This is one of the worst places to live!! They want to charge you extra for everything, $50 on your next bill if ; long grass, even if u mowed 3 days before, little things in ur porch, etc… also good luck if you need to talk to someone in the office no one is ever there and when they are they won’t open the door! Oh they are only there to send you the bill for the month!They won’t give u corporate office number! They say is by appointment but u can’t make one because they won’t answer the phone! Also be ready to be late to work because they cut the water service so often and some times without notice! They will tow your car if parked on the street even for a few minutes. Not a good place to live I do not recommend it.

During the past month, we went 3 times to visit the office and ask about renting or buying in order to move to this place, but the office door was closed and the employee was inside and looked at us and did not open the door. And I tried to find another way to talk to her, and she didnt answer me. The next day I tried my luck at morning time, and it was the same treatment. And the question. Is there a way to contact the administration

Great neighborhood and friendly families also quiet well groomed yards.

Lived there for years, managment has made many changes to try and make this area not feel like affordable housing by making car curfews (cars get towed after midnight if parked outside of a home), 50$ fees if lawn isnt mowed (some employee rides around in a golf cart taking pictures of what they can bill you) and they change mangers every few months so it gets increasingly difficult to have trust the company. Oh and they raised the rent again earlier this year.. because you know South Austin... better off in an apartment for what they charge and put you through here

Nice area and nice place

Its a typical trailer park. And nothing special it has a clubhouse nice amenities but it is nothing special.but then again I dont live there I dont own a trailer and I dont have a clue about these things so its kind of mediocre I think

Parking is horrible. Will be major accidents on main road at some point. For the price....they should mow your tiny lawn instead of riding around looking for rule violations. Just got broken into this week. No apparent security but they will tow your car. I am older man who cant do things as fast as they want me to . Came home today and they cut down a tree without even asking or telling me. Think they are trying to push out the old timers from what Ive heard.

The management sucks, always finding any little reason to fine people, they tried to fined me because my dogs were in the porch hanging out, laying down catching some fresh air, keep in mind my porch its locked they never leave unless we go on a walk.

DONT move here. The staff at the front office is not helpful in any way. They tow anyone for any little reason. Theyre always looking for something to fine you for. I dont recommend it.

This place is quiet, it inspires me peace and I live for almost 13 years, so I recommend it is a very familiar area.

Very nice and quiet property of trailas, very accessible near shops and shopping centers

Dont move to this place, horrible customer service, staff not helpful at all, no parking to be found anywhere for visitors, rent is high, they look for every little thing to give you a hard time. Do not move to this place, the managers are despotic, they do not listen to you, they charge you for everything, they look for anything to bother you, no parking for those who live there or for your visitors, horrible horrible place.
