These guys are phenomenal. I emailed them in regards to doing an upgrade on my 1971 r75/5 airhead and they were not only quick to respond but extremely thorough and helpful. We had more than one back and forth conversation that was filled with links and guides to help me do the upgrade myself. Revival Cycles is the way to go, even if simply ordering parts online, to do your entire motorcycle’s wiring system. They have a wealth of knowledge, aren’t stuck up about it and provide a wealth of articles and wiring diagrams. When you get to a sticking point that all their online documents won’t cover, they’re pretty darn fast with returning your inquires even as the world (not going to call Texas “hell”) freezes over. Jeff B. has been a star guiding me through my initial inquiries regarding what I need and don’t need for making my grand wiring project purchase, and I look forward to (well, hopefully not too many) purchasing more from Revival in the future when the need (or desire) arises!

Ive admired all that Revival do for years and finally got the opportunity to interact with them first hand with a purchase. Although that interaction wasnt 100%, my bringing this up to them brought instant help. Not all situations are perfect nor can they be expected to be, but Revivals response and action to rectify my perceived wrong was more important to me than all the rest put together. If youre reading this in the future, let me put my review into perspective. In February of 2021 Texas was hit with a disastrous cold spell that left most of the state without power and heat. I tried placing my order on the 22nd, figuring that when things got back to normal they would ship it out. First the website wasnt working for me, so I logged a ticket. The tech guy, Jeff, responded within minutes; sitting at home in the dark with his dog, trying to keep warm. Then, when the issue was resolved, I placed my order. I got a shipping confirmation on the 23rd, just 24 hours after my order was logged. Again, without power or heat statewide.Thats a either a commitment to their brand or they were all huddled in the warehouse for warmth. Either way, these guys are legend. 10/10, would order again.Now I just need to wire up my DOHC CB750...and maybe lean on their product support.

Ive only shopped here online when I was building my cafe racer, but these guys have really great customer and technical support. Even their youtube videos have been super helpful when learning to wire my bike and diagnose problems. Their online shop has pretty much everything you could need for a build.

Walked into the SoCo location because I saw motorcycles outside and that’s enough. Picked up a few graphic tees, some top notch key fobs, and easily the finest leather riding gloves my hands ever touched.I find myself day dreaming about wiping out just so that I can break my fall with these smooth deer skin gloves. As the premium leather burns away protecting my skin form Austin city asphalt a smile breaks onto my face and all is right with the world. As I’m loaded into an ambulance covered in raspberries, bloody, jeans torn, jacket ripped, and mentally mangled - I smile as my hands are as clean as a fresh covid era wash.I’m through day dreaming about metacarpal mayhem and my hands have been bare for far too long in-order to write this excellent small business review.Gloves on! I had some difficulty trying to find a shop near me that could install the Ricks Motorsports rectifier/regulator I purchased but they are currently in the process of helping me install it via email. Thanks for the help when my local BMW shops couldn’t.

I placed an order for a back protector and leather conditioner through this company on 8/9/2020. I reached out for an update on 8/28 as the order hadnt shipped and was informed they should have the back protector back in stock in a week or two.I followed back up on 9/14 and was told the item was not yet in stock. At this point, the company apologized and offered a refund on the item, which I thought was best.A few days later they reached out and offered to send me a complete armor kit for the same price as the initial back protector I ordered. I had already ordered the protector through another company so I reaffirmed my desire to just cancel and refund my order.They sent me the full kit on the house anyway. Despite the delays, I received timely responses to my emails and the remedy really was generous.

Would love to visit someday. Great looking projects online and unique custom build products. As a source of information alone, they are worth browsing and checking out the videos.The products I purchased seem to be quality items.Happy with the loom material I got for my wiring harness and looking forward to using breakers instead of fuses.Frustrated that my crimper isnt quite right for the style of connectors that came with the waterproof fuse block, but Jeff has been very helpful and provided great information.

Love this shop, their show was the inspiration for my build. They offer some great and unique products, but most importantly, they stand behind them. On many occasions I have called or written into the tech support line, and was helped out. Discovered that a molex mizu-p25 waterproof electrical connector (on my indian scout bobber) was also sold through their website. I already had the connector but couldnt get the pins to seat inside it. Emailed them a quick question about it, even though I didnt originally buy it from them, and they were nice enough to answer and tell me what to check to get it to seat.Usually I go to Amazon/revzilla, but these guys are getting my future purchases because of what they do for the motorcycle community. You should buy through them too. They deserve it for all the free information and help they provide the community.

To me, service is always paramount in my consideration of where I do business and these guys have won me over for sure - your talking to someone who tools on bikes. Just want to provide a bright 5-stars for the service I received from Revival Cycles. Had some issues with my custom setup and wiring using a M-Unit and decided to take it to the pros. I was blown away when Jeff replied to my email within a few hours with a few pertinent questions. Got to check a few things and got back to him. Problem solved in a ~12hrs :) My experience with customer service generally is a mixed bag of excellent but generally very poor support. Definitely recommend buying your stuff from Revival Cycles, they won;t let you down!! Once youre in the middle of a build, customer service like this is gold :) Thanks again to Jeff and the entire team!!

On an 8-hour layover from the airport I found myself on South Congress. I had heard of the motorcycle shop and seen the videos and was delighted to see that they had a store. Well worth going in and looking what they have. There is something absolutely extraordinary about custom fabricators and aestheticists. Top-rate service and tons of eye candy, especially if youre into handmade leather products.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the industry, and most of all honest, thank you for all the videos and help!

Beautifully designed space with lots of evocative pieces of motorcycles, posters, models....They sell clothes, gloves, and so on with motorcycle themes, though Im not sure theyre really intended to actually be used when riding... Im not a motorcyclist myself.

Cute little store with nice motorcycle vive cloths both for women and men. They have some nice t-shirts that say Austin if you are looking for a high quality souvenir. Prices are reasonable.

I dont have a motorcycle but my boyfriend does and Im always able to find something really cool in the retail shop. I bought a brown canvas tote bag about a year ago that I love! Unfortunately a rivet came loose on the strap and I put off getting it repaired. I emailed the workshop this week and got a response within minutes and someone came to me to pick up the bag, fix it for free, and drop it back off the very next day. They reinforced every rivet and strap to ensure that it doesnt happen again.Great products and they stand by their work and brand!
