EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Such a waste of time! They give you the run around on everything.. they are NOT honest. Donna specifically was very unprofessional and dishonest. They do not prioritize their clients. Such a dissapointment. I would not recommend this location or business.
It is a decent place to work. And we do build some pretty nice mobile homes single wide double wide and triple wide. They use actual 2x4s 2x6s 2x8 etc etc half inch sheetrock, tape and float PPG paints. And overall are pretty nice homes.
Received my home from this factory almost 7 months ago, had several things wrong with it. Been trying ever since to get it all corrected and they are still not done.Have tried multiple times but within the last 2 months I cannot get anyone to respond to me. Have tried multiple times to get ahold of Marcelo with no contact back, have tried his boss Simon and neverCustomer service from this place is terrible.
Completely un professional
We purchased our Custom home From Palm Harbor and it was installed 4/20/20. We noticed an issued with condensation and water coming from one Bathroom exhaust vent and also the kitchen stove vent around 7/4/2020.We notified Ashley Perez and Simon Sambrano at the Palm Harbor Austin TX factory immediately after noticing these issues. They sent their initial technician to diagnose the problems, then another crew to complete the repairs a week later (today 8/4/2020) to the Houston TX area where we live.Even amidst this COVID-19 pandemic gripping the country/economy, Ashley & Simon maintained open communication and explained the process for the warranty repairs and timeframe for completion. They were able to complete the repairs within 30 days of the issue being brought to their attention, from a city 2 hours away, scheduling their techs who live all over the state of Texas to come fix our home.I have been in the home construction and insurance industry for the better part of 20 years now, and therefore have a keen idea and knowledge of how this industry is. Palm Harbor was able to communicate openly, acknowledge their mistakes and correct them as quickly as possible.Anyone who thinks a multi-million dollar home company who builds and sells thousands of homes a year, can fix an issue in 24-48 hours doesn’t have a clue. 30 days to fix a non-structural warranty item is outstanding. Thanks again Palm Harbor.-Isaac R.
They never answer and postpone work that needs to be done. Been like this since house delivered which was almost a year ago. Recently its been 2 weeks and no1 picks up or returns phone calls.
Frustrating trying to get work done on a new home I purchased from them while still under warranty. Delays upon delays upon miscommunication within their own supervisor network.
Don’t not buy! We got our home in July and we’re now in October still not done! Tons of problems with factory and it’s contractors and they could care less! If you’re in the same situation I recommend getting legal help because we’re not getting what we paid for!! We can’t even move in!
Ive been waiting over year for warranty work to be completed and keep getting the run around.
Very poor communications. Been waiting four months for service to come fix several issues. Keep being put off “until next week.”
Had a great deal for us.
Palm Harbor turn me down but guess who was there to rescue me Clayton .
Nice friendly staff
