The guys at Revival are great and the products offered are same category. You certainly get the feel of dealing with peer motorcycle builders and riders when in contact with them.Recently I ordered a Battery Tracker to be sent to family I have in Austin where my wife was visiting, we’re currently located in Denmark. We saw the possibility of the order not showing up in time for my wife’s return..I ordered late. We called them and we’re immediately met with “we’ll pull it out of shipping, so c’mon down to the warehouse ma’am. We got it waiting for you right here”. I don’t remember who she talked to but she was met with a big smile.Next, recently submitting tech inquiries to J.Berry is replied professionally. It may require patience but the help is there.If I should pull half a star, it’s for their shipping. When we were back in Houston, we still waited a little longer for our orders than other online shops.Overall five stars from me however. Once the shipping “lag” is accounted for it hasn’t been an issue.Thanks

Looked all over the internet for specific helmet. Saw Revival could get it for me. Delivery of my helmet was substantially delayed. An understandable situation with all the supply shortages. The helmet was not in stock anywhere in my size and color. The team at Revival did the one thing they could do in a frustrating situation. They replied promptly when I asked questions. They actually checked and provided updates when available. I would definitely feel confident making a bigger purchase from Revival.

These guys are amazing. They helped me with some technical questions I had. I hadn’t bought anything from them yet so they didn’t have to help me but they did. I recently started a cafe racer project and, of course, have a ton of questions. Jeff took his time to thoroughly respond to every question posed. Not like so many of the shops that only respond minimally, his comments were informative and creative. I look forward to working with these guys.

Great place - but by appointment only. Try to catch one of their Gearhead Sunday Open House events (check Facebook) to not only see the shop and meet the staff, but enjoy customers bikes and cars.

Cant say enough good things about Revival. Start to finish highly competent, transparent, thorough, and perhaps most importantly, honest.They were crystal clear about what to expect and what each and every step of the process was/would be. At all times I felt I was in good honest hands regarding cost and time-frame.I gave them a half century old motorcycle that was in a sorry state. Now it rips and it starts and runs without any trouble at all.

So Most people assume that Revival does only motorcycles. The reality is they are experts in electrical systems and were able to solve a problem that has been plaguing my 1993 Porsche 928GTS for 2 years. It spent 6 months at my dealership in California and 3 weeks at the Dealership here in Austin, neither were able to resolve the issue of my gauges and passenger window going out intermittently.Alan the owner said let me have my guys take a look. It wasnt easy but they determined that after 27 years there was corrosion on many of the ground points across the car and this was causing intermittent faults.They checked and cleaned them all and I have been issue free since my vehicle left their shop. Subsequently, they upgraded my AC Controller in my 1994 Porsche 911 as well as done some amazing upgrades to my 1966 Chevy C10 Truck, including complex power door locks, power windows, fuel injection and new exhaust.They are not cheap, but their work is top quality, designed to be long lasting and guaranteed.I would highly recommend them.

On top of that, any assistance I need or question I have get answered super quick. Jeff Berry has helped out a bunch and is super patient (I’m def no expert at wiring) and he’s more than willing to help out! Great shop!

He was amazing to work with and went way out of his was personally to make sure an had a great experience. I have a bike project that the timeline was moved up because of the covid virus and I cant go to work I found there website a few years agothey sell some really great products and there technical videos are very helpful when your doing your first ground up build when I would get stuck with something like the wiring I would email them and Jeff Berry would answer all of my questions in a very simplistic way (Thanks Jeff)I made a few ordering mistakes on my part and the staff was very helpfulto fix my mistakes I am looking forward checking out the shop next time Igo to Austin

Highly recommend these guys. Their customer service and desire to help a customer is top notch. For example, I bought a Vape Ignition CDI kit for my RD350 from a different supplier years ago and wanted to run an Antigravity lithium battery. I saw that they started carrying the same CDI kit and also added a Rick’s Reg/Rec that is supposed to lower the output to be safe with lithium batteries so I emailed asking if that would work. I was informed that it would not but that they would contact Vape Ignition. I then got an email back stating they were working with Vape Ignition to design one that would do work for my application. It took some time and a lot of emails but eventually they were able to get a Reg/Rec that would work and now all their Vape CDI kits come with it but since I wasn’t buying a kit and they didn’t have the Reg/Recs available for sale separately Jeff sold me a new uninstalled one from his personal project which was awfully nice of him. So based on my experience they will go above and beyond even for a low dollar sale!

Awesome shop! Alan, Chris, Stephen and the team are tops when it comes to trouble shooting hard to fix problems. If you want custom CNC work, custom engineering and custom design look no further. In my 40 years of motorcycling this is the best shop period. They host awesome parties too!

I recommend this shop without hesitation. Their garage looks like a museum of motorcycle art. They do hand crafted custom design and builds here that made me wonder if they would handle a 2000 Ducati M900 that just needed TLC from being in storage and abused by the prior owner. Did they ever. Chris and the Revival team picked up my bike, gave it a thorough inspection, and overall handled it like it was their own baby; repairing everything to truly increase my confidence in the mechanics. Two days and 100 miles after delivery, I can say their work proves itself in the operation of the bike. Everything about this outfit, from the receptionist to the delivery of a revived bike was professional and courteous. Oh, and the final bill came in UNDER the initial estimate, so lets add honest to the list.

Came by for a visit without knowing they were by appointment only. They squeezed in a tour for me, great folks, cool shop.
