. He truly was the Goldilocks that we had been looking for and he helped us find a tempur-pedic mattress that was just right.
